Sharing a review for the Jersey Pike location-I d like to start off by mentioning first and foremost how excellent the communication is between shop and customer. Specific shoutout to Ms. Deborah over at the shop. She stayed on top of making sure I had consistent updates, any questions I had were answered immediately and the confidence that radiated through her and all of the staff when dropping off/ picking up. These guys rock. I had front end damage that destroyed my bumper, and radiator. These guys got on it pretty fast and the next time I saw it, it was in better shape than before it was damaged! The time and care these guys took to note and install my modifications how they were installed prior to bringing it in was stellar. If I ever have damage ever again, I WILL 100% be taking my vehicle to advanced collision. Pat your self on the back guys for a job well done!

Outstanding shop, highly experienced and certified to work on Porsche, Tesla, rivian, etc. Adam is very nice and experienced to work with you and your insurance company. I highly recommend these guys to work on your car. Friendly folks, reasonable prices.

I had hit a flying piece of rubber on a freeway when traveling back from Virginia. This left a dark black scuff and did some damage to the front of my Subaru CrossTrek. I brought the car here and arranged for repairs. The bumper was replaced along with the other parts. The car looks brand new and the paint job was done with a lot of care. The color matches perfectly and the car looks brand new now. The office staff treated me courteously as well. Hopefully I won't need more bodywork in the future, but I would certainly call Advanced Collision first if I do.

Super friendly staff, many workers on site. Several vehicles that are being worked on. I got in dropped off my truck, payment details and didn't get to sit down. Enterprise rentals was here to take me back to their office for paperwork. It was great.

Was recommended this shop by a family member, they also had one of the highest ratings out of all the body shops in the area. They were very professional from the day I brought the truck to the day I picked it up. They kept me up to date every step of the way and was always nice and informative, anytime I asked a question they didn t have to go find someone. they knew and explained in detail what was happening with my truck. As you can see from the photos their work speaks for its self. The truck looks and drive like the day I took it off the lot! I highly recommend this business. Top notch as usual and excellent work! Took it in for paint and they found safety issues in the front end. Fixed it all perfectly without breaking the bank! Up front, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Taken 4 of our vehicles there, referred my dad, and he is now a loyal customer. We have many more projects and will be back! Before and after. Painted scoop, fenders, and added new stripes.

The lack of communication is unbelievable. They were waiting for an approval on a Tuesday, I called for an update on Thursday 2 days later and said everything was going smooth and they moved my truck to the next step of repairs. I get a call Friday saying they have been trying to reach me for approval to proceed with the work. So now my truck as been sitting for 3 days when completion day was suppose to be Friday. I ve answered every phone call and did my part as a customer but no longer will I be a customer here because of the effort of miscommunication from the ladies in the back.

Advanced Collision Inc. did a perfect 5 Star Repair for us. We had a small bumper cover scratch and turn signal lens that needed replacement. We received perfect results, on time and for the exact amount of the estimate. After a minor collision, my car was towed to Advanced Collision for work. The transcooler was one of the parts that was replaced during this process.Soon after my car was returned to me, the lines to the transcooler blew up and exploded. My child and I were left on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. No signal - no one for miles. We had to walk two miles back to the main road to get help and a tow.The improperly-installed transcooler, acquired and installed by Advanced Collision, caused irreparable damage to my transmission. My car was totaled - it was paid off already. What should have been a textbook fix turned into a complete nightmare for our family. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

They fixed my windshield after a rock hit it and the back side body after a drunk driver hit it. I have a Tesla model 3 and this is the only place in Chattanooga certified to work on them that I ve found and they do a great job. Adam rocks. He s been super helpful both times. They fixed my car damage and it looks new and they recalibrated my self driving sensors after replacing my windshield, which no one else around can do. It was covered under my insurance and they saved me from having to go to Atlanta or Nashville to get it fix. Highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto glass replacement

