Horrible company. Horrible people. Did not contact me after the release papers for my vehicle were sent to them. Instead I was told to call a number, and that number made me go to a website where I had to schedule an appointment. The appointment request was denied, twice, before I was able to get someone on the phone who told me I had to pay the storage fees before I could make an appointment. They don't allow same day pickup, and for some godforsaken reason, are closed on Fridays and weekends, but damn if they don't charge storage for days they're not open and won't allow you to get your vehicle. Incredibly predatory company and disgusting people. I can assure you, if this country falls to ruin, these people will see a lot of repressed anger come out from the people they have wronged. I will update my review once I have picked up my vehicle and let you all know if they have lost/stolen/destroyed any of my personal items in my vehicle.

Additional damage was done to my car during their repossession but I m going to let the attorneys battle that out. Unprofessional - absolutely the worst company to deal with. They refused to release my car, even after I paid my debt, until my appointment time. I asked if I could retrieve my brother s ashes from the vehicle & they refused. Insensitive to say the least. When I did get to retrieve my vehicle & personal effects, I found the jar containing my brother s ashes in the bottom of a trash bag. Classy.

They claim they pick up vehicles earlier than they do to charge extra storage fees. They also make you wait at least one day, or all weekend, for picking up your car, to charge a per day storage fee extra. Very dishonest company taking advantage of people who are having a hard time financially to begin with. Very sad.

Came to pick up a vehicle I purchased at auction. I am a dealer and I purchased thru Adesa. This place is the repo storage lot. They literally make it close to impossible to pick up a car. Hours state 9 to 5 on the auction listing. Arrived at 9:30 and was greeted by an older gentleman. He was rude, loud and stand offish. Made me wait until after 10. Said he did not have the proper documentation from his office. Gave me a card and said call this number. I called and the office verified I was good to go. Still made me wait until after 10. Still waiting....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not because they repo cars, because of their professionalism from their customer service to their entry level workers, to management; they all act like you are bothering them. Their customer service talks to you like they have all the answers except the ones to the questions you asked. I paid what I owed my lienholder plus any additional fees to redeem my vehicle. Didn't know you had to make an appointment to retrieve it when dealing with these guys (where they do that at). So they schedule me an appointment to pick up my vehicle 2 days after I paid for redemption. As I arrived, at my scheduled time, an old guy with the personality of a rock talking to a turtle "greeted me". He made me sit a little while and then started my process, I guess. You would think if you needed an appointment to retrieve your vehicle, then this place would be jumping with care coming in that have been repoed, or people trying to retrieve personal belongings or their vehicle itself. No. It was just him and I on a not so crowded lot, so what did I need an appointment for?

No contact info to be found or I d be calling someone instead of writing this review. The tow truck was kinda friendly however, our yard is completely messed up. Instead of backing out of our driveway, he turned around in the grass pouring down rain and got stuck. Not to mention we weren t at home. The ruts are at least ankle deep if not deeper AND there s mud piles from where the tires were spinning on the tow truck. Now our driveway is a complete mud pit. Thank you United Auto Recovery for messing up our yard/driveway. Hope you guys like paying for the damage.

Most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I would hate waking up every morning, knowing I was as stupid as these people are. Rude, hateful and unable to make a common sense decision.

The guy was extremely rude and not easy to deal with at all and even though I had an appointment he would not let me get me vehicle any sooner because people were ahead of me although nobody ever came in the 2 hours I was there. Zero stars I I could.

I am assuming that this company has heard it all before with the bad ratings I have experienced a property loss with this company. Corrupt. But who cares? It s all business right.

These people tore up our driveway, have no contact info to be found or a working phone number. Very rude and slow to assist. I understand what they do, but terrible people.

Still to this day have not been allowed to retrieve my items from where they took my car. Agent was very disrespectful.

Towed my car.when I went to pick it up.it had a dent in the front passenger fender and property stolen from the trunk.thieves nothing but thieves.
