Phenomenal service, our minivan broke down on HWY 24 when the alternator went out around 6:30 pm. We lived several hours away and were going to have to leave the car and get back by some other means. We called ahead because we knew they were closing and asked if there were a way to leave our keys and information. The manager was extremely helpful, and explained how to leave the keys in the drop box. 10 minutes after they closed we arrived and the manager had stayed behind and helped us with the forms and after hours drop box. We were prepared to wait several days due to the volume of cars they had but they got us fixed the next day! Great service, very helpful.

When my van needed work, this was the only shop open on a Sunday. Though it was super busy, probably for that reason, they were able to make the repairs I needed by the end of the day as promised. The mechanic brought me into the garage to show me what my van needed and walked through everything he checked on my vehicle. Very professional and helpful staff. Only four stars because the price was kind of high, but pleased with the service overall.

This locations staff is always friendly, helpful, and most importantly they are honest about the work that was needed. Will always choose this location over the other Chattanooga locations. I always tell family and friends to come to the market street store especially because the manager also speaks Spanish.

First of all, it was very helpful that you were open on Sunday morning and that we could make an appointment on-line for our service. In addition, the two young men who dealt with us were very helpful - even though it was a minor issue. We would like to put on record out appreciation of their efforts.

They are extremely slow and don t trust the time they say they will be done with your vehicle I dropped my car off @ 930to have tires replaced and an alignment. I was told 2-3 for pick up. I came at 215 and was told another hour. I came back for my vehicle @ 350 and still not done. I wish I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere had I known they moved as slow as they do. No sense of urgency at all. I ve seen them taking more smoke breaks than working. I Will not be using this location again.

I had to have a tire replaced and Sam did an excellent job! A lug nut needed to be "knocked off", he took care not to damage my rim which is very much appreciated. Also he took the time to explained the process to me, in order to put my mind at ease. He's terrific!

James did a great job putting on my new tires! They are painted and he did not get a single scuff on them! Such a talented person who takes pride in their work! He also made sure that my vehicle was road ready by doing a great inspection! Will be coming back for all my car troubles!

Brit handled our case. Had an emergency ripped.tire on i75 travelling from Canada. They fixed up our car on a Saturday pm and we re on our way. We really Appreciate all they did n with a friendly smile. They joked about our car, yes we did get a car wash hoping for warmer weather.

I called this location 14 minutes before closing because I had a screw in my tire. The customer service was wonderful even though they were supposed to close at 7pm. I originally went for a plug but was informed that I needed a new tire. They took their time and made sure that I was taken care of before leaving and I really appreciate that.Thank you.Service: Tires

We had two new tires installed. When driving the car that evening, we noticed and awful smell. When we looked under the hood, we found that the oil fill cap had been removed and it was resting on a ledge in the engine compartment. There was oil all over. Why had someone at Firestone been in the engine compartment at all?? Why remove the cap?? We are furious!This is the second time I've been disappointed with work there. We will no longer be using Firestone for any of our vehicles and we are telling our friends of our experience.

I can't say enough about this place. My daughter and I were visiting Chattanooga and got a screw in our tire . We took it in had it fixed in no time at all, at a reasonable price! Very honest.

Everyone was very kinda and helpful and did a great job with the work on my car. My wheel bearing was apparently very bad and after the repairs it drives SO much better.

Stopped here after noticing a leak in a newer tire I had bought at another firestone location. They took care of me, despite the very busy Saturday they were having. Busy location. Knowledgeable and friendly employees.Repair was covered under my Firestone Road Hazard coverage

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone! The staff was incredibly kind and displayed the utmost professionalism. This location has become my favorite because of their unwavering trustworthiness and dedication to providing top-notch service. Even though there are closer Firestone locations in Georgia, I choose to drive to Tennessee for this particular one. Randy, in particular, went above and beyond, helping me tremendously with the sale of my four new tires. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service and customer care!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

We recently had a clutch replaced in our trusty 5-speed Pontiac Vibe. These guys did a quick and fantastic job. Reliable, great communication, fair price. We ve been bringing vehicles here since we moved to Chattanooga in 2015 and they ve always been good to work with.

Only chose them for the convenient location, my tired needed patched desperately. Got a call after dropping it off that my front break pads needed replaced and the employee was working on getting me a quote. I never got informed of the actual quote and found out when I got there to pick it up that I owed upwards of $380. They charged me for tire rotation and did not tell me that needed to be done. I was shocked when he told me how much I owed. I would think for a service that is a few hundred dollars, I'd be informed about the price before being charged. Will not return to this location.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

All I can say, is Randy the GM at fire stone on market Street in downtown Chattanooga is truly the best person when it comes to taking care of customers and being honest about car maintenance. Randy and his team are not interested in trying to deceive their customers. I have been going there for probably the last 7 years and I completely trust their opinion. I know I am going to get great service and the best deal because they are not trying to scam you out of any money by creating make up maintenance. All I know is the day that Randy leaves this company. I will have a very difficult time with it!!!!! He is such an amazing and honest person and I can't speak for any other fire stones across the US but this fire stone deserves 10 stars!!!!!! The only reason I have my fire stone account is because of Randy and his team of mechanics. There is no other car shop for me and now he's servicing my kids cars and I can tell you I have no worries when I know that his expertise will be looking under the hood. RANDY IS MY GUY!!!! These guys are always my go to. They are quick and they are priced right. My car is an antique and they are one of the only places in town who will work on it ( thanks Randy). My only issue is the follow up if they have to find a part. Most places won't even take my car in though, so it is more frustrating than an actual complaint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a timely repair.

Friendly, helpful staff. As usual, it's helpful to know a thing or two about car repair to make sure the job is done right, but I have no complaints. Had over a $1k worth of work done, but I checked around town and couldn't find a better price. I would recommend to a friend and plan to have future work done here.

They were able to get me in same day. In town traveling from out of state. They were very quick and didn't take advantage of out of towner. $28 (I donated a dollar to boys and girls clubs) and was back on the road. Very appreciative!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company, they may be a bit pricier but you get what you pay for, always professional and reliable and they always do what they can to save me some money, I trust them with my car and leave every time knowing they have not only fixed the issue but they also don t make me feel like I ve been ripped off, I will continue to go to Firestone for all of my car repairs.
