Mike and Donnie did an amazing job. Very friendly, polite, and professional. My car was ready just 3 hours after drop off and it feels like a brand new car again. Would recommend to anyone!

Midas save my life, the people that had done my breaks previous had put them in backwards the metal facing the rotor instead of the graphite of the brake and luckily they found it when I brought it into my rear brakes. Cause I thought it was just the whistle on the brakes. They treated me better than any automotive place has ever treated me. They'd were fair. They helped me as much as I could. They treated me like if they were in that position where somebody had just taken their money and didn't care enough to even do the job. Halfway, right? This facility save my life.

Let me shout out the Midas at 1722 S Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37408 for not only being willing to fix my car, they saw there was a manufacturer's recall that the part may qualify for and made sure I knew to take advantage of the recall rather than pay them to fix it.I'm taking it back to a dealership....but, I'm crossing the state line to take it to a better dealership in Ringgold, GA. Mountain View Hyundai, it's your time to shine! So far...real good!You don't hardly see service like that nowadays and I think Midas went above and beyond to help me as their new customer.. I'm telling all my friends to support this business because they are honest and upright.

Absolute worst place! Do not take your vehicle here! My husband's life was in jeopardy since they lied and said they cleaned the brakes and adjusted them after he specified that he wanted new brakes put on! After having to work on vehicle himself because he had no brakes they broke several things!!! Which is going to cost another $400 at least!!!

Just now getting back in town so it's been a few days but, I appreciate the hard work put in. There was a lot of work that I needed done and I wasgratefull for the effort put in to get the work done quickly (especially considering how busy the shop was). I do have to bring the vehicle back in to find out why the check engine light is back on. Also getting new messages for the head lamps veing out, proximity sensors, and both the oil and coolant levels needing checked even though the vehicle was serviced. And the sun roof is not functioning now. Found somebody's ash tray in the floorboard along with a utility knife blade. I have no doubt the people there will do a great job with the follow up though. The customer service I've had in the past is the reason these issues won't change my opinion of this business.

My son took his car in two days ago to have the front brakes looked at. They told him it was actually a wheel bearing and charged him $500+...now he took his car where goes to college and they looked at his car and not only was the diagnosis and repair incorrect but he is missing LUGNUTS? He is 18 so I'm doing all I CAN to not go up there myself. No one else charges that much but he was confident in their expertise. Now after looking at the reviews MYSELF I SEE he should have never ever went there. I'm curious if this is only people of color they doing dirty. I'm pissed and disappointment they took advantage of him.

My husband has a Lexus GS 300 and he took for a tune up and to fix a oil leak. After they returned the car come to find out they only changed one side of the valve cover gasket as well as not replacing 2 of the spark plugs for the tune up. They charged us for the whole amount and we ended up doing the work ourselves .they charged us 2500$ .Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance

Use to bring my car here, and every time the problem never got fixed, they lied and told me the reason why my car was vibrating at 40 mph was because I needed a new front end, paid 2,400 bucks and it absolutely changed nothing, I took my car to get a new exhaust on it at a muffler shop, the mechanic there pointed out that my driveshaft was loose, so I took it back to Midas and pointed them to the problem lmao what a joke shop, sad part is I will never get my 2,400 dollars back ever again.

Mike is the only reason I brought my car here. He cares about his customer experience and service. He wants his customers to come back. Unfortunately some of his mechanics doesn't have that same work ethic. 1 of his mechanics told me not to come back because he doesn't know how to work on certain cars, and I should take it to a mechanic that specializes on my car. I laughed a little because he doesn't want to tell his boss, yet tells me in private, also the mechanic doesn't know i love working on my own car, I'm just out of time to work on it at the moment...yet they want you to listen to them spit their unwitting knowledge of mechanical skills. Mike is awesome though!

