I just left from getting my oil change with the guys at Valvoline and yet again, I left happy with the customer service and experience as a whole. Elijah especially was so kind and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend getting your next oil change here!! Thank you Elijah and crew!

This was my first visit to the Hwy. 58 location and it could not have been a better experience. The techs were friendly and made sure to explain what they were checking. They also told me what services were due and which could wait. I felt I was being dealt with fairly and they weren't trying to up sell me on anything. Great experience, will definitely be back for future needs.

I just left here with my oil filter damaged. The technician tried to blame it on the dealership who performed the oil change last. This is 100% operator error as at the start of the oil change I could hear the technician say there was an error starting the vacuum because the plastic was still on. The technician also said he attempted to take off the oil filter with a breaker bar and I could see tools being brought out from a random tool box which is not normally used in the work area down below.I have started a claim against valvoline and have informed the dealership of the issue. They mentioned their filter housings are plastic and most other oil change places use the wrong tool to remove the oil filter. Nonetheless, beware of getting your oil change here.FYI I have gone to this place numerous times and have never had any complaints. Again it has to be the technician that worked on my car does not have the experience but making things right is what pissed me off. Almost like they didn t have time to fix my car and make it right because they had other people waiting. How is that my fault?

Excellent customer service and a short wait time. The new manager gave me all options for changing filters that hadn't been offered at other locations. Great experience!

They put way too much oil in my car. Then didn't take responsibility for the mistake. Said they would investigate, called me 30 mins after I left and said it wasn't their fault. 30 mins is not enough time to investigate and watch the whole video sir. And if it is not your fault then you should get the oil you use checked because it grows after being put in cars. I don't have a oil leak there is no reason for me to add oil after I leave. I trusted you to do your job and you didn't do your job correct and now I have to pay to repair damage you caused by being incompetent at your job

Went in for what I thought would be a quick oil change. After waiting 37 minutes to get in the staff didn't seem to be too interested making up for the wait. I had to ask about tire pressure check. As I'm use to them asking what pressure I liked in my tires. I've always use this location because of how close it is to my house. But the service this day was awful! The young guys did'nt seem to care much about providing good service as much as they cared about how long the line was. Won't be returning.

Had my oil changed couple days ago,,and the assistance manager I belive was Alijia....I'm sure I spelled it wrong...BUT HE WAS AWSOME,,VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE,,AND TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS A FRIEND AND NOT A CUSTOMER...THANK YOU 58HWY VALVOLINE

According to their screen, I waited 50 minutes because they didnt have an oil filter for my car. And that is not really the issue, I am very patient, but there was no apology or a "Thank you for being patient while we run to the store to get what we should've had" there was nothing. They would barely look me in my eyes. I understand it was an unfortunate situation, but a simple acknowledgment of how me, my wife, and my 2 sons boiling in the backseat while we waited would have went a long way.

I will never use Valvoline again. Took my car in for an oil change then decided to do my own oil change the next time, the drain plug was so tight I couldn't get it out (I believe this is due to being over torqued the last time they performed an oil change) . I took it back in and they loosened the drain plug. They said they torqued it back to the minimum torque spec per my request. I drove away and when I got under my car to perform the oil change I was able to loosen the drain plug but then it just spun in place. I took it back in and they told me they told me they have video evidence of the torque wrench clicking when they torqued it back down and that they didn't do anything to it. When I asked to see the footage the Store Manager pulled it up for me to watch and the video evidence of them torquing it down is magically missing. The store manager told me he would talk to his area manager and have him call me and he never called. I then called customer care and they told me they are denying my claim and they do not have to show me video evidence. I asked what the proof was that made it not their fault and she just told me they have video evidence. When I asked what evidence because the video was missing she just stated they could deny any claim and my claim had been denied. So apparently they can do whatever they want to your car and the moment you drive off its not their fault. I would recommend going elsewhere for oil changes.Service: Oil change

When I pulled up I told the young man I dont like driving over the opening... he drove my car into the bay for me. And even though they could not fix my a/c issue, they were very feiendly and helpful as to what I need to do. I was very appreciative that they did not charge me for the diagnostic. Will gladly go there again.Baron and thr Manager James explained everything very well. Thank you guys

James the manager is very unprofessional ... He tells me that I need to.switch spots with someone next to me because she been here.longer than me because.they can't do a diesel oil change in a timely matter ... U act like I don't have somewhere to go to... I left and went to take 5 down the street and they treated me like a valued customer and I didn't have to wait 30 minutes or switch with anyone... Thankyou valvoline u lost a long time customer

Don t get your transmission fluid changed here. They seemed very confused and I m not sure they did it right and it took forever even when I came back for them to check the fluid level

My God... I wanted an oil change and I wanted my other fluids checked. I got this truck real cheep a year ago and couldn't afford to properly maintain it. Now I can afford to. They changed and checked fluids all the way around then showed me how cracked and frayed my serpentine belt was. It was about to leave me needing a tow on some random road at some random hour. They put in a new one. I complained about my air filter housing needing to be jerry-rigged by me. They fixed that. I complained about my bad headlights only half working. They made them better. They changed my rear differential oil problem for the first time since truck was built in 1994. They took care of my slow leak and properly aired my tires. Hell, they did other things and they only charged me for about half of the stuff they did. These guys got me straightened out and a lot of it was done out of shear kindness. They are my go to place for car work now! I just can't explain how good they were to me. Now, after tax my bill was $211.00... a big hit for a pauper like me but I could actually afford it now- I've got a better paying job now. When I looked at the bill, like I said, they only charged me for about half of what they did! My God... I can't praise this highway 58 crew enough!!

I love valvoline service. If I'm driving long distance, I always look for a valvoline. The service is quick, and the staff is always professional. This particular one is in Chattanooga( 4332 TN-58, Chattanooga, TN 37416 )...Ask for Willie

These guys are great! Was on my way back from a short work trip and decided to get an oil change before heading all the way back to Nashville. They offered to change out my radiator fluid and in the process of doing so, they accidentally broke the radiator cap (my car is old and the cap was made of plastic). After explaining that I needed to get home that evening (2hrs away) and that I couldn't wait around in Chattanooga for it to be fixed, they found a new radiator at a parts place down the road and installed it right then and there, all for free.What I thought was going to turn into a huge headache actually ended up being a great experience. Kudos to these guys for going the extra mile and addressing the issue so professionally. Before they knew they could fix it, one guy even offered to drive me back himself. Great stuff, and so much appreciated. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.Service: Oil change

The employees all had a great attitudes however after driving for a day my car started making a loud noise. This has happened before going to valvoline. They do not screw in the air filter cap all the way and it makes a loud noise. I tightened it but there is one screw that cannot connect now so it continues to make noise.

Very nice staff. They knew all about our car off the top of their head. They explained everything to us. There were no hidden charges. The mechanic explained everything in detail and helped us prioritize based on what we were looking for. I wish I would have gotten a name. It's okay though. We will be returning cusomers for sure. Not to mention their are cameras so you can see from the inside of your car what they are doing under the hood.

12 seconds after I pulled out from the oil change my car's check engine light went off. No power in my car and burned smell flooded the interior. Went back the location after going to get my check engine scan done. The airfilter was installed incorrectly. So I am back to see if they are going to fix this mistake they made. So far, I am being ignored. Finally got them to pay attention and check the filter. They installed it back wards
