I went into to buy parts at O'Reilly Auto Parts after having a bad experience at another automotive repair establishment that was no help at all. Charles picked out the headlight and taillight I needed along with a windshield wiper blade. He was knowledgeable and courteous! He then came outside to make sure the parts were put on correctly! Thank you O'Reilly for having such a dedicated employee! I will be sending business your way!

My vBattery light went on on my way home from work. Went to O'riellys to get it checked. Flynn (Asst. Mgr) hooked up the battery checker. Told me that I needed a alternator pretty much soon. Went in to get one- told him it was a 2006 Toyota highlander 6 cylinder. Even though I said that ( says so right on the engine cover) he decided to give me one for a four cylinder. After 4 total hours of trying to get the bottom bolt in I conceided to get it towed across the street and have Cortez mechanics fix it. They proceeded to tell me that it's the wrong one. I take the wrong one back and explain the whole thing to Flynn. In the end of it all I got a " ohh sorry"! wrong attitude for what was his fault and thinking that he was right about the part- customer was wrong in his eyes. All I can say is through this costly afternoon isWOW.

THANK YOU DREW!! We had our check engine light come on at 7:30 PM on a Saturday while driving from Florida back to Michigan. We called the store and asked if they knew anyone who did auto repair on the weekend, and Drew provided the phone number to Cortes 24 hour repair and recovery. I called them Saturday night and arranged to get service Sunday morning! We got a hotel room for the night, and the guys at Cortes were great, we were on the road by noon! Thank you so much for knowing your industry and the important players when it come to customer service and getting things done!

Great people helped us fixed our battery issue. Came to visit Chattanooga for a day trip. Would highly recommend the workers here are very understanding and kind.

I went in for a new battery and was waited on immediately. I chose a very affordable one with a two year warranty...the warranty wasn't prorated-- I was told that anytime during the first two years you get a new one if this one fails. Sounded like a good deal! They installed it right away and within 15 minutes of arriving, I drove away a happy customer. It was an easy transaction.

I had to make a fairly late night visit to this location for some windshield wiper blades that snapped shortly before arriving. With rain expected the next day, I needed them badly. The young man working there installed my wiper blades without me asking. I really appreciated that. I will be back! You guys were great

My husband and I stopped in to change the headlight on my car. The sales associate (unfortunately I didn't get his name) who saw us looking lost in the parking lot with the car hood up went out of his way to help us, taking out the old bulb and helping us install the new one. Great customer service!

If I could give less than 1 star I would because when someone that has no clue about cats comes in asking for help you don't just trun them away you see what you can do for the customer and if they are not able to help send them in the direction that would be best suited for the job

Had an issue with a vehicle that had been sitting for a little bit. The staff checked the battery and the alternator no questions asked. Got us switched out and replaced with as little hassle as possible. Service was great. Five stars.

Had the best experience here today!! I went in to get a light for my car and the gentleman working even helped me put it in!!! He was very friendly and polite.. the store was clean and well maintained!! All the employees were nice and helped everyone in a timely manner!! I will definitely be coming to this Oreillys more often!!

I came by unexpectedly when my battery light came on while driving. I pulled in because it was the first auto parts store I saw. I went in, shared my problem with the employee behind the counter, and he came out to check out my battery. It had somehow disconnected while I was driving, so he re-connected it for me and ran the diagnostic test anyway just to make sure that had been the problem. No other issues were present, so he closed up the hood and sent me on my way. He was very helpful and friendly, and he fixed the problem for no charge. Thank you, O'Reilly's

Awful customer service. We were attended by Jorge, who was on the phone with family and used fowl language, while on the phone via Bluetooth As he checked us out. Didn t even bother to greet us. The lack of professionalism doesn t even summarize our poor customer experience.
