Since I was driving over my 8 hours and I'm trying to find a place to stay and sleep for 10 hours. Plus, I was running out of hours, so this Love's Travel Center came into play. Because of a Platinum Status, I can get refills drinks and free showers.As a female who always tries to be clean, I can help but to point out men's hair shavings all over the place. And it's a little old lady with gray hair actually trying to justify something with what's going on with cleaning.I guarantee you this will be on my no-no list because I am not sitting down and someone else's hair and getting a disease. Does OSHA know about this?

Bathroom break followed by a quick nap in the Sprinter van despite the heat. This is a standard Love's with coffee, snacks, drinks and lots of roller meat options. Coolers full of juices and sodas, a cooler with grab-and-go snacks.I did not need any fuel today but the store shares the building with a McDonald's that has a drive through. Most folks seemed to understand that when they were lined up for the drive-through menu to not block traffic but others not so much.Restrooms were clean as was the parking area.

Great spot just off I24 going through Tennessee, to get fuel, and get some burgers or something from McDonald's. The restrooms are nice and clean. Loves is pretty good at maintaining cleanliness, which I why like stopping at there stores. The only thing about this place just like most of the loves stores in this country is the parking for tractor trailers. To give you an idea of what I am saying, truckers have to park out on the streets, which can be very noisy with 4 wheelers and other trucks zooming by on the street.

Disappointed with this loves- after a long day of driving I pulled in to shower and the showers here are not clean. The floor definitely hadn't been swept and the shower curtain smelled like mildew. The parking lot is ffilthy.i expect more from loves. Only great part about this place is plenty of truck parking.

Dom is a sweetheart! Probably he is the whole reason this place is super friendly! You can tell he LOVES what he does! Thank you Don for making my stop pleasant!

This is a super nice stop with many amenities. Felt safe and close to I24. Walked into the restroom right as the lady finished cleaning. It was a decent lady s bathroom. Huge convenience store with a wide variety of items to choose from and your typical tourist gifts. They can handle big rigs. If you re traveling with an RV, this would be a convenient location to stop. Loves usually has propane, water, and sometimes dump station. I didn t check to see if they had a dump station or shower. Probably would be okay to boondock for a short time.I didn t go into the McDonalds. They looked really busy. The gas station itself has plenty of gas station type foods. I did have to wait in line to check out with one cashier. The wait time was appropriate given the circumstances of the pandemic.What I did not care for was the disarray of the drink and fresh food area. The drink machines had something gross in their drain. It s obvious they haven t been cleaned. Mold grows quickly in that environment. I don t know how they can pass a health inspection with that.If you re picking up bottled drinks, getting gas, or just stopping for a rest, it s a decent place.

The cooler need maintenance the drinks are too warm. Every time I get to the counter and ask for a can of ZYN they are out of every flavor. Everywhere else has it

Clean store and friendly employee but typical loves charging more for diesel than other stations.

An older smaller and messy Loves Travel Stop. Inside small and messy, not the cleanest, and very crowded. A small parking place for cars and trucks, but it has everything a normal Loves has. It s a kind of strange that around such a large metropolitan area of Murfreesboro and Nashville that this is the last laughs before a 50 mile drive all the way to the next loves travel stop. This Loves Travel Stop only has a McDonalds inside and drive through.

Worst customer service I've ever received. The manager refused to help also. Reached out to corporate. They did nothing too. Do not stop here. Staff will yell at you

One of the better Loves ive been to. Mcds is pretty decent as well, lots of parking. Dont park along the street if your a trucker, the cops will ticket and tow.....update to a year later.....

I paid 13.05 in cash and put it on pump 1 she heard 13 on five put it on five and used my 10 cents off. I told her no 13 on 5 and went back to my pump. The amount finally came to the correct pump without the 10 cents off she said it's because I waited too long when in fact it was that she did it to the wrong pump. She said there's nothing she can do about it I also didn't get a receipt and it only went to 13 instead of the 13.05 I paid

I had to go through 3 pop messages before it let me pump the gas. Enough with annoying gas pump internet experience. I'm going across the bridge to the Shell station from now on.

Not the store clerks , the cleaning crew who only been kind to me, but the store supervisor was the most unprofessional representation of lives and the entire company. Lies about me holding up a fuel line when I only paid to get my items and the driver behind me just got there behind me.

