Eric at Batteries Plus, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He programmed my replacement keyfob for a 1/3 of the price of Lexus and went above and beyond. He even gave me a couple of helpful pieces of information about the car. Great person to do business with- Keith

Batteries Plus Bulbs has any type of battery under the sun you can possibly need. If you are not sure what you need, the sales person is so knowledgeable, they can tell you exactly what your item will need.. From car batteries, watch batteries, coin cell batteries for books and toys, to traditional, they have it at great prices. If you bring your watch or toy in, they will do the replacement for you. The bulb selection is extensive too with a full complement of smart outlets to control your lights from your phone. The best part is the friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Needed a key fob for an older vehicle. They ordered it and it was delivered when promised. Ptrogramming it was a little difficult but they persisted and all is well. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole transaction.

I needed a replacement key for my Subaru outback. After calling around, I found out most places wouldn't or couldn't do it. This store got me fixed up fast, and at less than half the price the dealer quoted. Highly recommended!

Please do not come to this store for help. They will hangup on you and the people are very rude. Spoke with someone named Eric. Terrible customer service. Dude doesn't even know how to do his job and is a jerk.

Used Batteries plus for a phone repaid through SquareTrade. Justin made the process entirely seamless. We walked in, gave him our name and claim number, and went to grab Ice cream next door. 45m later I walked back out of Batteries Plus with a perfect repair.Literally as painless as possible. Thanks!

I had a great experience in this store. They did an excellent job with fixing my iPhone after I broke it. Screen replacement was quick and clean, works just as it did before. I waited 40 minutes and it was all done. Communication/conversation was great, labor as well.

Fast, friendly and informative customer service. Justin is awesome. Reasonable prices too. I highly recommend BP for your key fobs and motorcycle batteries. I'd give them 10 starts if I could. They saved my wife and I a lot of money

Great Service! They were fast and efficient. The price was reasonable compared to other phone fixing places. They fixed my broken Galaxy S9+ screen in an hour for less than $300 and that included the otter box they recommended. Definitely will be returning

The battery for my car was in stock, they gave me a reasonable price with a 10% online discount. I was able to make an appointment and have it installed the same day. The technician was courteous and changed the battery in about 15 minutes. The battery works great, and they have excellent service.

Great shop! They have a very friendly knowledgable staff. I went in with a friend and ended up getting a screen protector even though it wasn't planned. They offer life time warranties and it was by far the best price I had found. Screen protector is still doing great several months later.

What a great experience. Needed my Galaxy S8+ phone screen replaced. They had it in stock and replaced it in a couple of hours, and the price was better than anyplace else in the area (by $100 or more). The repairman was very helpful and professional, and visibly handled my phone with great care. Very impressed and so glad I went there.

About a week ago, my wife and I stopped by to see if her phone could be fixed. The employee spent over an hour troubleshooting what we already knew was an obscure and difficult issue. He was exceptionally helpful, honest, and professional and went above and beyond, pulling out all the stops to resolve the issue.While the phone couldn't be fixed, he guided us through the next steps and gave us some helpful tips about how to navigate our insurance and transferring data. I would highly recommend the store to anyone who is looking to have their phone fixed. We would also return for any other services they offer. From our experience, their customer service cannot be beat.

Eric Hart, the Store Manager, was very busy. However, he treated me as if I was the the only customer. He took care of the other customers as they walked in and as the phone rang; but, I was his focus as the one who was in line first. I was extremely impressed at how he made me feel special all the while making each customer behind me and on the phone feel equally special. Then Eric had my phone battery replaced in an hour even though other customers were coming and going in the store. GREAT JOB Eric!

Batteries Plus Bulbs -- ReviewI purchased a new Duracell Gold battery for my 1990 BMW 325is -- and scheduled a time to for the free installation.I had not been back to this store for 4 years -- but when I arrived -- the manager Eric remembered my name and who my favorite Beatle was.He installed my new battery and I was good to go. And I told him I'd be back in about 6 months to have the battery replaced on my Samsung S20.Great product selection and excellent service. Why would you go anywhere else?Thank you.Jim Helderle

I originally went in early July to have a rechargeable battery replaced for a piece of equipment which they have previously replaced at this store twice before. All details of what they used are on the battery pack. I was told their tech was out on emergency but that they would get the parts and call me back. Several weeks went by and heard nothing so I stopped by again only to find that no one had written any notes and nothing had been ordered. They found my information in the computer from a previous order and said they would be sure to order parts and call me back. It's now Aug 24 and still no word so I called. The person answering the phone seemed clueless and asked someone else if they knew anything about my battery. Then he said that a shipment just arrived and that if I would give them an hour or so to open it and see. Really? I've never had so much trouble trying to get a simple replacement. I don't have time for this terrible customer service. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Friendly,knowledgeable and as far as I can tell decent prices. My only complaint is the wait. They appeared to be under staffed and it took a while to get attended to but when they did get to me, the process went quickly.

I have always seen these places but never had the need I guess to look into using them for batteries and such until I needed a car battery. I looked online at a couple different places and found Battery Plus Bulbs that had a good battery for a good price and plus they had a 10% discount if you ordered online. I purchased the battery and picked it up in store and the guys there were very friendly and helped out anyway they could that s good customer service. I will be doing business with this store again for sure. Plus they had a very good deal on 24 pk of AA and AAA batteries at the time

I needed a new phone battery, come to find out my phone could have been seriously damaged because my battery had swelled, which I was shown. So grateful that Matt not only was able to remove the old battery which was tricky, but replaced it in 15 minutes when the Apple store quoted me double the price and 2-3 hours. Matt also told me in detail how to ensure my battery life could last as long as possible. Great staff and highly knowledgeable!

I have to say that my experience 10/8 was probably the best customer encounter I've had all year from a retail store. Brandon, very helpful, patient and HONEST. I went in thinking that I needed a new battery for my vehicle. He tested the battery and instead of selling me a battery, advised that my battery simply needed charging and offered to sell me a portable charger. The only issue was that I had no access to an outlet outdoors....long story short, he asked me to come back and offered to charge the battery free of charge!!! I was honestly blown away but this is why I have and will continue to do business with Batteries Plus!

I came in Thursday (10/21) morning. Great customer service. Both the guy I was working with and the other guy helping another couple with key fobs were very thorough. Sorry I didn't catch the names!!!
