James was a lifesaver! After calling numerous auto shops, he took us in as a walk-in customer with an urgent, time-sensitive repair. Not only did he go out of his way to accommodate our questions and concerns, but James also gave us honest advice. He did so promptly that allowed us to run a passing emissions test and tag renewal in time before leaving the state to head back to college. I could not have been more satisfied with this shop s attentive and caring service.Service: Electrical repair

A couple weeks ago, I had some car troubles with my check engine light/knock sensor. I called three different places and no one could fit me in. I was extremely stressed out and on the verge of giving up all hope when I called Cannon's Racks & Axles. A kind individual named James was able to fit me in THAT MOMENT. I drove over and he took time out of his day to help me. There was no one else there but him working; and I suspected he had a lot of other appointments. James helped me with my car troubles (fixed my sensor!) and I am so appreciative of his willingness to help me on such short notice. 100000/10 service. I do all my own mechanic work and pretty much always have. Was at O'Reilly's putting in a power steering pump in my truck. Heat index was well over 100. Got stuck at the very end and was about to fall out from heat exhaustion. Called Cannons and they sent a guy over that was there in literally 5 mins. He finished the job including having to take a hose back to their shop to work on it. Only charged me 20 bucks to do that. Super nice folks and they definitely are good at what they do. Sure saved my bacon. Not many places would have went out of their way to help someone. Highly highly recommend!

They lied sold me a car that the engine light came on B4 I could get home they try and charge 150.00 to put in the O2 sensor I bought call 1 just 1 other please ended up paying and still can't get it registered so got a lawyer instead! This and liers they new I had a disabled child and took my $ with a smile.

Put in a new steering rack and pinion and a month later it went bad again and I had to go back to them because it was under warranty he put it in a second time and they still didn't do it right every time I take my car to them it comes back a little worse for wear

The service was poor and the owner did not do multiple things I requested after saying he would. When I got my car back it wreaked like someone had been smoking cigars in it, this stench took almost a week to air out and with my asthma I was not happy

Stay far away from these con artistsi traded a legal car to them 6 months ago6 months later, still havent got a title to new car, and no help from these azzholes to get the title euther.total scumbags

Honest! Could have easily charged my mother $500+ for what she told them it could be. Instead, they charged her $70 for what was actually wrong with it!
