Kim went above and beyond with making sure EVERYTHING on my Mercedes was TOP NOTCH! She looked at my car as if it was her own. She handled everything with such professionalism and was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand. She even had it evaluated with a Mercedes advisor to be sure her shop was precise. She kept updated with repair process and made sure there were no questions about the service. I respect her sincerity, professionalism and business sense with automotive client care. Highly recommended just ask for Kim.

The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure your car is taken care of. I was such a bag of nerves after my wreck, but they were so kind to explain the process and stay in touch with me and my insurance adjuster. They also stand behind their work. I had a button sink into its holding about 6 months after they worked on my car. They took care of it right away. I can t say enough nice things about this company!

Better than having your own bodyshop....Paul and his staff are all professional and cordial. I couldn't be more pleased to have be recommended here by my daughter who was treated so kind also, and received excellent work. My car looks great too!!!

North Shore Auto has the best service in town! My car was broke into, and they replaced my window and door frame to where it looks even better than it did before! Not to mention, the inside of my car was cleaned thoroughly as well. The employees and Kim especially have been so kind and helpful! Highly recommend North Shore Auto :)

We have used North Shore several times. They are excellent in every way including intake and completion as promised. They do great work and are very communicative in terms of keeping us current on progress. Highly recommended. Paul is great.

By and far this is the best auto body shop in the area. They have done 3 jobs for me and the work was great! I have always been happy with the end results.

Tony treated us like royalty even though shop is short-staffed and has long waiting list. He gave us a fair quote and saved us money on parts. Difficult to find auto repair businesses who are both competent and honest. Will use them exclusively in the future.

I unfortunately, was rear ended last week. The accident happened unexpectedly, causing damage to my vehicle and leaving me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Their level of accommodation and dedication to resolving my car-related issues has been truly exceptional, exceeding my expectations.From the moment I arrived, their friendly and knowledgeable staff members have been diligently working to assess the extent of the damage, promptly repair it, and ensure that I am fully satisfied with the results. My ExperienceI worked with Paul and not only him but the company in whole has been one of the best experience that I ve had with a collision business. They are on top of their game with repairs as well as answering all questions that I had and the daily status of my vehicle texted to me was a plus. They did excellent work and in a timely manner and I would highly recommend them to all. Great job guys

I don t write reviews often but had to for this company. Absolutely amazing experience with Northshore Auto collision. Excellent communication with Kim who is the sweetest human. They made sure I had OEM parts whenever feasible. Trustworthy folks. Fast service. They make sure you are happy. I cannot recommend this company enough. I hope to never have another accident, but certainly know where I will go in the event I do. I only wish they did full mechanic services so I could use them for all my auto needs.

Needed a quote for repairs, called the shop explained every details, was told no worries come on in. I drove down, I walk in, the guy won't even talk to me because he hears "progressive" and is now adamant that he won't have me as a customer even though I just explained everything to him over the phone 15 minutes prior to this. Had check practically in hand trying to get repairs. I will never use this shop nowService: Body & Trim

The service that you ll receive here is based on your skin color, they ll tell you to take the car in when you re on the phone but once you show up and they see who it is they ll tell you that they don t accept your insurance .

Wonderful experience. I had repairs done on my relatively new car and it looks like new. Kim was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. If I had any criticism at all. My car was damaged and I took it here to be fixed and they did amazing. They called me every week to update me on what parts was revived, what was missing, what s done and not done. They explained the process to me while keeping me updated as well. When i finally got my car back of course i did a check around it and the job they did was outstanding. My car looks good as new and works good as new. If you want a place to fix your car perfectly and update you as they go along, go here!!! I highly recommend. North Shore Auto Collision is awesome! They entire team is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and time efficient with everything they do. Over the past 30+ years I have visited a few collision centers for various cars, and repairs. All seem stressed out, and disorganized. NOT North Shore! Every interaction I had with their front desk, and service writer was perfect. Our cars file was always within an arms reach, in a date organized filing system. All parts were ordered and ready to go when we dropped our car off on a Monday morning, and it was 100% done and ready to pick up by 2 pm the same week on Friday. Initially I was told it could take up to 8 days, so I was thrilled to get our car back within 5 days. I cannot recommend North Shore Auto Collision highly enough. The work done on our car makes it look brand new again! Thank you North Shore!

I came here at the behest of Padgett's Red Bank Auto Body to get a second opinion on an initial estimation. I was seen immediately by a mechanic named Kim, and she gave an honest evaluation that confirmed what I was told at Padgett's. While I decided to go with Padgett's to get the work done, I appreciate the prompt service. Thanks.

Nice people at first. But refused to tell insurance that my vehicle was not highway safe causing me to pay over $500 in additional services after my car being in the shop just short of a month. Had to setup an appointment with a different shop prior to picking my vehicle up. Will never use again nor recommend to anyone.

I have used the kind folks at North Shore Auto Collision on 2 separate occasions. Good, Quality work. They took real good care of my Cadillac and was upfront and communicated to keep me in the loop. I will continue to recommend friends and family to this business

The best experience I've had from a repair shop. Customer service was exceptional. They handled all of my insurance paperwork for me. It took less than a week to get my vehicle back. And they cleaned my vehicle better than most car wash places would. Highly reccomend this place if you need repairs done to your vehicle.

We had the best experience using North Shore Auto Collision. They went above and beyond on our car, down to cleaning the dashboard before I got it back. It was great work for a fair price and the turnaround time was half of what they originally estimated. I highly recommend.
