We had a driver needing roadside early in the morning. This was the only company that seemed willing to help so early on a Saturday. You can tell they have experience and are very knowledgeable. They knew exactly where our driver was with very little information, were quick to get the trailer repaired and get driver rolling again, and they were reasonably priced. I hope we don't have an issue where we would need to use them again, but they will always be our first choice. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! They were easy to communicate with. We had a semi truck and trailer that needed to be towed. It is not easy to find a good towing company. We are glad that we used them.

Absolute Worst of the Worst. Doubling the bill for no reason, can't explain it, and says "You just gonna have to pay it, buddy" then Demanding Cash Only payment. Then threatening to tow my truck and keep it hostage. Guy in the office is mental, can't put 2 sentences together, yells, hangs up the phone every 30 seconds. I mean, at least show up to work sober. Just Unbelievable place. Do you yourself a favor and find a different service.

Called Jimbo at A+ when we got stuck with a flat on our RV on I40 at 5pm. He got his tire guy there in less than 30 minutes when our Roadside Assistance rep still had us on hold. I would give them 10 stars, but 5 is all Google would let us give!

We waited 5 days for the TA truck shop in Denmark TN to fix our Tractor Trailer Air Brakes. As we pulled forward to test the brakes, our fully loaded Reefer (40k lbs) Trailer Dropped and Completely Disconnected from our Tractor!! This is Not an Easy nor Inexpensive Fix!! The Manager (Christopher)of the TA was Not Helpful At All and acted as if it was Our Fault. Ultimately, A+ ...more Specifically, Ryan Wallingford was dispatched by our Company to help us out but while waiting, another Wrecker company who happened to be in the area rode by and gave us a Rediculously Expensive Estimate, which happens often being a #LadyTrucker... we had the sense to decline and wait for Ryan though!! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW POSITIVELY IMPACTFUL Ryan and A+ Towing and Recovery were!!! The Timeliness, the Vibe, The Professionalism, The Ability to Lighten an Already Stressful Situation and Correct it as well as replace and repair the destroyed air brake hoses (that ABSOLUTELY SHOULD'VE BEEN HANDLED BY THE TA TRUCK SHOP) While Still keeping the cost far less than the Previously mentioned Original Estimate Reflect just how Awesome this Company and RYAN WALLINGFORD Truly Are!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Was towed by Ryan to Nashville on 6-22...working for UPS I have been towed several times...this towing was painless..he got to me before his ETA, had me hooked and ready to go in under 30 minutes

Vincent came to my rescue when my Uhaul truck broke down. Uhaulwas useless with solving the problem-I would still be sitting there. They arrived fast. Professional, and expert at what they do. So this place is a total rip off I got putout of service for a air leak a + rip off came out and look at it and said it was the abs valve leaking and we can't fix it here will have to tow it I said no I will call someone else the guy said what about the service call I said yes we can pay that thinking it would be a couple hundred bucks cause all they ready did was show up but no $439 and they didn't do nothing THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF DONT USE THEM.

My boss left them a bad review and they texted me threatening to report me to the state DOT and federal authorities if the negative review doesn't get taken down... The extent these people will go to to get away with cheating, scamming, and stealing is disturbing.

This place is a scam, they charged me $ 3079.00for changing a hub of a trailer axle, 15 hours of work at $ 100.00 when they only worked 4 hours, in addition to $ 150.00 dollars for I don't know, $ 100.00 for calling them, $ 106.00 dollars for administration and $ 910.00 for parts (which at most ost $300), when I asked for the receipt of the parts they refused to give me it. Horrible work, gross scamming tactics and terrible treatment.Este lugar es una estafa, me cobraron $ 3079.00por cambiar un hub de un eje de remolque, 15 horas de trabajo a $ 100.00 cuando solo trabajaron 4 horas, adem�s de $ 150.00 d�lares por No s�, $ 100.00 por llamarlos, $ 106.00 d�lares por administraci�n y $ 910.00 para las piezas (que como mucho cuestan $ 500), cuando ped� el recibo de las piezas, se negaron a d�rmelo.