The restaurant is attached to the building, so you can place a drive thru order simply by driving on the right side of the building. Very convenient. However, food wasn't so great. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and a large fry. I was traveling under a time constraint so I made the mistake of not checking the order before pulling out. They show a very nice picture of the crispy chicken sandwich complete with lettuce and tomato. When I received the sandwich all they did was slap 3 pickles on top. That was it. It was very dry and bland. No mayo no lettuce no tomato. I would have turned around if I had enough time. Is this how they are serving the chicken sandwich now??

Make sure you take a shower before you come here. After a long hawt day of driving. They are forever having shower issues.

I love a good Loves but this one is hard to like. It's crowded I suppose because not much else is on this exit. The bathrooms were extremely poorly kept. Toilet paper all over the floor. Terrible smell. The checkout was just one person leading to a long line. Speaking of lines the attached McDonald's was slammed I suspect because no other option are around this area. I walked into the restaurant and they told me whatever I ordered would be 45 minutes to be ready. Gas prices are also pretty high the exit before and after I noted were a few cents cheaper. There is another gas station on this exit to the left I'd probably recommend just for less of a crowd. There is a small area for a dog park. Overall I think this spot is too crowded I'd catch the next one if possible .

I am an independent semi truck company. My driver has gone to multiple Loves stations throughout the Kentucky and Tennessee regions to try to get the semi truck inspected. He has experienced poor management, unnecessary/long wait time, and rude/unfriendly service from 4 out of 4 Love s sites. In fact, the manager of Love s #314 claimed to be swamped and was in the middle of a shift change. During the brief encounter at store #314 my driver witnessed a Love s service truck used to collect garbage, a service person rinsing a Love s truck and two empty bays (see pictures). I initially thought this was an isolated incident but after the 4th store (#314), I m realizing this is the norm.

Worst tire shop ever. I came here at 9 pm and they told me they gonna take me around 1am. And then they just close shop at midnight.In the moring they let me in bay at 11:30 and did nothing until now, and now is 3 pm. So I'm here 15 hours and it's gonna be 2 at least over stupid tire.

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I can t believe this is a Love s! Showers out of order. Coffee machines out of order. One sink working in the men s restroom. Women s restrooms are filthy. We ended up driving another 50 miles because we felt dirty in the parking lot. That looks like a junkyard too!

Worst chain store I ve ever been too. Parking lot is a mess with trash, bathrooms out of order, facet pipes not working, coffee machines broken. Another customer even said to me nothing seems to work here. There s too much malfunctioning things for the one facility. The personalities are probably the best part about this location.

Had a driver on the books at 7:22 pm for a tire. Got told at 9:30 that they close at 10 and won t get to my driver for a tire. I called and they said they had a truck in the bay that they were having a hard time getting approval on the repairs. I m sorry but mine was already approved. Push his unit out and roll my in. All loves are this way in the shop. Terrible. Every interaction is like pulling teeth. The only Love you get is on the sign.

We always try to find a Love's station. They are always clean and if we need to pull over to stop and sleep for awhile, we know it is a safe place.We also appreciate the dog area. It's a good feeling to let your pet out to just roam and play without getting hurt or in the traffic. Truly a great establishment.

Such a clean place the whole store smelled clean the bathrooms was clean the front doors was clean the parking lot was clean everything was in its place every shelf was lit up and displayed everyting so well bust truck stop I have ever been to by far staff was friendly recommend for sure

I don't think Mr Love would have approved of this locations current status. Most of the comments about shower issues go back weeks and months. If the District Manager knew or knows, why isn't there a push to fix? I received a typical response from Love's that they would forward my concerns to operations. Just looking at Google Reviews, this has been a long time issue. At time of my review (7/29/2023) this store had a 3.8 rating on a scale of 5. Not the typical Love's Travel Stores I'm used to.

Came here to get work done on my truck there was no parking spot the shop told me to park somewhere few minutes go by a store associate comes out asked me to move my truck or you will be trespassed I have a blown trailer tire with a loaded trailer the over night manager preferred that I be a hazard on the road to drive to the nearest shop which is 26 miles away then wait to get service done on my truck

Yuck. Filthy. Coffee pots broken. Urinals broken. Filthy restrooms. Stopped about six months ago and it was exactly the same mess and we won t stop again.

Planned my trip out to end my night at this loves. Apparently their hot water heater is out and showers are down due to it.I asked the manger (black guy) can I list take a cold shower, he said ABSOLUTELY NOT with an attitude. Like I really hope these large establishments would one day recognize how important us truckers are and change their level of respect for us. Their prices increase and the respect for us decreases...I am 24yrs in this business and it ain't getting any better.
