Express oil change is amazing. They have great customer service and are always happy and eager to help. I ve def swung by with non oil change issues and questions and they ve been super helpful at helping me resolve issues.Josh E was particularly helpful today helping me sort through if I needed to swap oil types or not.Will def continue using them!

Very great experience!!!! Josh was very helpful and knows what he is doing. Travis was very helpful also. Both were very friendly and made sure I understand everything. They didn't try and get me to by a bunch of extra stuff. I will definitely be going back.

This was my first time at Express. I was greeted immediately and they started my oil change rapidly! Trent Willis is incredibly kind and made me very comfortable with them working on my vehicle and making sure I got the oil I needed! Thank you Express, and thank you Trent!

Express Oil Change always does an exceptional job with all services with my car. Skylor was very professional and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. The workers here are very knowledgeable and efficient, highly recommended them for all oil change and tire needs!

I got an oil change by Trent Willis and I didn t know a thing about what type of oil my car needed! He was patient and explained everything well. Speedy, kind and helpful. I never go anywhere else for my oil changes. Thanks guys!

They've always done great work for me and my dad. Bill Roberts (owner? manager?) is very kind and knowledgeable; he's never made me feel dumb for not knowing more about cars, even though I know almost nothing.Their prices are good too!

Wonderful place to get your oil changed. Everyone is super nice and truthful. They never make you feel uncomfortable or try to take advantage of you if you re not knowledgeable of cars. I have been coming here for 5+ years.

Please book your appointments via phone vs. their website if you are wanting service done other than an oil change. I scheduled an appointment on the website a week ahead of time and got a confirmation text. When I showed up for the appointment, I wasn't in the system and they were already slammed. They told me to call next time. I did and got an appointment in their system a couple weeks later. They took care of my car and we had no issues. Very polite staff and efficient service.

Will not be back here at all. I call to confirm appointment and they say they don't have one. Said it would be 3hrs before they can get my car in for my brakes, so I call other places and then they come back and say well we can do it now. Told them I already got another place and then the attitude starts...the guy, not sure of the name tells me well it is what it is and good luck....not ok to speak to a customer like that, very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Travis the tech and then Skylar, the manager....absolutely horrible!!!! Got upset with me because I was running late due to traffic on the interstate. Then Skylar got smart with me because I was on the phone making an appointment elsewhere and had the nerve to tell me that my phone call was more important than speaking with him when I asked politely to hold on. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET!!!!!

I love express oil change!! They are right next to my house and typically only takes 10-15 minutes to complete an oil change which allows me time to get other errands ran or head to work without slowing my day down. All the guys who work there are amazing and never try to sell you on items you don t need.True honest people which is hard to find at these establishments these days. :)Service: Oil change
