Tires never in stock. Couple of the workers are VERY rude. They have left my vehicle bone dry of oil, after an oil change I didn't ask for to begin with. Workers kept my good tires during rotation, and left me with the bald ones and charged me out the Ying yang. I wouldn't have even been back again but when I g re t off of work and live 2 miles from there, it's convenient. I only hand push tires in there to fix them in emergency situations. It's sad because I love this store other than the tire section....so, tire department.......get yo stuff together.

I just bought a new set of tires at walmart in tiftonia tenn. I was apprehensive about getting my tires from walmart. I got Dextero AT1 all terrain tires. The staff was polite, friendly and VERY helpful! They took my car right in the shop as soon as they checked me in. I didnt have an appointment and got there just before 9am. It took about an hour to mount and balance the tires.

Bought 3 new tires. Good experience. Tony was very polite and helpful, and checkout ladies were kind and personable. Thanks to the whole team for a job well done

This is the slowest and worst Walmart auto center I ve ever experienced. You literally have to chase down an employee to get service.

Never opens on time. Hours on website are different than posted hours at store.

I had a flat tire in Trenton Georgia. It took roadside service 4 hours to get to me. By that time Walmart was the only place open for tire repair/replacement. I got there at 6:10 and they worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. I did not leave out of there till 8:45 and not once did any of the guys seem like it was a pain having to stay over for me.

I showed up at 7 to drop my vehicle off to have 2 tires replaced. I have to be at work at 8 so I wanted to leave my car and pick up in the evening. The guy that was there which did work that department with his picture on the wall couldn't take my info and let me leave my car to be worked on that day due to the tech hadn't showed up yet. He claimed the tech had to be there for me to leave my car and have an order placed for these tires. I believe if you are an employee in the tire automotive area you should at least be able to take down info/work order and if some reason no tech showed up that day I could be notified during a later hour that it was not able to be fixed that day. I had arranged a pick up so I could do this and just pick up later that day so no rush on getting it done during the day on their part. A no I can't help you is poor customer service especially when you clearly work in that area. I would have understood if a tech didn't show up till later or worse case none at all that day and let me know by a phone call, but to simply tell me I have no way of taking your info to do an order is poor cross training on a simple task of placing an order.

Every time I go, no matter what it is for, something goes wrong. There isn't a slower auto center in the chattanooga area. One time, years ago my wife took her car in for an oil change and they forgot to put the drain plug back in. The last time I went. I had a flat, so I took it with me in another vehicle, because I had some errands I had to run that required a different vehicle. They had just opened and I was the second person in line. I dropped it off and left. Did the errands, took about 1 1/2 hour. Came back and still had to wait another 1 1/2 hour. Total of 3 hours for 1 tire.

I came in for an oil change. They were slow to get me checked in and even slower to get me check out. The service was done promptly, and I received a text message in less than an hour that my vehicle was ready. Upon starting my vehicle I now had a check engine light, traction control light, and a service advance tack light on. None of these were on when I took it there. I went back inside and told the man working the counter about the lights. He escorted me back to my vehicle, started it, and saw all the lights come on. He googled some things on his phone and talked to one of the mechanics for less than 2 minutes. He told me the lights were not related to the oil change and recommended I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts down the road to have them check the codes. I asked him if it was safe to drive it. He said, "I'm not really sure, I wouldn't drive it far". He then shrugged his shoulders and went back inside. I did take it down to O'Reilly. The codes reported it was the max airflow sensor. I asked the man at O'Reilly to show me where it was at so I could attempt to change it myself. It was disconnected. I plugged it back in and all the lights went away.I'm sure disconnecting the sensor was an accident and it was an easy fix. I am just in shock that the mechanic drove it out of garage with all those lights and thought he did a satisfactory job. How can he confidently hand me my keys and not think I was going to come back inside? I also cannot believe that the man working the counter did not even offer to pull it back in the garage and look at it. If he would have I'm sure a mechanic would have noticed the issue and fixed it in a matter of seconds.I would not recommend or use again.***Update***The service manager Bruce called me to discuss my recent experience. He apologized and asked that I come in the following day so he could make it right. I came in the following day. He apologized again and gave me a refund for my oil change. I appreciate the follow up and the refund. As close to home and convenient as it is, I will probably be back in the future because of Bruce and his follow up.Service: Oil change

So I have never had tire service from Walmart because i have always been skeptical about their service but I decided to try them on a Sunday afternoon when no one else was open. I went to Walmart 3550 Cummings Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37419 into the tire and service center to get a new set of tires for my car. The man behind the counter tells me it will be 2-3 hours because they are short staffed. I said thats fine we are going to eat next door call me on my cell phone when its ready. Well we burn a good 1.5 hours and walk back over to see the progress. The man at the counter recognizes me instantly and says we had a problem getting your wheels off. He then proceeds to tell me how my lug nuts are "swollen" and how they are unable to get the wheels off my car. I was so mad about him not calling me an hour earlier and telling me about it I didn't even pay attention to what he said. After I left and realized that lug nuts do not "swell" on my way home I got out and looked my car over and realized that they wasn't "swollen" that Walmart service had stripped every single lug nut on every wheel on my car!! Almost every one is completely stripped and going to be impossible to remove. This is absolutely absurd and I hope it gets resolved before it happens to more customers.

Just had the greatest experience at this Walmart location. My tire blew out on the interstate and I am driving to an event in Atlanta this evening. The employee who met us was incredibly friendly and understanding about the situation. Within 45 mins the tire was fixed and we were back on the road! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the crew working!

Having no assistance from the automotive manager or staff, since they were nowhere to be found, I found the battery I needed. After waiting for 45 minutes to checkout, I walked to the garden center, who told me to go to customer service, because they couldn't help me at the garden center. I left customer service because they couldnt help me with the battery and slowly walked my tired self back to auto. I FINALLY checked out, only to find that the battery I had just purchased had no charge. In fact, that battery was from 2006, and it had been relabeled with Walmart branded stickers all around for some reason. Crazy!

This is not one I would go too anytime for anything. Only ever one cashier and techs are slow. Literally have had some issue every time I've had an oil change here or tire replacement. Hate leaving bad reviews but this morning and two hrs for an oil is unacceptable, visit Kimball or fort o for better service

Got new tires, my bill was not and wasn't even for my car it was a big hassle to get fixed. Was happy with the service and time it took them to put my tires on. If not for the bill would give them 5 stars

My grandpa went in for a tire change and ended up with a muffler falling off. No one told him they broke it off! They were very rude and when he tried to confront them they lied, he even caught them in several lies! Finally when he asked for the managers name she covered up her badge and kicked up out! Her name was Brittany, she didn't give us her last name. Do not go here they will break your car.

The Best! We were vacationing and found a bolt in our tire. The lady boss was friendly and knowledgable and a hard worker! We didn't have to wait too long and she was even extra accomadating for our 2 german shepherds! Ten bucks later, we were on our way again. Very thankful!

Took over 2 hours to get 1 tire replaced. I even pulled the tire off the car myself. 3 out of 4 times there eat her really slow or find some stupid reason not to do the work. One time the belt was showing on a tire, the tire I was wanting them to replace. Another time said the car had an aftermarket oil plug, its the OEM plug, even said mazda on it.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they needed more help at the registers. Only 1 person running one register with lot of people waiting.

I am pleased with the service and products I received. Would have given 5 stars, but not sure why it took 45 minutes to get a battery.
