Went with a friend to get a tire for her car. They had the size she needed at a reasonable price. They were able to mount and balance it in no time. The service was fast, friendly, and affordable. They also told us about the great deals they had on complete sets of tires. Will definitely be my go to tire guy from now on.

The best and cheapest place to get tires. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Changed all 4 of my tires and It came with a free alignment!!! I'll never go anywhere else for my tires.

I just drove two hours to meet with Jerry and get new truck tires put on my truck, from the moment I arrived we discussed the tires shook hands and they had all four tires completely changed out in just under 38 minutes. The guys are super knowledgeable and helpful. No nonsense and fantastic prices, save me about $300. Totally worth the 2 Hour Drive. 15/10. Totally recommending.

I have been a Shipley customer since the 90s. I am glad they have one close to me. Way more affordable than some of the other tire place. Love this location.

The guy who sold me the two new tires was good but the old guy who put them on the work truck didn t get one of the lugs out of the hubcaps and when I said something to him he replied you won t find that one so I got it back to my bosses house and checked it I found 3 lugs that were not tightened up on one side and 2 that had to have come off on the way back to his house I am a loyal customer but for now on I will wait until the other guy is not busy and have him to do my work not the baldheaded guy

We ran over something on the road while traveling and our tire started going flat. We stopped here and they immediately helped us and had our tire patched and aired back up in no time! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The only place around Chattanooga to get used tires as far as I'm concerned! Got 4 tires with 85-90% tread left on them for a steal! The last 2 used tires I got from these guys, lasted almost a year and paid $70 ! Paid 200 for the like new tires plus they put a good tire on my spare rim too. They ride like new tires and I couldn't be more pleased. Got to check them out of your in need. He also has a nice set of 22" rims w/ kumo tires like new for a deal so cheap, you might think you stole them!

Ran over something that stuck in my tire. Flat tire on a Saturday! Called to see if they had my size tire very quick answer and response. Was just a few miles away and when I arrived was in and out in just a few minutes. Great service!

I'm from out of town, staying one night and realizing I needed a front tire asap. On a Sat. Morning , one man show. Guy did an amazing job , great prices friendly service and he happened to have 2 in my cars size tires. Got me around and home. Thanks

I had a nail in my tire and needed a quick plug before I traveled over 500 miles home. They were very helpful and quick. So so nice and made the stop a quick one. Would recommend to anyone passing thru.

Shipley's saved my day/sanity/Mother's Day. I woke up on a Saturday with a tire that looked like a pancake thanks to a tiny screw that somehow managed to get in far enough to let all the air out. I discovered there aren't a lot of tire places open on Saturdays, and the ones that were basically said "Good luck" as far as finding my tire size. But not Shipley's! I called and spoke with Cherrio, and not only did they have a full set of tires for me (I needed new ones soon anyway), they had availability to put them on right away at a price that almost made me feel guilty. They did a speedy job getting us back up and running so I am not going to spend Mother's Day worrying about logistics and whatnot. I highly recommend Shipley's, no wonder everyone in Lookout Valley recommended them! Thank you so much!!

I took my Subaru Forester in to have a set of tires put on. The service was quick, well priced, and they did a great job. The guys working were super polite.Go here if you need tires.

Went to this shop today, and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. They saw me coming from the parking lot and ran over to open the door for me. Got me in and out with 3 tires in less than 15 mins. Every single employee made it a point to greet me and even come back to tell me bye. I will be returning here for another tire soon. 5+ star service guaranteed.

This place is awesome! Had a bad experience at Walmart that left me driving 100 miles on bald tires. Thanks to Kendra who answered the phone (after hours) and calmed me down. She answered my questions and told me to come in at 9 the next day. I can t thank her and her husband enough! I will never go to Walmart again for any of my car needs! Decent prices and go above and beyond for customers! A+++++++ I d give more than 5 stars if I could!

I rolled in with a low pressure tire on my trailer. They looked it over to make sure there wasn t an issue with it. They inflated it and double checked it again before letting me go. I let them know I m driving all the way up to Wisconsin EJ took care of it. Service like this is a rare find these days. I wish JR Shipley tire and the boys over there a Merry Christmas and prosperous new year!

These gentlemen were courteous, quick and fair priced. Had an unexpected leak in my tire from an inch long piece of metal while bring my daughter to her gymnastics class. I was in luck to find such a great place just a half mile away! Less than 20 minutes I was safely back on the road again.

These folks are the best! We were stuck in traffic on I24 when our tire started to go flat. At 445 we pulled into Walmart and they told us it would be a 1.5 hour wait even though there was only one car in a bay. Called Sharps and they took us right away even though it was close to closing time. In a half hour we were on our way again. Walmart, this is how it's done!

Excellent! Had a razor blade in my tire. It wasn't patchable, but I was given option and had a new tire within minutes. Will totally go back if I have a need and will refer them to others in the future.Thanks again for the hard work!

These guys are awesome. Traveling through town and got a puncture in my right rear tire. Walmart had a wait of two and a half hours Firestone had to wait an hour and a half and these guys got me in immediately. Had me back on the road in 10 minutes. They understand customer service, and care about their customers and their time. Thank you Sharp's tire and alignment for making my day that much easier.

Called probably 10 different tire shops looking for two new tires before we came across sharps. They not only got me my tires but pointed out another issue on the vehicle and pointed me to another local mechanic gossetts garage. Both had better pricing than I could ve dreamed for and were very helpful the whole way through. True southern hospitality

Outstanding service! On a road trip down to Georgia with our church group, we had a valve stem leak on the highway :(They were able to get us in AND back in the road all within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.Praise the lord!

I needed a tire patched. The technician was right on it and had it repaired. Always good, friendly service.