The repairs on my vehicle were completed in a week after I was hit, which isn't bad, but they failed to communicate to me that they would clean out my entire car. I emailed the CEO and he said it was a "standard procedure" and that "we take great care in not misplacing our customers belongings and they are not left unattended while cleaning is happening." Mind you, I was not told to remove any personal items from my car; all I was asked while I was waiting to be picked up was simply "do you need a bag?" since they saw me taking out a couple bags from the front seat. Nowhere in the paperwork did it state someone would touch all my belongings and place them in my trunk. I called the place on my way home and asked again if they definitely put everything back in - I was told yes and spoken to with an unprofessional attitude as if I was crazy to be concerned at all. It wasn't until I got home I realized they had LIED and some minor items (nothing super crazy important) were MISSING from my car!! I conveyed this to the CEO who never responded to me again; that was over a month ago (March 24). My front fender was the only thing that needed fixed (I had cleaned the front of the car; the back seat and trunk were still emptied despite them not needing to do anything back there) - there was no reason for them to vacuum my entire car, especially if they had kept the windows rolled up while working! I expected a repair and a repair alone; anything else should have been clearly conveyed to me; I would have happily cleaned out my entire car beforehand if I had been told. This happened during a pandemic, which is even worse; the CEO said "if you would like to stop by the shop we will be glad to help return your items to their proper locations with your guidance" but I said I would not return unless I deemed it necessary to do so due to risk of virus exposure and because I had only found minor items to be missing. Please beware of this business and make sure you ask them every single question you can possibly think of before you leave your vehicle there, since apparently some employees cannot communicate well with customers. I do appreciate the fast response over email and the fact the repairs were done, but they should PLEASE make sure their services are CLEARLY explained to customers before vehicles are dropped off!!

We took our car here to get a mirror replaced and a dent fixed on an insurance claim. They installed the wrong mirror, and on top of that they seem to be holding $500 of our insurance money hostage for almost a month. The people we've talked to have been friendly, but the work and whoever handles the billing has been subpar at best.Service: Side view mirror repair

Ive never used their services here personally but my parents have taken their cars to them multiple times and they have been fantastic. They do really detailed work and their painters are top notch. Kurt, the owner is also really nice and just overall a super cool dude if you get a chance to talk to him. I would highly suggest this shop for your body work needs.

Recently experienced our first accident and needed the back of our car repaired. We had no idea what we were doing honestly. Went to Abra for the first estimate. Super professional people. Then I went to Advanced Collision. Super professional people as well and estimate was almost identical. But the guys there had customer service that was off the charts!! They seemed to be more thorough and they went that extra mile to take the time to patiently answer all the questions that I had. Outstanding people!!

My car looked brand new when I picked it up with 150,000 miles. Camry that is. Skip in Customer Service was good and my car was cleaned inside and out that I was floored as to the full detailed job they provided. Only had back for a few weeks and hope it continues to hold up. Love it so far!!!

My car got hit and although the damage was not major, it was still very noticeable. I took my car to Advanced Collision and they were very happy to assist me. All the employees are very friendly and did their best to make my unfortunate experience a pleasant one. After my car was repaired, a friend noticed a small chip in the paint under the right tail light. I took my vehicle back and they were again very friendly and happy to repair my vehicle. I would highly recommend them because they did everything to make sure I was satisfied with the work and repairs to my vehicle.

I have used Advanced Collision twice and the experience has been as pleasant and their work is very fantastic both times. I really appreciated the updates via text message and each time my vehicles were completed in less time than expected. I know others who have used them and they were very pleased as well. If you are anywhere near this body shop and have the option to get your vehicle fixed here, do it. These are genuinely some of the best people I've had the pleasure to meet. I have worked closely with Chris, and Adam for years now and they are the type of people who just do the right thing. In my line of work, I deal with hundreds of body shops. This is the one I trust with my personal vehicle.

We took our van here because it had fairly good reviews. And wd had a fairly good experience, with some exceptions. When we arrived, to get an estimate they took pictures. Lucky for us, because in the process, they actually put a dent in our van that was not there when we took it in. I don't know how anyone could have inspected the van and not seen the new dent (as they delivered it to us). They cheerfully fixed it for free. They also had to send it to Honda, and between the two of them, the alarm now randomly goes off in the middle of the day or night.That said, the paint job looks really good. Where they actually did repairs, they did a great job. The van is not quite perfect now, but I'm the only one that can see the imperfection. The customer service was great, they always treated us with courtesy and respect, and kept us i formed about its progress. Although the alarm still goes off randomly. That has never been resolved. I cannot decide if i would use them again. I can't believe they made such mistakes, but they also corrected them without any hassle. Not even a little. They simply apologized, and fixed their error.

