I called and set up an appointment to get my car looked at. (I had hit a deer.) I was told they could "definitely work on my [older model] car." When I got to my appointment, roughly four days after calling, I was instantly told that they wouldn't work on a car as old as mine. This wouldn't have been an issue had they just called me after seeing the details I had left (model, year) and told me they couldn't work on it. They didn't, however, and ended up wasting a good hour and a half of drive time for me.

All around great service. Friendly, helpful. Took a little longer than planned but supply delays have caused that issue. Car looks great.
