I totaled my vehicle by hitting a deer one day on my way to work. I live in Centerville and couldn't drive my car to a dealership, so by chance, I pulled into High Gear Motors. I literally told them I needed a car that day. I drove a couple of cars and opted for a Mitsubishi Endeavor. They gave me a trade in value for my totaled car and what a relief that was as I would have had to pay for a tow truck, take it in, etc. Fast forward, I have had the car for about 2 months. Lost my job. I had no way of making my car payment and had to call them and ask for their help. They were kind and understanding and adjusted my payment schedule and even gave me a lower monthly payment so I wouldn't be financially stressed. You tell me what large car dealership would be willing to do that for you?? Oh, and then, my pay schedule didn't align with the bi-weekly payments I was making. Again, had to ask for a favor. They adjusted that for me as well. I am grateful I drove into that dealership that day. Monique and Eddy have been nothing but helpful and gracious to me. Plus, if you are a cat lover, they have two beautiful black cats in the shop so every couple of weeks, I pay my bill and pet these two lovelies. Thank you to Eddy and Monique.

If you re looking for a buy here pay here with great owners and nice vehicles here is your place! Eddie and Monique have been very great people to deal with! They were very reasonable and negotiable on the down payment and had me in a ride the same day. Their communication with you as a car dealer is TOP TIER, they are always very understanding and willing to make right any small issues that may occur! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My fiance and I purchased a used family van from here last month. On the test drive, it drove great. However, we noticed over the next few days that it would stall at a red light after 30-40 minutes of driving. Eddie and Monica have been great with communicating with us and working on fixing the issue. Eddie replaced a sensor, clamp, and a connection part. We just got it back, and it did good on the drive home. We will get more clarity on if it s fixed later this week as we drive it longer distances, but I know if it s not that they ll help figure it out and work on it until it s fixed. They are great and they ve earned our future business with their integrity. Thank you Eddie and Monica!

We are very pleased with the experience we had purchasing our vehicle. The entire process was explained thoroughly to us, including details from beginning to the end. The purchase price was very fair and we plan to purchase another vehicle soon with them because of their honesty and integrity!

I bought my mini Cooper from High Gear Motors, LLC. I was initially nervous about it, but Monique answered all my questions and was very patient and accommodating. She kept me informed via text each step of the process and the whole experience could not have been easier and more enjoyable. She, Eddie and James are very personable and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Amazing dealership!!! Monique and Eddie were wonderful to work with and helped me out when other dealerships wouldn't. They are friendly and welcoming. They even got my car ready early for me!! If your looking for a used car, definitely go see them!!

Several weeks ago I bought a Nissan from High Gear Motors in Bon Aqua. Buying cars is very time consuming and I hate that but I talked to Eddie and his lovely wife Monique, after having a long discussion about my options we made a deal and this was for one time a very good experience low payments very good car I'm very happy to meet good people like this and I think everyone should see how easy it is to purchase a vehicle I needed something good on gas going back and forth from Fairview to the Columbia Power and Water company everyday and I love this car and the people at High Gear Motors are very intelligent on what they do and very nice and polite thanks Eddie and Monique.

I don t give out 5* s and I don t give out 1* s! But saying that I will say this my wife and I bought our camper from High Gear and we are very pleased! We don t regret it in the least; The negotiations were fair, timely and our camper was everything described. WE ARE VERY PLEASED AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BUY FROM HIGH GEAR MOTORS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!

Doesn t honor negotiated terms and price, wasted time and money. After a purchase price was negotiated over the phone, cash was the preferred payment. After driving out there with only minutes until arrival, a text was sent stating that more money was due to cover taxes and fees. No one casually carries an additional $2000 in cash without intention of transaction and was left unexpectedly disappointed. Unfortunately since I had only withdrawn the negotiated cash price, the deal could not be completed and was left with a non refundable deposit lost and without a vehicle to drive home. Even if I had gotten a cashiers check, it would ve been written for the negotiated cash price, still leaving me in the same situation. I waited over an hour alone in their parking lot just for an opportunity to view the vehicle with which even after notating the obvious cover ups and remaining damage to be repaired and revealed the vehicle had been on the lot nearly a month, I was still willing to work out a deal for the vehicle that was over the Kelly Blue Book Value, with confidence in my teams ability to resolve those issues with the vehicle. Nice people, poor service.
