We stopped in this morning as we were leaving Chattanooga after visiting family, and we re heading home to Hannibal, Mo, about an 8 1/2 hour drive. Just as I left our sons, I found a flat tire with a large bolt and washer in it. I was able to air up and drive to Express Tire and Auto. We waited less than 10 minutes and they got us in, fixed up and on the road with a patch when I was more than willing to buy a tire. Thank you so much. We had a pretty warm day and 8 1/2 hr trip. No problems. Integrity, service and very pleasant to visit with. I certainly recommend

Where I always go to get my car serviced. They work with Element if you have a company vehicle and make it a quick and painless place to drop off or wait depending on what you re getting done and how busy they might be.Honest, knowledgeable, and always quick to get you rolling when you walk-in!

I needed a tire repaired due to a screw in it. Express Tire and Auto Service fixed the tire in a timely manner, for a great price. I waited in the waiting area during the repair. I would recommend them.

My mom and I were traveling from out of state and while we were in town we got a screw stuck in one of our tires. We looked up some shops and found this one, and we got lucky! All of the employees were extremely nice, they got us in right away, they told us all of our options, and were very helpful!!!! They were honest, quick, and very nice. They talked to us the whole time while we were waiting and we felt very welcomed here. This place has amazing service and I highly recommend it to anyone, in state or out of state!!! They saved us! We wouldn t be able to continue our road trip without them!

The only word I could describe this place is AWESOME!!The whole team are great.Even though they have a minute to be close they took the decision to change the breaks pads of my vehicle and they did lt fine and quickly.Attention was great from all of them...fantastic team.10 for them.

I came in with a 16 Ram 3500 (97,xxx miles) that several shops had told me I had bad ball joints due to my highly uneven tire wear. All bids I got for this job were $2000+. I took the truck to Jimmy and he said "Before we start throwing parts on it, let us take a look at it." The truck was looked over by them only to find out the ball joints and all parts in the front end are in great condition (however the front end had massive negative toe in which was fixed very promptly). After an alignment the truck feels BRAND NEW and my fuel mileage is even a bit better. These guys literally saved me thousands when they could have slapped me with a $1500 bill and called it a day. I probably wouldn't have been the wiser.In an industry full of scammers, these guys are the opposite.To all the guys down there. You're the best. Give yourself a big pat on the back. I won't use another tire dealer besides yall ever. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars!Service: Steering & suspension repair

The owner of this store was very courteous and let me know that there was a first come first serve basis. His mechanic was very thorough and I felt like I got the best service for my money at this shop. It s hard to find honest mechanics and good prices. I took my promaster van here because there was a popping noise in the front end within a short time they showed me the ball joint was about to fall apart and said the rest of the front end looked good so I had them replace it and realign the front end for a great price they will be doing all of my work from now on. Before I came here I went to the Chrysler dealership in Chattanooga they told me with 337000 miles they would have to rebuild the whole front end it would cost 11000 dollars and I can t beleive they didn t show me the ball joint falling apart a real safety issue could have caused a wreck if it broke I will never go back the Chrysler dealership in Chattanooga

Got 4 tires, oil change and fluid check. They were very good about communicating with me and the price was good compared to other national chains where I would have only gotten the tires for whey I paid for everything here. Thank you.

A great place! Very efficient, they work you right in and there is always someone greeting everyone as they come in the door. I have used them for tires and brake work on all of my cars. I have seen everything in their shop from exotic cars to large work trucks. Just this morning my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped in they pulled a nail out of my tire fixed the leak checked my air pressure all in about 15 minutes. I have always had great service and they have a talented crew.

Not good customer service. Didn't want to take time to find my problem and fix it bc he had other cars waiting. Rushed me off without fixing my car. Total waist of my time. I took my car somewhere else and I had no problem. I'm totally disappointed in Goodyear Express. The manager was very rude to me, told me to come get my car bc I was aware that he was pushing my car out of the way to get to the next car. He didn't want to fix my car, but He tried to sell me some tires and I didn't want them. Then he slammed the phone on me. I don't recommend this place. No face masks either. Five years ago, they didn't want to fix another car I had. Sent me on my way. They don't have good customer service nor mechanics. Don't take your car to Goodyear Express 58.

Absolutely great experience. Very helpful and friendly people who fixed my car and got me back on the road in something safe for a fraction of what I expected to pay. I highly recommend this shop and will be returning anytime I have future needs.

My radiator bled out all of the sudden, and this was the closest place I could drive to without overheating. I'd never been here before then.Even so, I'll definitely be using them in the future. They quoted the price before beginning, gave me a realistic timeframe, kept me up-to-date on the progress, and fixed it the first time. That's about all you can ask from a shop really.

Best place in town for new tires, oil changes and tire rotation. Staff is courteous, professional, and they make you feel at home. Prices are reasonable, and I know I can trust these guys to do a great job.

Crooks at this store!!!! I bought a lifetime rotation and balancing, at the time I purchased my tires. I was told that this was a national warranty and would be honored at any Goodyear location. I had my wife take our vehicle to the HWY 58 location to have this service done and they tried to charge my wife instead of honoring the warranty. Beware of this place and make sure not to send your wife or daughter alone because they obviously prey on women and try to rip them off!!!!

Honestly, overall good service. BUT, if you re having any tire changing done, do it yourself. They over torque your lugnuts, and it ll strip your bolts. Did it to me twice already, and ended up leaving my wife stranded and had to go change the tire for her. I m a 200 pound man and i needed a two foot long wrench just to get enough leverage to take off the nuts.

Well came in with fuel leak got the leak fixed but couldn't get truck started due to air in lines so the burnt the starter up replaced the starter free of charge but still didn't get truck running. Had to tow to another shop to fix it.. So paid 300 for nothing and another 400 to fix it.. And the mechanics are very hateful and rude..and no there was nothing else wrong with truck ran fine pulling in your driveway. The point is when someone brings a car or truck in it should leave completely fixed no matter what it takes.. That's customer service Sir. And your also a smart a** as we can see below.. You where wrong that is it..
