one of the WORST NIGHTS OF NO SLEEP I've ever had. parking in the spaces by the shop and loves sign. feels like your sleeping on your head. I turned to the opposite side of my bad and it felt like I was sliding into the side of the cab. crew came by at 1 am talking loud to move trash cans. there is a major drop off and NO fencing to protect from it. who knows what or who is lurking in the background. it is in the hills of Tennessee. there is trash everywhere. backs RIGHT UP TO TREES . at least the lot is lit up.

I don t guess i will ever understand how a chain truck stop, that boasts about truck care, never has any grease to grease the trucks. Have called every single Love s between Roanoke, VA and Charleston, TN and all claim to not have grease. Maybe Love s should change the slogan to laziest shop employees on the highway. Guess I ll take my business to STM or TA since Love s doesn t want to do it.

95$ to scan a check engine light is a rip off. Actually they hurt themselves because that's a missed opportunity to upsell the needed repairs.

How does a truck repair shop not have a 35 MM socket for trailer lug nuts !Because the trailer is a 93 it's too old ? Unacceptable worse excuses everMight wanna get one yo have on hand

Back parking lot it nasty, nobody put enough trash cans out so people littered, nobody picked up trash. Showers are nasty, moldy, like nobody ever used bleach on them. Just terrible

The people were friendly but the food was not. I'm tired of fast food and loves offers nothing but fast food. They say they have good food available but how much fruit and salads can you eat if you're not vegetarian. They don't offer anything but fast food to the non-vegans and that's not fair. They only offer fattening foods that are fast foods to the non vegans which is not good for any of us. No healthy restaurant to offer such things as maybe salmon or grilled chicken without the skin and other things. Hot fresh foods with veggies and carbos but all we get is burgers fried Chicken and sandwiches. That is my problem with loves. No fresh hot foods that is healthy for you. If you want Arby's McDonald's Wendy's Hardee's Carl's Jr Chester's Chicken Subway then you will be happy because that is what they offer. But loves like pilot and now travel center of America offer nothing but lousy fast foods that is very unhealthy and is causing many drivers out here to go obese. It's not right to take advantage of American drivers that's a fight America with everything it needs to keep running. We need hot fresh foods that are good for us and that we can choose. Not fast food. If the drivers choose the fast foods that is their problem and they will deal with it but if other drivers want hot fresh foods that is good for them then give us that and let us have the choice to decide what we want not what you want to give us. As far as Love's concerned people-wise I give you four stars. Concern for drivers only one star because you don't care.

One of our trucks lost power at the fuel island. Mechanic came out to check batteries, connections, KILL SWITCH, after some looking we were told that ECU is dead and that we need to tow it to the dealer. We were blocking fuel island so we called towing. When towing arrived he just pressed ON on the kill switch and everything went back to normal.

Clean I could get fruit which was good gas wasn't a bad price either this one had McDonald's and a subway that was a good thing

Always clean friendly staff fast service and if you haven't tried their hot dogs yet then you are totally missing out. Other than that really good travel center.

They did a confident PM service on my truck. Walked me through all the details. Decent. I would recommend them for PM service

No one gave me the Love's customer greeting I have grown accustomed to. Shower was good and Subway sandwich was great. Thank you.

Slow don't care about the customer or value their time. This is typical of most loves services centers but not all.

This location sucks, the fuel islands are always backed up. Aside from that, it's a Love's, you get what you get.

One of those walks from parking area. After dark, turns into a nightmare with the geniuses parked wherever they can make their own spot. Ridiculous.
