I recently purchased a Tesla and couldn t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Jamarius provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect car. Jamarius took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the entire process with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Thanks to him, I now have my dream car and a seamless buying experience to match. I highly recommend Tesla, and especially Jamarius, to anyone looking for a fantastic electric vehicle and outstanding customer service.

Tesla asked me to write a review twice so here it is. I scheduled an alignment, dropped off, and it almost didn t get done. I had to coax it out of the tech during pickup that they didn t adjust the rear aftermarket adjustable camber arms, which is what I paid the $300+ to have done, after already paying for another alignment at the service center the previous month. After talking to some managers, and signing a waiver, then waiting multiple more hours on site ruining some plans for the day, the full alignment got done in an excellent manner. The service tech did an amazing job on it and is the shining star of the whole fiasco. He s the reason it s not a one star. This would have left me at a 3 - 3.5 star experience as it was a simple inconvenient and a slight cover up. It was when I attempted to buy parts for the vehicle the same day while on site is when things got worse.I had read multiple times how to request parts through the app, and had seen others in the area state they were successful in doing this process, but Tesla of Chattanooga told me they could not sell me the part they had on hand. I was first told buy the filter online, which requires a business license (no joke). Something I had to prove to the service center. Ultimately I was told we have the part but can t sell directly to the public. Try back in a year or buy from Nashville or Knoxville. After multiple hours of the day wasted I paid them $125 in labor on top of the price of the materials to install the filter they would not sell me via the parts counter or through the app request in the Tesla app. I ve dealt with service departments at over a dozen dealerships and this experience was pretty rough. This Tesla is my 5th EV, I m not sure my next EV will be a Tesla and I ll be looking for an independent 3rd party shop in the future for my suspension, tire, and alignment needs.

This Tesla Service Team is Top-Tier!I needed to have one of my Model X Sunroof Panels replaced.This Chattanooga location had availability to get me in. Keep in mind, I had to drive from Central Alabama to Chattanooga because there are no Tesla Service Centers in Alabama - which sucks because there are Tesla s everywhere here in Birmingham. NOTE to Elon - please build at least one Service Center in Alabama Due to the distance of this Service Center, I called to make sure that they had all of the parts needed for my replacement. Autumn (Service Rep) reassured me that they had everything needed for this replacement.When I arrived, I was amazed at how clean this Service Center was, and it s within walking distance of a shops and restaurants. Autumn greeted me with a smile, and thoroughly explained the repair process to me. Autumn was AMAZING! Her energy , her knowledge, and her level of Communication is Top Tier!I was able to work comfortably in the waiting room, and while I was there, I requested an additional service - which Autumn was glad to assist with.Overall, I had a GREAT experience at this Service Center! I m a VERY SATISFIED Customer, and I highly recommend Autumn and her Team!

I m speechless! After working in the car business for over a decade, I take notice whenever I meet a car salesman such as Jamarius from Tesla Chattanooga. His professionalism and expertise does not go unnoticed. Honestly, this is the best first experience I ve ever had from a car salesman. His knowledge about Tesla Chattanooga and new inventory was what one would call, on point. I will wait to purchase a Tesla however it will be when Tesla Chattanooga gets the car I want on their lot just so Jamarius can deliver my new Tesla to me. 10/10

I m not sure why I thought the experience would be different but the girl running the parts counter was unhelpful, and unprofessional. I came here to get a few parts for my M3. Everything needs to be done through the app, technicians will not even look at my car parked 10 feet away. It s such a different experience than every other dealership parts counter I ve been to. I really hope this message gets seen by someone who cares because the overall feeling I am leaving with sucks. I was so excited that this location opened up and was partly why I considered buying my car. I might research alternative 3rd party service for my out of warranty repairs.

Tesla Service Center: This is probably the best service center we've dealt with so far (4th or 5th unique one). They were terrific and flexible with all our concerns and requests.
