I had to get my truck fixed after a small accident. These folks were a pleasure to deal with. They did what they said they would in a very timely manner. Very friendly staff that kept me in the loop through the whole process. And 2 beautiful dogs I got to pet while I was in waiting room. I highly recommend them. I left feeling more like a friend than a customer.

I wrecked my car Halloween and called to see if Jacobs could get it in to repair it. They were great to deal with. The communication was above my expectations and they kept me updated along the way. They arranged for my rental and let me know when it would be ready. They went above and beyond to have it finished before the rental time expired. The car looked better than brand new when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this business for your wrecked car!THANKS JENNIFER AND PATRICK

Great service and great people. Straightforward and honest. Brad just finished putting the front end of my Impala back together for the fourth time. Three deer and a hit and run minivan!! You can't tell the car was ever damaged. They are professionals at every level. They do great work and are easy to work with. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!Service: Body & Trim

Jacob's did an amazing job on repairing the damage to the back of our Knight Rider car. The car looks just as it did before anything happened. Excellent work and very friendly. Would most certainly recommend.

I took my van in on Tuesday for a large scratch and bumper replacement from an accident. They were very timely, kept me updated frequently, professional and easy to work with. They took care of my rental and my insurance information for me as well. Work turned out great and ended up knocking off almost $1000 off the original quote because the damage wasn t as bad as they thought. Very trustworthy people. Great work and the shop/ office kept me informed the whole way through. Most body shops do not do that. Everyone was friendly and helpful . I just moved here to Centerville so I didn't know who to use. Jacob's was recommended by someone I trusted so I took my truck there & so glad I did! They made a terrible situation a little bit better. The insuarance companies were not being cooperative at all. Patrick and Jennifer went out of their way to help me. They always showed care and concern and they called to keep me informed with the process of my vehicle. Will return!
