I was having issues with my transmission, instead of spending countless hours trying to diagnose the problem and charging for every hour they suggested I take it to the dealership where the diagnostic is a flat rate. After the diagnosis, I brought it back to inspired and they were able to fix it for a little more than HALF the price of what Ford quoted me and now the car drives as good as the day I got it! Seems rare these days to find a shop that is looking out for the customer s wallet too! Thank you guys!

Just had my first experience at Inspired Automotive, and it was a REALLY good first impression!It was easy to tell that the owners and staff were knowledgeable and cared about their customers needs.My issue was quickly taken care of, at a good price.The waiting room and whole building was clean and orderly. Which, to me, is a good sign.Definitely will not hesitate to return there in the future, and highly recommend that you give them a try. Go see for yourself!

First time customers and quite pleased with overall experience. Modern shop with the latest in equipment. Clinton is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He quickly diagnosed the oil leak in my car and made the necessary repair. Charges were quite reasonable . We will be a repeat customer for sure. First class shop and highly recommend.

From my initial phone call asking about getting my truck fixed until the call for me to come and get it was nothing short of spectacular!! Very professional and VERY knowledgeable on diesels!! Prices were very fair and work was done right and quick!Would definitely recommend them!Dale Asberry

With so many unreliable and untrustworthy mechanics around. I'm glad I choose Inspired as my go to mechanic for all the major issues I can't fix myself. Took my F150 to get a power steering leak fixed and they did an absolute awesome job all around. Kayla is VERY welcoming, friendly, honest, up front, professional and the biggest for me is how she communicated with me the whole time letting me know of everything going on. Prices are VERY fair and they care more about YOU and helping you than anything.If you are looking for the BEST mechanics and professionally owned business then this is the place to go.The level of professionalism, urgency and willingness to help is what sets them apart from the rest in this area.Thank yall so much. I took my car to several different shops and most were inexperienced and un-optimistic about rebuilding an engine in such an old car.I did some digging and found Clint, the owner, and decided to give him a call. With some coordination, I dropped the car off with a blown headgasket and jumped timing, and picked it up freshly rebuild and it idled perfectly.Excellent communication and excellent work.

Took our 20/20 Chevy Express in for oil lube and filter. Tire rotation and inspection of brakes for a road trip. TJ was very knowledgeable friendly and quick to get the job done. Owners are great. Will be using them as much as possible. Great place to go!

They are absolutely the best people and the most considerate mechanic, I have ever been to...Definitely will keep him in my contacts for all our mechanical issues...they are by far the best mechanic shop! He will advise you, if you need something first before he does anything to a vehicle. You can't find a better place for mechanical needs on vehicles!!!

When I rolled up and saw a DSM in the garage, I knew I was in the right place. Kayla speaks my language, having owned several manual-transmission DSMs in the past. Clint is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, which is a relief, since no other shop would touch my unique car. The shuttle service is convenient and they even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my repair. Grateful to find a Mitsubishi specialist in eastern Tennessee!

Great team here, and exactly what we've been looking for! Clint is welcoming, professional, and honest. Kayla makes everyone feel like family. Repairs are priced fairly, and done quickly!Edit: over a year, and several car repairs later, we are glad to say our opinion has not changed! Definitely customers for life!Edit #3: we have had 5 vehicles worked on now! We have had everything from a full transmission replacement on our Corvette, performance tuning, and other repairs done, and glad to say we still think the world of our mechanic!

The owners are friendly, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable with their equally knowledgeable mechanics they have working there. Easy oil change, easy place to find and didn't have to wait long. Not to mention the owner brought me back to show me some things about my car to keep an eye on. Such a great experience and love the family owned aspect of the shop!Service: Oil change

The owner, Clint, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough, explaining in detail the steps involved to repair the brakes on my truck. The newly remodeled customer lobby is clean and accommodating. I enjoyed a cup of coffee as I waited. The best part is that they fixed what was wrong, period! **BEWARE**Horrible experience. I took my Camaro there awhile back to have some headers installed and then to have it tuned. My car ran perfectly and there was nothing wrong it until I took it here. At first I was told they were waiting on an 02 sensor to come in and after waiting for like a week to get my car back, I just offered to come pick it up. After telling them I was gonna pick it up, then all of a sudden the part magically came in at like 4pm. Once there to pick up my car, I was asked if I had a coolant leak. (never had any sort of leak to begin with) then I was told they checked it and it wasn t leaking after all. Start to drive it a little here and there and my check engine light comes on. I called and was told I had to wait yet again another couple weeks until they would even take my car back in. Once in, I was told again that I do indeed have a coolant leak so I PAID to have it fixed. Few days later I finally get my car back once more and I start to smell the sweet aroma of coolant. Not only that, my check engine light is back on. Come to find out, there s a crack in one of my headers that were installed. So I took it in once more and was told I m lucky I didn t get charged for them welding the crack in the header mind you, I already paid for everything, including the leak that was never fixed. Now I get horrible fuel economy, my coolant is STILL leaking, the car doesn t feel right while driving and I also still have a CEL that s on. I call once more to make an appointment and get told I would have to wait weeks before they have any availability. Not only that, I also have to pay a diagnosis fee as well. I ve had nothing but problems with my car since taking it to Inspired Automotive. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional.Service: Auto engine tuning

I've couldn't say enough great things about this shop. The owner has an enormous amount of knowledge and will take the time out to explain what is going on with your vehicle. They are completely transparent and will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I have had multiple jobs done for me from Clint who is the owner of the shop. He is also very talented in custom builds. I had a race car built by him at his shop and not only was it more than I expected, his attention to detail and doing things the right way was a comfort. I highly recommend this shop for anyone doing custom work or regular maintenance on their vehicle.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Went in for an oil change first. Very quick and professional. Clint checked out my truck and recommended some things that needed doing. I knew my ball joints were getting loose. Today his team replaced them and did alignment. Took my truck up there last minute to fix my light hookup plug on my truck for my trailer. They got me fixed up fast and prices were not gouged like some other shops do. They were up front about what they would do and projected costs also. No hidden up charges. Their waiting room is also super clean and nice. Very Impressed when driving up to the Inspired Automotive and Performance. Nicely decorated. Coffee, Hot tea, Apple cider in lobby for all customers, book shelf full of book and toy for the kids, pets even welcomed. Very clean bathrooms.I drove up from Middle Fl. I had to replace my battery before I traveled. My ac was out. I had it looked at in Fl. needless to say what I was told in Fl. was incorrect. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable . The owner explained and went over everything, gave me an estimate before doing any work.An honest business I did have to replace the ac, the new battery had to be jumped 2x, they found the issue and fixed it.Travel back to Fl. I had no issues even used the ac on my way.High recommend Inspired Automotive& Performance, very close to I40 off 127.Services: A/C installation & repair, Battery
