My son and I were traveling for spring break and our truck had issues. JB diagnosed the issue for us and helped us get on our way. Very honest and caring guy. The type of person you unfortunately don t always run into in your time of need. Do not hesitate to reach out to Auto Tech Repair if you have a need.

This is an AMAZING COMPANY!! We were on our way back to Nashville the Friday after Thanksgiving and the belt on our Jeep Wrangler came apart. It was 8 mins from closing and J.B made sure to take care of us. His crew worked on our Jeep after hours and even took us to the store to buy the parts we needed. We were back on the road in no time. They were very professional and very AFFORDABLE. This is the Auto Repair place you want to go too!!! Big Thanks to J.B and Ralph.Service: Auto maintenance

Car broke down about 4pm with 2 small children and a sick wife on I-40 on the way home to Texas . JB was not only the only mechanic to answer his phone at 4pm even though he was just as busy as all the others trying to finish his work for the day, but he picked up the car, made sure I had a ride back to the hotel and to his shop the next morning and took care of us first thing because of our situation and charged us a very reasonable price for the work. I cannot recommend this shop and this man enough. I wish I lived there so he could be my permanent mechanic.

JB and his son rule. I was heading back home to Colorado from Knoxville and blew a fan pulley outside of Brownsville. I looked them up on Google and within a few minutes of speaking to JB he told me he could get the parts I needed. I cannot express how helpful they were. They did everything they could to get me back on the road as fast as possible and were the nicest people. I would recommend them 100 times out of 100. Best of luck to you guys!

I had such a wonderful experience with this mechanic. My engine started overheating on the way back to New Mexico after the holidays. It was a Sunday, and almost all shops were closed. But he came out and met me where I was parked and took a look at my car and got me on my way within an hour. He was so nice and helpful. This mechanic truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!!!

My friends and I were on the way to Memphis for a doctor's appt and caught a blow out in my truck on a 2 lane back road highway. A gentleman stopped to help us but my lugs were on too tight. I called the local tire shops in the area searching for a tire and possibly a tow. No luck what So ever. So we had to put put to Auto Tech in Brownsville. The gentleman there, Jarvis Beard, didn't have a tire to fit my vehicle. But check this out....Jarvis called around to a nearby shop (1 that I called), talked to someone there, had them check to make sure they still had the tire. They did. Jarvis let me and my friends (grant it, the 3 of us are older &1 of my friends had her 5 year old gbaby)sit in his office cause it was hotter than fried cooking oil outside, took my tire off my truck, went to another tire shop, bought the tire, mounted and balanced it, brought it back, and put it on my truck so we could be on time for our doctors appointment. Bless this man. He showed us that there are still people with kindness and humanity in the world. For his kind act I will always be indebted.Hat's off too you sir, Mr Jarvis.

On our way home from Memphis, TN to Virginia, Our car got hit by truck tire blowout near Brownsville and damaged the engine protection Skid plate. We search Auto Repair shop nearby on google and found AutoTech Auto Repair. JB knew what was the issue and he immediately removed the Skid Plate and assured us that nothing has been damaged except that plate. He made sure we are comfortable driving on the highway. He didn't even charge a single penny. He insisted not to pay. You hardly find people like JB in todays world. Thank you for your service. JB, you are a gem. God bless you. God bless you.

My car broke down on a Saturday out of town, and many auto repair shops were closed. AutoTech gladly took me in with no appointment and was able to get my car fixed up so I could get back home. They also did not overcharge me, a woman with her child in a desperate situation away from home. Despite this shop not being all fancy and modern looking, I couldn't have asked for better service.

Highly recommend this shop!Stranded on a drive from California to Virginia; went to AutoTech and spoke to JB, who quickly diagnosed and replaced the battery. I was back on the road in less than 2 hours! Nice meeting you sir!

I was on a road trip from Dallas to NY. became nervous when engine light showed up. The guy there took all my nervousness away by giving me nice advice. Really appreciate this for anyone living nearby at least.

The owner does not answer his phone and the shop closes when ever they feel like it. I have not been able to catch anyone at the shop to have my truck worked on.

Broke down on the interstate had rode side assistance drop me off here this man knows what he s doing great honest guy helped me change my alternator and serpentine belt and had some good conversation
