Great exprience with this team. Wife was out of town when car broke down. They were responsive and helpful. Did good work and was done professionally. I have a mechanic that I have used for the last 15 years and he is always fair and honest!!! And he is very good at what he does. There are a few things he is not set up for so he told me to call o.k. auto service so I did.I called and spoke to Charlie. I asked if he could take a look at my wife's care and I knew they were very busy!! So I had the vehicle towed to him, he checked it out and by the end of the day he had it fixed, I know this is not typical in the world of repairing cars. He passed on credit to ford for having the part in stock. So if you need a ride fixed holler at Charlie and see what he can do for you. I will definitely take him more business, the only thing better than a good honest mechanic is 2 of them I feel very lucky!!!

From my past experience with my previous employer I came to know that okay Auto service Incorporated were outstanding in their work and fair in their pricing... I took my personal vehicle to them and they met all my expectations on service and pricing....

I have taken our cars to OK Auto multiple times --big and small problems. Everyone there is honest, knowledgeable and very nice.They were recommended by a friend whose husband is a mechanic, and he takes his vehicles there. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

There is a saying, "you can never put a good man down" and i see a lot of good reviews here for this company. But listen to my story and feel what im feeling right now. Took my truck to this shop for a repair, its still running just need repair coz its not running good, waited for a week before they even check on it and then it took them another week to work on it. Monday came they call us to pick up the truck coz its ready and our bill is less than 1800, when we arrived at the shop they told us to haul the truck coz it wont start. We are devastated, we are expecting the truck to be ready to drive. So, the question is why would u bill us 1800 for a truck that wont even start. It's like robbing us in broad daylight. They even threaten to leave the truck outside their shop and be ready to lose converter if we don't pick it up that day. What happen to great people, honest mechanics, great staff reviews i see on this website, they're just heartless mechanics and don't care of other people. I know they spend time checking and working on it but at least don't bill me that much for a truck that wont even start. This kind of people makes me lose faith with people, if a company with good reviews can do this to me imagine a company with bad reviews can do.

The best auto service in town! I would recommend them to anyone and do use them for al 'll my auto needs. A1 auto service. Dependable! Reputable! Honest! Fast! Affordable! Friendly! Family! Service with a smile .... And keeps that smile going and going for miles and miles and miles.

They fixed my Jeep! As a woman, I didn'tFeel harassed or taken advantage of, that's a HUGE deal for an auto shop! Everything was done professionally and fairly and I would definitely bring my jeep here again!

They have picked up things in my car before they were about to go wrong. If something wasn't fixed right I take it back and they stand by their work. They do not make me pay again but they stand by their work and fix it right at no extra charge. They have always treated me with respect and I have been going to them for over / 30 years. My grandfather my father and my mother and my fathers stepmother all took their cars there to be fixed. Being a single woman I have learned to trust them and I think anyone should be able to get appropriate work on their car. There was one thing on my van that they could not get straight but they told me where to take it 2 people who work on vans because it was both electrical and physical that the door would not come down on my van and since it was appropriate for them to say we do not know how to fix it and they were able to give me the name and number of someone who knew how to fix it and had the appropriate machines to fix it. I believe any woman could trust their judgment.

They do wonderful work on vehicles. I needed a gage cluster programmed and they did great. They saved me a lot of money. Go check them out for yourself.

If i could give them a half star i would oil pouring out of my car something they forgot had to take it back get it back and now power steering bad when they put it back together. I've checked my car's power steering a pinched line pay attention ok Auto service.

They have worked on my car and done a great job ,,,Then I took my SUV to them to replace the rack and pin and 9 months later it went out again they replaced it again ,,started having trouble out of the front in just to find out they broke a bolt off in the rack and pin ,,which done damage to the front in ,,now the rack is leaking again . They lost my business ,I would have happy paid for a bolt that they broke ..Put me and my family lives in danger ,,,over a bolt ..Only one side of the rack and pin was bolted down ..But now am out all kinds of money and the rack and pin is leaking all because of sorry work ...Never again will I ever use them . They have cost my lots of money . am going to file a case against them .
