I was in an accident with my Tesla Model 3 at the end of July 2023 on a Friday night. I started an insurance claim the next day and 2 days later on Monday morning, my car was towed 1.5h away to Wallace Collision Center in Bristol. I had never heard of this shop beforehand, but this was the closest Tesla authorized/certified body shop/collision center to me in Asheville, NC. I was skeptical at first at this was the first time I had gotten into an accident where my car wasn t totaled off the bat so I didn t know what to expect. I was very surprised. From the very beginning, the team at Wallace Collision Center has been nothing short of spectacular. My car was in their shop from the end of July until the end of October so it did take a bit of time but to no fault of their own. Parts ordered from Tesla were delayed several times and then they had one of their Tesla techs quit suddenly. Again, nothing they could control. Kyler, one of the shop managers at Wallace was keeping me regularly updated throughout the entire process, especially towards the very end, updating me once per week or even more which was very nicely appreciated. Wallace did also provide me with one of their loaner vehicles at no charge as my rental vehicle coverage through my insurance had run out in a month or so.To add on, I had quite a few questions and concerns that came up throughout this process of my car getting repaired. However, Nicole at the front desk often was the one who answered my call and she was amazing and really knew what she was doing and talking about. She was able to answer my questions quickly and knowledgeably.I did deal with other staff members at Wallace throughout the process but Kyler and Nicole were the main ones that I communicated with, and they were both extraordinary. They are both on the younger side but were some of the most professional and friendly people I have ever met and dealt with. They know how to do their job and exceed in every way at it and don t even seem phased by upset customers, while still mitigating every sticky situation with the end result being 100% satisfaction. They deserve every single promotion and raise, period.Wallace Collision Center has been amazing with everything, despite a few hiccups, which again were out of their control. I really hope that I never have to go to them again but in the unfortunate situation that I need a car fixed, I will definitely be giving them my business, without a doubt. They fixed my car and it looks like it was never in an accident. Fantastic job. I was recommended to bring my Subaru to this collision center to get it repaired and I can see why. They were more than happy to update me on the status of my vehicle and what was left to fix it. The people here are very kind and helpful. Sergio was great and was willing to help in any way that he could. My car looks like it was never in an accident to begin with; really fantastic work. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you need work done!

Above and beyond. Superior service.Amber and Nicole from the collision center were so helpful and diligent with this process of fixing my vehicle. My insurance company was extremely difficult, and this team made sure to always communicate with me and consistently call my insurance to hurry this process along. When I would ask for updates, they were always on top of each step to make sure repairs were finished as quickly as possible. They were so patient and kind each time I spoke to them.We picked up our vehicle yesterday, and it drives and looks amazing. Wallace did a fantastic job. 10/10. 5 stars. Two stars only because they did a great job on the actual repair. That being said, this has been an 7 month process. Accident occurred in Aug 2023. We called within days to schedule repair. We chose this collision center because we bought the car from Wallace and since it was a 2024 model we thought they would be the best to handle it. We couldn t get an appointment to have it repaired until mid-November 2023. That was fine, it was still drivable. We drop the car off in November and just got it back today! Today is March 19, 2024. They had the car for 4 months! There was nearly no communication unless we contacted them first, and in many emails we were told we only have to do the inspection, one more thing to be done, it s almost finished, etc etc etc which was obviously not true. Our initial estimate was approx. $3600 but once they had the car in the shop, it jumped to almost $10k! We had also asked them to have the service taken care of while the car was there and they assured us they would. They did not. Between the lack of communication, not following through with the things they said they would do, the jump in price and the amount of time they had the car you can rest assured that we will never darken the door of this place again! They do great work, but it has been nothing but a headache!!!

I had brought my car to Wallace Collision to get repaired after I had found out the previous repair was not done properly. Throughout the process I was met with very kind and informative people. The people at the collision center were very knowledgeable in every aspect of the repair process from the administration aspect to the physical repair process. The front office staff worked hard to work with insurance and keeping me in the loop about Hondas requirements and the technicians who performed the repair to those standards. They did an excellent job I was very impressed by the work they have done and would recommend this place for any vehicle!

