Ray the owner was super nice. So was the workers Hosea and Will. The price was great and after having several things fixed and looked at by a place he fixed my issue from the start. I 10/10 recommend them. They was also nice and hilarious.

Don t let the exterior deter you from coming here! I brought my Durango of 150,000 miles to Express auto, and I met Re. Re took me through the process of what was wrong with my vehicle and kept me up to date with feedback and even sent proof of the deteriorating parts of my vehicle. outstanding customer service at this shop. And a Fair price for the work my vehicle needed. I would recommend this shop to my close friends and family. Well worth your patronage.

Let s Just say the owner Ray was amazing and went above and beyond for us while we were here for vacation. Our family car the big expedition had brakes squealing from going down these steep mountains. Replaced the brakes and routers for us with out wasting our entire day. Dropped it off and Ubered to Glenn falls and 3 hours later our car was done. Do not I repeat do not judge this place on the outside. He is a caring genuine owner who cares about people, and their safety. 10/10 highly recommend this place. Honest, and doesn t sell you stuff you don t need

This mechanic has always been helpful. My engine was misfiring, I stopped by at 3pm and they managed to replace all 8 spark plugs and ignition coils before the end of the work day. They've also done a great job replacing my suspension, ball joints, brakes, and more

These people are awesome! My tire pressure read 17, they found a screw and informed me of the pros/cons versus a patch. I went with the plug, I had limited time and the shop was closing soon. 30 minutes later my pressure read 14 and called them. They stuck around after closing and found another hole! Fixed it and tried not to charge me.

They found the problem with my car when no one could. They truly hard workers and friendly great people with great prices if you ever need help with any that goes wrong with your car I recommend them.

Ray always gets my car back up and running and at a fair price. He has done late night calls and all overall a great place to get repairs done on your car

Do not go to this place! Ray is horrible. He won t return phone calls. He lies. He sold me bad tires and blamed it on the car not being properly aligned. I have a certification from an alignment place saying it is perfectly in line and I was sold bad tires. This place is horrible and I do not recommend anyone going there

The are the best my Guy Kyle got me right together with myMonte Carlo ss 1984 I had a nail stuck in my tire he did it with 30 seconds asked for him he is good at what he do .. he will forever be my brother come on down here and holler at him one of the best if you asked me!

A true OG gulf coast Floridian tooSaved me with a quality alignment before the rest of my road trip (friggin Waze took me off-roading when we were just trying to get up to Lookout Mountain)Guy had a lot full of cars and still took priority getting this Canadian back on his road.If you re looking for quality work at a fair price Ray is your man in Chattanooga

Went to Broad Street Tire & Auto to get an alignment and when I got there I let Ray know about a few other things I ve noticed with my explorer. Ray was great to work with. He immediately took it for a test drive to diagnose it, took me on a test drive to talk me through what was happening and was super up front and communicative about my problems and that he could fix them. Ray and his team did an amazing job and I feel like my car is brand new. I would recommend Ray and his team to anyone who has an issue or needs to try and diagnose an issue with their car. 10/10!

AMAZING! I came in with something in my tire and asked about replacing my cv axle. Not only did they get it done within an hour and a half same day, it was priced lower than anywhere else. Super friendly people and hard workers. We will definitely be back here in the future if needed

Great small business on the south side. Ray will rise care of you. We had a rental car with a low tire pressure light on. Turns out we picked up a nail. Ray s service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

If I had a penny for how many times I ve came here to get stuff done and had to return because it wasn t done right, I would be rich! I had to get rotors and brakes replaced. A few weeks later I started having issues again. So they attempted to fix it. Later that year I started having smoke and shaking. Was told different things that was going on with my car. My car was kept for a week. Was told it was fixed! Had to bring it back the following week! They kept it another week! Problem still isn t fixed. Don t even get me started on while the car was in their possession, my control arm broke and my car was on the back of a tow truck. The only reason I found out was because a family member told me me they seen my car on the back of a tow truck going down Broad St. I had to do a pop up and ask what s going on for them to tell me! After a few days they said it was finally fixed! When I got the car back, there was food and trash in my car from one of the workers. Did I get an apology for any of this? No. And to this day, the control arm isn t fixed. How do I know that? Because I took it somewhere else and they told me it was never fixed! I try to be nice but obviously being nice gets you no where. Also, my number is blocked! This place is extremely unprofessional and sketchy! With proof of messages and paperwork I will be suing and won t be coming back.

Friendly workers great quality fast at their job in fixing my car I needed a fuel pump,fuel filter, and a cap and control arms on both sides of my car they finished in 1 day!

I ve been going to Ray and his crew since I moved here 3 years ago, they have always been amazing and treated me like family. They ve always been awesome with prices and work and have always gone above and beyond for me! I m so appreciative of them and all of their hard work!

Now called Express Tire & Auto!I was so happy that they had 2 of the special sized tire that I needed! I was in and out in less than 30 minute & I spent less than $100! I even confirmed that they plug flat tires here, so this will be my new go-to place for all tire needs.

Ray is the best mechanic bar-none. He is the only person that I allow to fix any of my cars. I recently had the motor replaced in my SUV by the dealership because the engine was locked up due to a factory defect. It was covered under warranty, even though my car was at least 10 years old. But, when I got it back from the dealership, and only had it back for a week, I was noticing steam coming from my motor as I was traveling to work.I thought it was a blown head gasket. I called Ray, he came to my job, realized that it wasn't that serious, but that there was something wrong with a hose. I gave him my keys and he brought the car in the shop the following morning. Not only did he find that something happened to the hose, he also discovered that the dealership failed to add oil to my motor. Luckily, there was no damage to the new motor, but he did a quick oil change at a super affordable price and I am greatful to him and his team for finding and fixing the problems. He was done within a couple of hours and I was back on the road.Thanks Express Tire & Auto, at your Broad Street location, for everything that you do and, as always, I will continue coming back for my automotive needs.

My tire was shredded and the owner of this shop was so helpful and friendly. I really like this shop. They even tried to help with my air conditioner. Great vibe trust worthy they are fast AND you can even walk to pizza bros for a pint and pizza while you wait. Good people thank you.

These guys are amazing. I didn t need tires but I came in to get my TPS sensor reset. Ray (the owner) jumped on it himself and reset them then drove it to be sure all was good. He didn t make me wait or schedule an appointment, he just did it as a service. He s getting my next tire purchase for sure!!!

Great tire repair and service in an unbelievably short amount of time. Found a bolt in my tire on a Friday morning. I arrived at Broad Street Express Tires and had my tire repaired, my tires balanced (at my request) and I was back on the rode in thirty five minutes. The owner came through and cleaned and disinfected the seating in the waiting room while I was waiting. It is inspiring to see a small business with quality work and an eye towards top notch customer satisfaction. Way to go Broad Street Express!

Took car here to get struts replaced mechanic didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and didn't use caution handing abs wheel speed cables. Seemed like he was irritated to even do the job. Right after I left I noticed a squeaking sound that wasn't there before. I noticed that the guy bent the dust shields outward a lot. Without caution. I went back and inquired about sound and got rudely blown off. I'm pretty sure that's why I have an ABS/traction control fault now. Scared to take car back to this place. I think the cables were neatly zip tied before with old struts.

Ray is the best alignment shop in Chattanooga. He does a great job, keeps his prices reasonable, and really focuses on customer care. He WILL make sure you leave satisfied!

The owner Ray is a stand up guy! Also, super convenient location near downtown Chatt. These guys do a great business and you should get your car serviced here.
