Had a set of four tires put on two days ago, tires are fine but they messed up one of my rims, so I called them to see what could be done to fix this issue, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. If you don't care about how your wheels look after they put on the tires, by all means they're you're guy. I didn't want a free set of tires maybe a compromise that if I got the wheel fix he'd reimburse but that wasn't even offered, disappointing.

They had a brand new set of tires for me in 30 mins. Install took about an hr I waited in my car comfortably while they swapped my new tires on!

After standing there for 15 minutes and not even being greeted by the lady behind the counter I told her my problem.. she went out. Told the man that was sitting there what I needed. He sat there for another 10 minutes before he decided to even get up after I made some small talk with him about my problem. Finish texting, finish smoking on his vape. Got up and went inside. Didn't say a word so I left. I have in the past giving them my business. I will no longer give you my business as this is not the way you treat a customer. Sorry for your loss

These ppl are crooks,I bought a tire,they put it on,2 days later my tire is want hold air now their saying my valve was bad and 20 dollars for a new one Wasn t bad till I came here You have to watch them when doing a service to your car..No one s honest no more smfh..Mind you,the previous tire was just a tossed tire no issues with air

A lot of negative reviews here. I've had nothing but good service and good deals. Quick no appointment needed, tons of tires on hand. They will install as you wait. Mounting and balancing included.I wanted some tires slightly stretched (235 tire on a 9.5" wheel). A lot of tire places won't do it. They knocked it out quick and easy. They didn't leave a single scratch.This is my second time getting tires here over the past 4 years.I will definitely be back.Thanks again,Mitch

Absolute crooks ! They want to charge you a extra 25.00 to use a lug key ! Plus he ( Charles the owner) tried to charge me for a tire that has a rusted nail in it. An extra 15.00 to plug it ! How is that my fault ? Charging me for a product that's already damaged. They want you to wait in their waiting room filled with cigarettes smoke. No thank u. 45 mins wasted dealing with these people. Head to tire bros down the road , they'll take care of you and have better prices.

I stopped in to see if they had a tire for my friend's car and if it would be possible to straighten his bent rim. They straightened the rim beautifully and sold the tire at a reasonable price. Very happy with their service and very surprised they could actually get the rim that straight! I would not hesitate to use them again when I need tires myself in the future.

Just bought these less than 24 hours ago and they literally blew off ! But they paid my tow bill and gave me AN ENTIRE new set of tires! making it right fixed the issue with me.

I highly recommend this shop. I went in on a Saturday afternoon at my leisure and unsurprisingly there were several vehicles ahead of me so I had to wait in line for about 2 hours. During that time the techs were working their behinds off. I didn t see anyone not doing whatever it took to keep the line moving and getting people back on the road as fast as humanly possible. Between the demanding customers and extreme heat, the techs still found a moment to smile and apologize for my having to wait. I am extremely happy with my experience and got a good set of tires at a great price and didn t have to make an appointment. I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my tire needs.

I went to get 4 brand new tires put on f150. Paid for them. Was told they had the tires.......set outside & waited watching other vehicles come after me & get tires before me...after 1 1/2 hrs. The guy came down to tell us that they were having to brings tires from warehouse...we set there about another hour. ...before our tires got put on & we could leave...1 week later called to get a price on 1 brand new tire for car.. was told they had only 1..I said hold . Left & went straight there. Paid for the tire. .was told to get in line. ..I set there for 30 min. To find out they didn't even have tire. Once again!!!!. I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone..

Tires at Cost. Nobody can beat their price. I went last week and they paid me for getting a new tire. Called a few other shops and they wanted $120-140 but went here and left with $20.

This place went above and beyond for my family on Halloween so that our kids could safely be driven to our trick-or-treating destinations. We arrived right at closing time and they chose to help us stay safe instead of saying they were closed. They even had candy brought out for our 3 kids. They were amazing.

Great prices. No, there's not a plush waiting room, gourmet coffee, or big screen TVs in a 5-star "resort style" waiting room, but you get fast service at a great price. They appear to do one thing and do it efficiently.Service: TiresService: Tires

Decent used tires at a good prices. I can usually get a used tire for about $40-$50. A new tired would be about $80-$90 for my car. I have a jeep grand Cherokee. These guys do a good job, they just need more workers to make the service faster.