Wow! There REALLY IS still customer service!! Thought that was pretty much a thing of the past, but not at Wallace! You can see in the photos they did an excellent job on my back corner panel. You d never even know it happened, but that is not the customer service. You expect the work to be right. What I didn t expect was being able to drop my rental car there, saving me the need for a ride from Enterprise to Wallace. Then, I get there and Holey Moley they ve detailed my car! What?! It looked so nice! They even vacuumed out the remnants of the straw bales I d hauled, and that is a job, but not a job I ll be doing now, because of the AWESOME customer service at Wallace! Also a shout out to the ladies working in the front office. They were super friendly and helpful. Just an A+ experience all around

We were involved in an out of state accident and only received very little damage, thankfully, but I hadn t even had my new car a year. I called the dealership where I bought my car to ask if they had any recommendations and they told me Wallace Collision in Bristol, TN. I had to wait a little bit to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly. Amber, that was my agent, text me updates on my car often. I was very pleased with the repair and the paint job looked so good, you never would know it wasn t the original paint. If you are in need of repair that does or doesn t require a paint job, I would highly recommend Wallace Collision in Bristol, TN.Thank you all,April Grindstaff

Had our car for 10 weeks, made us put $1500 down on January 9th at the start of the process on our credit card, because they would not take our check even thou we have bought 2 NEW cars with CASH from Wallace Kia over the last decade. They said the first available time that they could fix the car was April 2nd. On April 2nd, the day they told us to bring the car in to get it fixed, they told us that it might cost more to fix and they had NO idea when the part would be in so they could fix the Kia. So it took over 2 months ( and had our $1500 dollars) and still did NOT know when the part would be in to fix it or know how long it would take to fix it or how much it would ultimately cost. In our opinion it was very POOR customer service as they never told us that they could not get the part until the day of our appt. to get the car fixed. We decided not to leave the Kia with them for a potential repair job and asked them to credit our credit card and we would take it somewhere else. Ironically, they said they could not credit our credit card and that they would have to refund our down payment by a CHECK. We got our check and left, doubt we will ever be back.

This establishment was courteous and professional from start to finish. I went in for a minor body repair and was given consistent updates on how the process was going throughout the week. If you need a restoration shop that s going to be transparent and honest with you, then I would strongly consider this spot!

I had a great experience with Wallace Collision Center. Communication was excellent and the work was top notch. I live in the Nashville area and brought my car to Wallace because they are certified to work on my EV and had great reviews. I am so happy I did! My car had paint protection film and ceramic coating and they even recommended a local company to replace the PPF and ceramic coating, delivered my car to that shop and then brought it back to Wallace when the work was complete. Great customer service. While I hope not to need their services again, I wouldn t hesitate to trust them with any of my cars. Top notch, highly recommend. Kyler was excellent!

We had to work with Wallace with 2 cars. They did an awesome job. Kyler kept us updated with the Tesla and Amber fought hard for me to make sure everything was going to be fixed correctly, with my WRX. Unfortunately, the WRX was totaled out. I really appreciate that they were going to go to bat and have everything done correctly and not let insurance try to bully them around.

