Always helpful to find exactly what you're looking for. They know their products. Have experienced people to help if you have a problem. Worth the drive to see if you can make a deal.

These guys are awesome. I bought a livestock trailer there and they beat the competition by a lot. The communication and customer service with Gina is 2nd to no one here in East TN. I will definitely do business with these folks again.

Family owned business. Professional employees and the cost of equipment is acceptable. The repair shop is A-plus. Will not use any other service company.

They knew they had the parts I asked for before they even looked (and they were right). Even took to the time to offer some advice on getting my mower running myself rather than needing to send it in. I failed at the fix, but I am sending my mower up to them with every confidence they will not.

This business has been in Greene county for a long time. I've bought 2 trailers from them and both times they have taken the time to answer any questions I had. Very laid-back but very helpful! They have taken the time to let me know that I was important to them instead of the other way around. In the future if I have any reason to purchase another trailer they will be my first choice. Thank you C&C. Keep up the good work

Awesome bunch, I shopped for a zero turn all week, went by C&C to look at the Bad Boy mowers. Not only did I get straight, clear, and honest prices. I got to try the machines in the lot. This was a first from all the places I had been. Not many dealers will encourage you to try a machine they have. Did not buy yet but I was very please with the level of service.

I've known Roger since we worked at Parker back in 2009; just before they made the leap into owner/operator. Roger and the guys in the back can fix almost any mower, tiller, weedeater, or anything with a small engine. Gina has spent 10+ years learning who to call to get that part quickly. I've been going to them for over 10 years, and they know I'm a veteran; so they give me a break on my bill. The best part for me is their just 1.1 miles away from my home. They have done work on my tractor style riding mower, push mower, weedeater,tiller, and 7k generator, and I've never had a problem, or felt the need to complain about my bill, or service. Thanks Roger and Gina.

I can t speak to their sales, but if you take something in for repair I suggest you document what you want done and get a signed copy. I don t appreciate the insinuation that I m a lier. Custom doesn t belong in their name. I should have been told that I needed custom work and they have trouble doing that. The excuses were lame and how others in my organization had been complainers doesn t apply. I was a different customer with a different problem. C&C Trailers is the common denominator.

Everyone at C & C Custom Trailers was awsome. I dropped off my trailer to have it rewired and new LED lights installed because my brothers dogs had eaten the wires. They called me on Monday and told me it was ready to go. Awesome... they told me they would get to it as soon as possible and they did. Would definitely recommend!