They have competitive pricing and are quick enough. it's never taken more than 30 minutes to get a tire. New or used. Tho their price wasn't the cheapest Ive found they were the quickest and the nicest!

Was charged $50 a tire just to mount a tire and when they mounted the wheel they didn t even tighten the lug nuts. A few miles later my wheel falls off.

I always like to support small ma and pa business owners, but I must say this place took me for a ride. Came in today for a nail in my tire. They charged me 19.80 to plug it and the "tech" couldn't fix it so they proceeded to tell me it needed patch. I was oh okay. Then they charged me an additional 22 00 for a patch. Good business practice doesn't exist at this establishment. I can see paying the difference but charging that much ? Word of mouth will make you or break you. I highly don't recommend this place. This saddens me to leave such a poor review and how these people can take advantage of people especially in the times we live. Shame on you for scamming people out of their money.BTW.... THEY PUT THE WRONG AIR PRESSURE IN MY TIRE! IT TAKES 35 PSI . NOTICED AN ROUGH RIDE TOOK IT THE DEALERSHIP AND THESE PEOPLE HAD 45 PSI IN MY TIRE. COULD HAVE CAUSED A BLOWOUT ON THE HIGHWAY AND PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER.IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE CHECK YOUR TIRE PREESURE BEFORE LEAVING THEIR IDOITS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!.

Pathetic service. Owner just sitting around eating while they were busy at 10:30. Took over an hour to patch a trailer tire?? $35??????? Ridiculous! Make sure you ask for pricing before they do the job and scam you! They have been fast and easy to work with in the past but this experience was ridiculous.

i ve been here twice. both times I waited here for over 2 hours. during my second visit, while i was waiting i watched them roll my tires across the parking lot with no care whatsoever. They scratched my $700 rims and i will never return to this business again! if i could leave 0 stars i would. They do have cheap prices though. i guess you get what you pay for.

We got a flat on our way home to Nashville after a night in Atlanta and after call a few places to find they were closed and/or didn't have the tire size we needed, our tow truck driver took us here. Everyone was friendly right from the start and they had the tire we needed at a good price.It took some time for the tire change to get done because they couldn't find the tire on site and had to send someone to their warehouse but it didn't even matter. We were just happy that they were able to help us. And besides, I had some pretty cute dogs to play with while we waited.These guys were life savers for the evening and helped us get home. We need to get our other three tires changed out and seriously considered just driving back to Chattanooga to do it. Thanks for your awesome service!

I chose this place for new tires because they had the cheapest price. But I quickly found out that is was 100% NOT WORTH IT! After leaving the shop I realized they never balanced and weighted my tires. I returned to the shop to wait over an hour to have them rebalance the tires. A week or so later my wheels were so loose that a couple of my lugnuts came off and my car started shaking so badly I heard metal on metal grinding and thought my wheels were about to fly off. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was put into serious danger and am taking my car to firestone to get it properly fixed

If i could give a -10 i would! We have been sitting here for an hour!!! and have yet to have our tire changed for a new one which they want $95+!!! They have seen 10+ different vehicles since we pulled up and tell us that they have to go get the tire from somewhere else and it would be 15 minutes. That time has passed! And the guy came back with the wrong tire and had to go back! Shame on this business!!!! They are rude and pick who they choose to serve first! WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! ALSO THE WOMAN IN THE OFFICE SHOULD FIX HER NASTY ATTITUDE!

Wish i would've came here to began with. Their price was the cheapest i found from North Georgia to Hwy 58. It was such a good price, I never noticed that she had put the Used Tire Quote on there as well. Actually when i seen the Quote for New Tires, I told her to run that! Very pleased with the staff, extremely nice, very polite and worked very hard and worked at a fast pace non stop,so they could wait on customer after customer! I'll defiantly be back and would recommend them to anyone. Also would like to thank the lady in the office,although she was very busy she not once act as if she were to busy to quote/and wait on me.She's a busy bee! Tks a lot y'all!!!

I drove an hour and half and got the bait and switch. She wanted to see the ad and I showed it to her. She said that was an old ad and price went up. If I could give them a 0 rating I would.

These guys act like we owe them our business with their trash attitude and most expensive prices anywhere and then they don t wanna pay their help so they don t have any now.