I chose Wallace Collision Center after having an awesome buying experience with Wallace of Bristol and trusting their experience and knowledge with Subaru vehicles. I contacted Wallace Collision over some minor front end damage and recieved an estimate on October 5th 2023. I went ahead and scheduled the repairs that same day. My drop-off date was scheduled for Decemeber 12, 2023. After dropping the vehicle off, I was informed that I would receive an update on repairs within a few days after disassembly started.Fast forward to Jan 8th, 2024. I had not heard a SINGLE word concerning my vehicle. I emailed the estimator and asked for an update. I was told that they were waiting on approval for a supplemental estimate.After 45 days of my vehicle being in the shop for MINOR repairs, insurance refused to continue paying for a rental. The insurance company even contacted the estimator and informed him that I would be without a rental after January 26th, 2024. After returning the rental, I contacted Wallace Collision and asked about getting a loaner vehicle from them since my vehicle had then been in their shop for 46 days. I was told they would see what they could do. I NEVER heard back. With three kids, this made things very difficult on me and my family. Finally, after 58 days, I was notified that my vehicle was ready and picked it up on February 7th, 2024. Long story short, I do not recommend this facility if you are looking for transparency. I was completely disregarded as a customer and I truly hope that others are not treated the same.

Pleasant experience and reasonable costs. Kyler managed our expectations from the start and the techs solved our model Y lift gate issues in a day so. It s so nice to be able to communicate with a person when compared to the Tesla app, too.

Had a very pleasant experience with these people. Staff was courteous and helpful and seemed to strive for excellence. I had a 14 Charger that someone decided I needed a new front end on. My car came back looking better than she ever had. Paint match was great, body work was great. The one complaint I could say was that the wait time was longer than originally quoted but the product delivered by the end was better than I could ve hoped for. I took my Subaru Forester here to have them diagnose and fix a problem that two attempts elsewhere failed to resolve. The problem was a piece that fit on the rear bumper, attached with clips that wouldn't stay in. They figured it out and fixed it in a matter of minutes, and I'm really pleased. The people are great, the waiting area is spacious and comfortable, and they work on other vehicle makes besides Subaru. If I need collision repair again I'd definitely go here.Service: Body & Trim

They had to keep my car for 2 months because of shipping delays, but they provided a loaner after my rental through insurance ran out. My car now looks like it's never been hit! This is the 2nd time they've repaired the rear end on my car since I've owned it. Once in 2019 (about $1,200 worth of damages)and then again this year (about $13k worth of damages). I'm very satisfied with their work and they never seemed bothered when I called to check the progress. Highly recommend and I will keep using them if I get rear ended anymore (I sure hope I don't have to use them again though).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Have had our car for 5 weeks and have yet to repair the damage. Amber tried to blame our very good insurance company USAA, when they simply hadn t gotten back with our company for another physical overview. Couldn t be more disappointed!

I am a returning customer. A rock cracked the windshield of my Tesla. WCC replaced it in one day! This professional staff has a high level of integrity. I enjoy doing business with this courteous team.

Smashed a deer with my Tesla and all closer options were months behind. Wallace and the team there did an outstanding job of getting my Y back to better than new condition. They knew how to work with my stingy insurance agent and navigate all that BS for me. I hope to never have to use their services again but if I do, I know they ll do a great job!

6 months out on repair. Poor communication with customers and each other.- Edit based upon reply.The total loss was because I went and took a loan to fix the vehicle ON MY OWN instead of waiting 6 months on you'll. That is on top of the zero. That's 0 communication I received from you'll.Anytime i wanted an update, I had to call, and every time i called, i got different information or no information because no one knew what was going on. The most frequent answer was, " I dont know why they told you that, its wrong."That is why, after 2 weeks, I got my own loan to fix the car. Then Farm Bureau was kind enough to solve the problem otherwise, so I didn't have to fix myself after two heart attacks.It did not have to be a total loss, and I miss my car. This is a sad situation for me.You guys need to get your act together, seriously.

I brought my Mustang to Wallace Collision because they are the only Ford Certified body shop in the area. I'm glad I did, friendly staff, clean facility, and quality work. My Mustang looks as good as new!

I worked with Amber to get my Subaru repaired after an accident. She was very knowledgeable on the repair process, and kept me up to date the entire duration. Looked brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend Wallace Subaru (where I purchased my car) and Wallace Collision.

I had some front end damage,a hole completely through my door, dents down one side all from hitting an object that fell off a truck early one morning. They had my car 53 days but for quality work takes time! It looks like a new car again! Very happy!!
