We are so thankful for Charlie helping us during our time of need. Our vehicle would not have made it the hour drive home after our family vacation. He got us safely back on the road all in the same afternoon. He is very kind, trustworthy, and we absolutely recommend his services. Charlie is the salt of the earth human - being. It's too long of a story to explain what he did for my girlfriend & I. He was our guardian angel in an extremely difficult situation! Two years ago we moved to Carthage and I was in need of a mechanic a few months later. Charlie at Smith County Auto Repair was recommended and we ve used him ever since. He is honest and prices are fair and reasonable. Won t take my vehicles anywhere else and always appreciate the work he does. He s a one man show and busy (sign of a great mechanic if you ask me), but I don t mind waiting because I know the work will be done right!!

We have been using Smith County Auto Repair (Charlie) for a few years now. He has always been Honest and Extremely Fair. I would and have recommended him to several friends and family. He is the only locally private owned business I will ever let work on my vehicle.. A Big Thumbs Up!!!

My family and I broke down 10 hours from home. My oil pump went out which is not a cheap repair. Charlie got to us right away and kept me informed every step of the way. His price was more than fare and he got us back on the road by the next day. Great guy. God bless you real good!!!

Charlie saved a long expensive trip for us all the way back to Virginia by taking the time to help us. Our road trip to meet our pen pals was a blast and my birthday party was saved thanks to him. The car made it from Virginia to Carthage, Charlie fixed us up and then it was onto Texas and back without a problem. Awesome owner, awesome service. If your car is ever giving you trouble through Carthage, definitely give Smith County Auto Repair a chance. Thanks a bunch man!

Work was relatively immediately. Seems to be only employee at the present, I believe.Well, some time has gone by and my understanding and appreciation for Charlie's work has moved up quite a bit. If you need work done don't hesitate to contact Smith County Auto Repair. If I could give ten likes, I would.
