Mr. Lebron is hands down the most helpful shop owner/mechanic I have ever ran across in 24 years. While he wasn't able to aide me with the issue my E350 was experiencing, he provided timely advice, and guidance, over the course of a week of back and forth communication, which allowed me to find a solution to my issue. He put up with all my follow up questions, and explained clearly what I should try, and who to call to get me to the finish line. I appreciate you, Mr. Lebron!

Highly recommended. Lebron is very knowledgeable ,experienced and excellent communication. Throughly examined my car and provided live details with pictures at every step. Very cost effective service compared to the dealer.

Benz Care is the best auto service/repair experience I ve ever had. Lebron is a Pro, he is thoughtful, professional, leading edge technical, transparent and communicates like no other Shop I have seen. He is a problem solver and really has the customers best interest at heart. He and Shannon run a well organized operation. I recommend you take your Mercedes there without reservation.

Highly recommend Benz Care Auto. I took my car for some mechanical problems and LeBron explained the situation to me, he is very professional and he is very knowledgeable. He kept me updated on every step to fix my car. and it was cheaper than the dealership. I wouldn't take my E350 bluetec anywhere else than Benz Care Auto. Thank you LeBron for the awesome service. I found Benz Care Auto through a Google search. My 2008 C-Class was in great shape but had an issue that would cost an enormous amount of money if taken to the dealer. I sent a text and called. From the moment they responded, I could tell I was talking to people who care. They took care of my issue right away and at about 60% less than what it could have cost at the dealership. LeBron knows his stuff! I firmly believe he can do anything related to my car. This week I had a serious issue, my steering lock went bad. Car was dead in the water. LeBron took care of it! Sends picks and texts of the work through the entire process. He s an electrical genius! He saved me at least $800 and maybe a LOT more. Fixing your Mercedes isn t cheap anywhere. If you have to fix it, fix it right, and try their service. His receptionist Shannon is awesome to work with too. She has been so patient and accommodating. I know I m gushing, but my C is my Baby and I wouldn t trust her to anyone else. Tried to reach out to them for repairs......extremely rude text messages back to my husband..acting like their privileged n were unworthy of there services. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!.. Such a shame.... we were referred to them from there customer....... horrible horrible customer service!!!!!! Not a way to do busy for future business!!!!...

Absolutely fantastic service, I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else.. LeBron knows exactly what to look for and keeps you informed every step of the way, cannot overestimate the value that that adds to the service, my SLK came to me with so many problems that I was unaware of and felt... And LeBron helped me not just to fix them but first to put a name to them and realize the effect that they were having... Definitely a hearty recommendation!