We were stranded on a weekend and they stayed late to get us back on the road. Our bus broke down on Friday night after everything had closed so we rented a car from the airport and kept going to The Caverns, about an hour and a half away.The next morning, a Saturday, a lot of places were still closed. The one place we found said they couldn t help us, but referred us to this Midas.We explain our situation that we were at a three day music festival and our shuttle bus converted to an RV was broken down a few miles away. They referred us to a towing company, and we got the bus there right before 1 PM. Even though they closed at 2 PM, they stayed until 5 PM to get us back on the road. Don was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and made us feel comfortable that we would be driving again that night to make it back to the next show that evening.It was refreshing to find a repair shop so honest and willing to help - we can t thank them enough. The repair cost was reasonable and took as long as they had estimated. Everyone there was real nice, I wish they were closer to Atlanta so we could use them for any other future problems with our bus or our cars.THANK YOU !!! Give this Midas shop and their crew a opportunity for what you are needing. I was there last week as have been multiple times in the past and always leave a very satisfied customer. I was quoted on what I was wanting from another Midas shop locally and they were "more than double" what this shop quoted me. Donnie has more than 30 yrs experience, is a car guy, very knowledgeable as well as super nice and pays attention to detail which I can definitely appreciate!

My girlfriend is too nice to post anything mean but they did terrible work on her car. She took her car in for a check engine light and a flashing light that signals something wrong with the transmission. They told her that her transmission fluid needed to be flushed and a new part had to be ordered. They kept the car for 4 days after saying it would just be overnight. Limited contact regarding what was happening. Finally they charged her $370 and gave it back. She got in the car and everything was still the same. Check engine light, flashing light, etc. She took it back and they said oh sorry we ll send you a picture of the part that was cracked to prove we had to charge you. We ll refer you to someone else. Didn t even offer a refund or anything related to customer service. A complete waste of time and money.

Mike and the whole crew are good people. They have serviced my car twice and both times it was completed the same day. The prices are reasonable, and they stand behind their work. They don't try to sell me on anything that is unnecessary, but always let me know options that will keep my vehicle in tip top shape. Highly recommended.

Sent my car there to get the turbo fixed along with checking out some other issues. I told them that my axle was popping really bad and that it started a few months after my transmission was replaced by them. Get a call that nothing was wrong with the axle and it was a motor mount so they wouldn t be doing anything to it. I explained how that didn t make sense because I knew how an axle sounded and my car showed no signs of a faulty motor mount. After I got my car back last week from having the turbo replaced lots of issues popped up. They drained all the oil out of my car. My car now has an exhaust leak. After getting a second and third opinion ( which both shops chuckled when I explained that Midas had worked on my car prior ) the new transmission they put in was NOT new. My axle is messed up and the motor mounts are fine. My heat no longer works. They did say there was a long line of things wrong with it and we declined the services not covered by our warranty because we knew most issues came from the transmission they replaced. It was crazy to me because before taking the car to them we had it scanned and the only code that popped up was the turbo. Now my fuel sensor is going out and throwing codes. I sent it there because of turbo, axle, and transmission issues and it came out with 10 more than it went in with.

VERY pleased with this Midas location, Angie and her team are always a pleasure to work with. Even with their busy schedule they worked me in within 24 hours and even stayed after hours to allow me to pick up my truck. Always appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. Last week, our car developed a loud rattle towards the back. Midas on Market St. took us in early the next morning. They identified the problem as a loose cover on the exhaust system, fixed it quickly, charged us a low price and we were on our way. Their service was timely, competent and honest. Everyone is great here. My partner and I have now made them our regular mechanics. They are fast, prices are very reasonable, and they are very thorough. They communicate what needs to be done, when it will be done and how much it will cost. Can't recommend them enough.

I absolutely love this place with all my heart the whole crew and stuff are the most friendly wonderful people! My dogs and I are loyal customers and will forever be as long as the same wonderful people inside there! They always do a good job they explain and show you what is wrong instead of just being left to wonder if they're telling the truth or having to get a second opinion! We were driving through with our travel trailer when our van started violently shaking. Mike and his kind staff got us in quickly and did the repairs faster than quoted. It was a huge blessing on the day before thanksgiving. Great staff and service!