I brought my Cadillac in after someone working on my house grazed it . Didn't want to go through insurance, and expected to spend around 1000 dollars out of pocket to repair . Jackie, the young lady that looked at my car told me she thought it was just transfer that we could actually get out then and there. She got a towel and some kind of liquid and it was like magic ! All the scrapes were gone and my car was perfect again. They didn't charge me a thing! The integrity and honesty . We all know there are crooks that could have faked a repair and took my money and I'm so glad I went to this shop first!! Highly recommend

My complaint is for the Cleveland location. The management staff are the absolute worst management team ever. Aaron the GM/HR manager is the most unprofessional person. When a employee has a problem and has valid evidence to back up the complaint and ask for help aaron tells the entire shop and makes fun of the employee by calling them a cry baby and tattle tail. How old is he 2 years old? If you're going to call yourself a general manager and also the human resource manager which makes no sense at all how can you not research the problem? This would be a great place for management training, but I guess people are beating down the door to get a job and work for subpar management. Good luck, employee's don't quit good job's they quit bad management teams. Wonder how many more employees will quit because of the poor management?

I took my car in for an estimate Monday morning. The process was quick, and Bill was very helpful in answering my questions. I could tell that they were busy which was confirmed by the staff. I was concerned that I might have to wait for a long time, but they were very quick in their turnaround time. They communicated with me regularly by phone and text alerts, and they delivered on or ahead of the timeline they quoted. When I went to get my car, it looked great; they had detailed it inside and out. I won't take my car anywhere else in the future, and I recommend the same to others.

Fantastic service, very professional and transparent. It gives you a world of confidence to bring in your Kia and see a McLaren, a rare Porsche, and an awesome JDM Toyota off-road van thing all being worked on. You'd better believe that if Tim and the rest of the staff can handle that kinda work, they can do a top-notch job for plebes like us.We were sent in by insurance after being rear-ended, and they made everything very smooth and easy for us. You'd never even know that our car had been scratched now.

superior service and friendly staff. My Passat was repaired like new and returned to me before I knew it. Advanced Collision had me back on the road with no indication that there had ever been an accident. Paint matched perfectly, car was clean, and Karen at the front desk was compassionate and understanding about my distress at being in the accident. She and the staff kept me informed of the progress of the repair, so I always knew where my car was and when I could expect to have it back. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Advanced Collision was recommended to me by my dealership after a tree fell on my car during a Spring thunderstorm. I have a 2014 Versa Note and the tree fell right on the roof causing major damage. My 4 year old car only had 10,500 miles on it! It was my baby and I was just sick when I saw more tree than car!Advanced Collision is a clean, organized shop and the estimate included two prices. One, if the roof had to be replaced and one without. The dings and dents were all over the car - it was a mess. We discussed the process of repair and replacement parts. I was afraid I wouldn't get a clear coat sealer over the new paint, yet it was all figured in. We set up a day, about 8 working days, for me to bring it back for the repairs. I was told it would take between 10 days and 2 weeks to repair.In 8 working days, I got the call that it was repaired and had been inspected. Thank goodness, I didn't need a new roof!My car looked brand new! They had done a lot of work on it, especially getting the dings/dents out of the roof. Also, aligning the roof to the correct position. It had been knocked a bit sideways.They even vacuumed the inside!I couldn't be more happy! All the work has a Lifetime Guarantee as long as I own it and I keep my cars 20+ years. All the people I dealt with were professional and made sure all my questions were answered. I would very highly recommend them if your vehicle needs repairs.

Took my car in for a pre-track inspection. RJ was a huge help getting me in and Austin demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and still got the car on and off the lift in under an hour. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and professional - highly recommend!
