Maddox Insurance has went well beyond the extra mile. From the very first time we came into the office we felt like family. They even provided extra investigation into our insurance problems and came up with a solution that helped our entire family. Nelda Davidson hit the home run with helping us transition to an office located here in Georgia. She provided extra paperwork, e-mails, and even phone calls to help us save money. Thank you Maddox Insurance for your awesome service and for having an awesome staff.

I have had insurance with Maddox Insurance for several years now. Yes I've checked around to look for cheaper, but it doesn't exist. Charlotte Burcham is my agent at the office in McKenzie and she is awesome!! She will check with multiple agencies till she finds the most affordable for you. She always stays up to date on all the new stuff and has helped me save on my insurance. I have gotten my boyfriend and mother both to change their insurance to Maddox. I would recommend giving Maddox a chance to see if you can get your insurance lowered with them.Thanks,Cynthia BatesParsons, TN

Everyone in the Camden office are so helpful. They take the time to make sure to answer any question you may have. They have always been helpful and caring to me and my family. They make sure you have the insurance coverage that is right for you. Maddox Insurance rates an A+ with me.

Grant Hollingsworth has been absolutely great to me over the past few years!!! He is always prompt and has saved me a lot of money, seems to always have my best interest in mind. Highly recommend

Do yourself a favor and call Maddox Insurance. Ask for Grant - he saved us $850 a year for home and auto insurance, and that's with increased coverages!!! Easy to work with and talk to, I highly recommend this company!

they say they're there to help, but don't. They also told me I owed for this reason but when I proved the discrepancy wrong. It was something else that was the problem. I need real life help not pretend help. So I'm switching.

So far they remember me but they did mislead me some on how much the price would change but the price was still lower than a lot of other places
