Absolutely amazing group of people to work with. This was my second time using them and they amazed me yet again. Making my appointment was super easy and they kindly allowed me to wait on my Jeep. Had me in and out in about 30 minutes when I was quoted 45. Couldn t have asked for a better experience.

These guys were great! From the time I made the phone call to until I got there in person and even after I was satisfied with their professionalism. Great people and would without any hesitation recommend them to anyone I know and bring any of my future vehicles here as well. My tint is perfect. They did an amazing job! Very quick and very friendly people! They took time to show me examples of windshield tints so I would be comfortable during the day and I can still see well at night. Price is very reasonable too.

All around good experience. Had the 2 front windows on my Jeep Tinted, I am very pleased with how they turned out and the price was reasonable, came with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend for any vehicle window tinting needs!

The folks at Total Image are the best. They are skilled professionals at their craft and know what they are doing. I am now a repeat customer and will continue to take all my vehicles here!The Llumsr film they use is high quality and their installation work (the most important part!) Is flawless. Highly recommend these guys!

Always answer the phone when I call, and everyone was extremely friendly and honest. I really wish I had gotten the names of everyone I dealt with. I asked a lot of questions and several math questions and he was always happy to help. Their demonstration is nice and they did not try to "upsell" me. They were honest and helpful once they got an idea as to what I needed and how much I was willing to spend. I dropped off and picked up same day, so he prepared to not wait there (no area *to* wait since it's a drop off and pick up situation). I'm happy with the outcome. Bonus: they donated gift cards to raise money for the Humane Society, which is how I ended up at Total Image!

Just had my new Model 3 tinted here. They answered my questions and were very helpful. Scheduled a time for the tint a few days after.They did a great job! Installed in August 2018.Excellent service, products, and top quality workmanship. Lifetime warranty. Plenty of grades of heat blocking tints, regardless of how dark you prefer to go.With the top grade heat blocking film, my car is no longer HOT inside in the summer, even parked with the sunroof shade open ! My black leather steering wheel is only warm to the touch now and the A/C has me chilled out fast and easy! I had all windows tinted including the sunroof on my new Pearl Black 2018 VW Beetle. They also installed vinyl window graphics on each rear quarter glass, and chrome German flag "shield" badges on the front fenders. ( Purchased separately via internet ) All were installed center, level, and matching on both sides.Everyone complements the car since I had the work done as "One cool looking Beetle" or "Sharpest looking Beetle I've seen".These guys are real professionals.I won't ever go anywhere else !

The best in Chattanooga!! I ve been wanting to get my car tinted for the longest and came across total image tinting. They did great and the staff was very helpful/ answered all questions. Great place and awesome service. Took my truck on a Saturday and got the whole thing done and it was done within about 3 hours. Had an issue with the front windshield and they took care of it . No questions asked. Even fixed the driver's side because they weren't happy with it. Would recommend

Awesome job on both my vehicles i know they were really busy but i was able to have them both done on same day basis which is awesome bc everywhere else had a very long wait like 2 week to 2 month wait lol only small complaint is left a small mess on passenger door jam which isnt a big deal considering the tint was done so Perfectly!! Highly recommend this place also a bit on pricy side but in this case it was worth it had a lexus es350 and a g37 S sedan done there ... also very good customer service !!

Consumers beware. These guys do sloppy work. They ruined my leather dash with water on my high end vehicle. I specifically mentioned it several times to the them (to the owner and to the staff before installation requesting them to be careful). Thankfully I have pictures before and after installation to prove their sloppy work. When I took it back to the owner to show him the damage he said its not their fault. If you value your vehicle take it someplace else that does quality work.Written after the owner responseWow what a total lie! I have no financial gain in leaving such a review. As you can tell this is a high end vehicle and I have absolutely zero reason to hold them hostage. Like I said I have pictures before and after to show their mistake. My vehicle was bought in 2016 brand new and aftermarket tint to front windows done right after. They obviously did a better job than these guys and caused no damage. I have posted the pictures. You guys can see it for yourself and be the judge and see if you want your vehicle to end up like this. Once again if you value your investment look elsewhere otherwise you will end up like mine.

This place is great. The owners care more about what you need versus making a profit and money off of you. I have gotten 3 cars done by them so far and I won't go anywhere else. I fee for the price you are getting amazing quality work and film.

they were quick it only took about 4 hours and it looks amazing!!! makes the car look so much better and I no longer feel as i'm in a fishbowl! the guys I dealt with are all really nice people and it was my first time tinting a car my other cars always came with it so I really missed it! I did a 30% tint comfort and I am 100% happy with it it is plenty dark for me. 2017 ford fusion sport.

Ron is great. Really loves to take his time in making the job look professional I had specific request of headlight tint and turned out really nice! He's honest and has reasonable pricing. Will come back for taillights. Thanks again!

I've taken 2 vehicles to Total Image. Both times the work done was discussed and the final product was delivered promptly. I've been extremely satisfied with all work done to my vehicles and will continue to use them in the future.

Total Image did a awesome job on my Toyota 4 Runner! If you are looking for a reputable and responsible place to get your windows tinted this is the place for you! I wasnt completely sure how dark I wanted my windows but they helped me decide what % and I am very happy with it!

You can tell these people care about their customers, and do a bang up job. They stayed late for me to drop off my car Friday and worked Saturday (their scheduled day off) to complete the job.

This place is a gem and the manager Matthew is one step above the rest when it comes to customer service. The tint job on my 2022 WRX turned out great in the end and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to use Total Image Window Tinting. 5 out of 5, would highly recommend if you want professional quality work from genuine people who care about their customers. Really affordable, and quality product. Love the Llumar name after all, Chase Elliott has them as a sponsor, had to be nothing but great! I got treated well, as did my vehicle. I was educated on all the products and left to make the choice myself, not be forced into some big sale like other places. I will stick with Total Image for all my tinting needs. They got back to me quickly with my first inquiry, set up my appointment quickly, and got the job done in a very timely manner. There is a reason this place has 21 reviews and they're all 5 stars. They use only the highest quality window tint. They don't buy the cheap stuff and overcharge you, they get the good stuff yet still keep their prices competitive. The finished product is flawless and in my case they were done in 30 minutes. If I need window tint on any other car in the future I'll definitely trust these guys to do it. If the tint ever bubbles or cracks you can take it in and get a new tint job for free. These guys are the real deal.Edit: it s been 6 years and I ve had no issues with my tint
