I had gone to Walmart to get a new battery, barely made it there. They were not able to put a battery in because they told me they didn't have the tools they needed. I went to AutoZone and Bob helped me out. He didn't think he would be able to get my battery in but he did!! I am thankful he took the time (probably longer than he was supposed to) to help me out!! Thank you AutoZone and thank you very much Bob!! You guys are awesome!!

Auto zone used to be my favorite part store .....Now your lucky if they ever give you the right parts . The last three times I have been they have given me the wrong parts

The rewards program has been updated and I believe is a little better. Come in to your local zone and be part of the difference. Friendly staff and most likely have to order your part but u will leave with a smile.... hopefully lol bryce working hard to keep his customers happy and them shelves stocked. My brutha is essentially essential to this essential business working hard from new years to Christmas

I was traveling Sunday morning and 2hours away from home the car broke down. I went to AutoZone and Tyler helped me figure out what the problem was and what I needed to fix. Awesome customer service. I'd have been stuck if it wasn't for him. Just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had in a bad situation, thanks to him I made it home. Thanks again Tyler!

I was very impressed with the service I received! I went in to buy windshield wipers and the guy that helped me (Tyler, I believe was his name) was very helpful! He offered to put the wipers on for me and in addition checked my washer fluid. Great customer service is always appreciated and this guy nailed it!

Stopped by today. My new windshield wipers had the wrong size adapter. Tyler, opened a new package and replaced them for FREE! Awesome service!

Called every part store in Camden and surrounding areas and no one had the hose I needed except Memphis. Somehow Tyler magically made one the right length and diameter to fix my car! This store will be my 1st stop from now on.

FINALLY!!!! Autozone in Camden has a New MANAGER that is actually polite and nice to people. Until yesterday I refused to go in this store from previous experiences, they had this little sawed off white little smart mouth leprechaun as a MANAGER, putting it nicely that made every trip a disaster. I had no choice but to enter those gates yesterday...ended up being the most positive experience I have ever had in a parts store! Way to go owners, great change, great new management and he even is knowledge about vehicles.

Great and friendly customer service. Knowledgeable as well. They're tool rental program is high priced and although you get it back not everyone can afford a $150 tool rental especially when it's not leaving the parking lot. Tool rental is a great idea for theft protection however maybe the rules can be reevaluated so it fits more budgets and saves customers money in the long run. If the tools were stolen the company would get their money back regardless. Small town, low income, better negotiable rentals with ID, thumb prints, blood sample lol . Overall it's a great place to do business with

My car broke down in Camden and the guys went out of their to help us. They did not have the part but kindly helped me find it close by. I will always go there first. I can t say enough good things about the manager and his crew. Thank you so much!

10/10 highly recommend Tyler at the Camden autozone location. He really helped a brother out today and took good care of me. He really knew his information when it came down to it. Tyler is very dependable

I'm giving 2 stars because there is a man that works there, that every time I come in, he does nothing but stare at me. I hate going in there when he's working. If the creep is not there, I give five gold stars!

The customer service people are awesome here. They really take the time to find the right product for you. Everytime I'm there I am greeted with a welcome and trust me that happens so rarely any more.

When in camden autozone to have a battery checked Tylar come out to ck it and noticed he smiled antifreeze as he was checking the battery he looked up and seen the connector to the heater core was leaking he knew exactly the parts I need to get my truck back on the road as well a new battery.

I had been to another parts store and was told that no one could help me and that the person working is not a mechanic. Their entire lobby was full of people and the person working the counter was complaining that their entire staff left early for the weekend. I was really upset because I needed part!! So I went to AutoZone in Camden TN. The floor manager looked at my vehicle and right away what parts I needed. Part of them were in stock and part of them were ready for pickup the next morning. There were several people working and all customers were being helped in a timely manner. It was a relief to get professional assistance when I needed it! This was a Friday night and I needed the parts so I could drop the car off Monday morning for the repair to be made. I definitely will go to AutoZone from now on instead of the other parts store in town.

Due the the fact I just put this part on last April it has done went out .no warranty or replacement. But them guys working in there are super nice

I visit this location on 11/1/2021 me and my family was on vacation my vehicle had battery problems the store manager and his team quickly found my problem got me a new battery on my car so we could make it back home safe. This experience will be the reason I will shop at AutoZone for a lifetime.
