I had a great experience at Wallace Bristol! Jordan Pierce was so nice, and he wasn t pushy like some salesman can be! He listened to my concerns, and he was very knowledgeable! He helped me find my amazing 2021 Kia Sportage, and I am so happy! :)

So happy with my new Jetta!! James was amazing to say the least! He helped me get the best price for my old car and for the Jetta! He was also very responsive with any questions I had. Will always use Wallace and James for any future needs!!

James was AMAZING! I walked in and told him about the negative equity I was pulling over and all the information and didn t have a car picked out just told him to get me in something. I walked out with the car I would have picked for myself and he had nothing to go from. He got the deal pretty much done before I even saw the car! He was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. It was a great experience and will definitely use him again when I need another car.

After days of working with other places and being lied to about cars, I found a car online at this place. I called and spoke to Jimmy who actually went outside (in the rain) and found the car, and called me back rather quickly and confirmed that yes it was there and ready to be viewed and driven. He then pulled it up to the building and held it until I got there and was by far one of the most professional sales reps I have ever worked with. Also their finance personnel were very nice and worked with me and got me the car. Most definitely if you are in need of a new vehicle go here. Without a doubt you will leave happy.

Mike Greer was simply the best! We had so many bad experiences with other dealers using pressure tactics on us that we were becoming discouraged about our odds of purchasing a new car. Then we went to Wallace Imports and worked with Mike, and he brought all hope back! There was no pressure and no bad feelings while working with him. He was honest and showed he had integrity from the start. It was a relief from what we had been dealing with other places. He addressed all our concerns, answered all our questions, and was so helpful every step of the way. We were able to walk away with a great deal on our VW Tiguan and such a valued peace of mind. We will certainly be recommending Mike and Wallace in the future.

Although I bought my vehicle elsewhere, DENNIS FOSTER was extremely kind and patient walking with me and my husband in very cold weather all around the property. Then he treated us to hot cocoa and said he'd continue searching for us as he knew exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend him!

I found Tony Turner to be an easy going and quite amiable person. He demonstrated none of the negative qualities one usually associates with a car salesman. He listened, communicated and accommodated our effort to trade and purchase a new car. Even though it was the waning hours of the years last business day we never felt rushed to make a decision. When issues surfaced after the purchase he was quick to respond to our concerns. While I think we may have gotten a bit more money taken off the price we paid, it appeared Tony worked hard to find a balance between his company s requirements and the customers request. He deserves the maximum compensation for his efforts.

While there may be plenty of sleezy car salesmen in the profession, I am willing to bet and guarantee this gentleman will not do that. At Wallace Imports of Bristol, Darrell Hodge will do what he can for you. I will not get into specifics to prevent people from asking all the same things but Darrell, and the Used Car Sales Manager Steven Counts, helped put their heads together with us to help us all come out ahead with a deal. For a used car with some honesty on the side, go see the Used Car Salesperson of the Month of March 2023 because he has earned that title. In addition, make sure Steven Counts is working your deal on your used or certified pre-owned deal.

Went to Wallace imports of Bristol looking for my wife a awd suv that was in our price range and budget and Jordan and the staff at Wallace not only made it happen but made it the smoothest vehicle transaction that we have ever done. Thanks again JordanI ve been thinking of buying a newer truck and Wallace imports of Bristol will be the first place I look ! Definitely deserves 5 stars .

Had a good experience. If you are looking for a new Subaru see Teddy best sales person in Bristol area, and i have had a lot of experience over the years with different car dealerships mostly not good. I will be going back to Teddy for my next Subaru

Great place. Wonderful staff and service. Very honest. I don't trust dealerships but Wallace is different, I trust them and will be back for service. Chris Stapleton was the best service writer, very professional and informative, his service was awesome.

David was our sales person, he was brash but fully honest and I loved that. He was up front about everything, good and bad. At the end we got the right car for me, a nice discount, a full tank of Premium gas, and got the inside and out detailed! Absolutely wonderful.

I normally never leave reviews but after the experiences that I have had here, I felt like others need to know.First, I was very much pressured to trade my car in for a car that had many many issues after buying. Then was almost scammed into trading another one of my vehicles after they claimed that the engine needed to be replaced and was worth nothing but they could trade it for a $900+/mo 3 year lease electric vehicle. Took it to the repair shop the next day (NOT their service center). It was diagnosed with minor repairs and was fixed within an hour.Do NOT go here. You will be pressured and given false information so they can get a deal and rip you off.

Very displeased with the sales practices at Wallace Imports. Our salesman, Tony, was very dishonest and condescending through the entire negotiation. Tried to get me to sign a purchase agreement without knowing conditions of the loan, made up a story that there was a couple about to buy the car if I didn t, etc. Unwilling to move on prices despite similar cars in the area being cheaper . We went elsewhere and got a better car for cheaper. I would not recommend this dealership to friends/family. Take your business somewhere else.

After a drive through Bristol, I stopped by Wallace Imports to take a look at the Kia Forte. I found the price to be reasonable in comparison to other vehicles I was contemplating. The next day, I jumped on the website and requested more information. Tony Turner reached out to me in response to my internet inquiry. Unlike other dealerships, he did not bombard me with numerous texts and emails or add any pressure about coming for a test drive or anything. He scheduled a time when I could stop by for the test drive and I met Micah Cullop, who answered the questions I had and was super helpful. The next day Tony texted me to get my thoughts after the drive and asked what could they do to make a deal. I told him the concerns that I had-only two-and so I went that afternoon to talk with him. Tony DELIVERED on my requests/concerns, and I began the process of making a car purchase. From start to finish the entire purchasing process was beyond easy, and before two hours were up, I was the proud owner of a 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line. After the deal was complete, Tony helped me set up Kia Access on my phone and gave me a tutorial of the technology. Tony has followed up with me over the past week to make sure I had no questions or concerns and to offer assistance if I did. I highly recommend the internet team at Wallace Imports, because they exceeded my expectations and I am loving my new ride!!! The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, Wallace will be my first stop!!!
