Had a tire going flat that needed a plug or patch job. I went here and they had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Best part of all was the price. I had 2 plugs put in one tire and paid $26 total. I thought this was more than fair. I ll be back for sure. Thanks guys!

Need to make this as short as possible and to the point without going into details that really don t matter. Just like every customer Sam Snead Tire has ever had, I needed service and they provided me with a quote and repaired the item. (I didn t have an appointment so I left it with them and they worked me in) Still had a concern when vehicle was picked up so I took it back immediately. Without me asking or expecting them to do anything, they took it back in the shop, they fixed the issue and sent me on my way at no additional charge. Wow! That would have cost a couple hundred bucks for the additional repair anywhere else. Best part was, they did exactly what they said they were going to do (actually more) and didn t charge a penny over the quote. (also gave me a discount for paying with cash, plus the additional work for free) To top it off, Matt was a pleasure to speak and deal with on the phone and in person. Wish all my life experiences were this pleasant. I will go back to Sam Snead Tire and highly recommend themThank you Matt, your the best!

I hate doing this but I also don't like being taken advantage of.. I have been going to Sam snead for quite a while with all my vehicle needs and they are always friendly to me, well today I paid for a power steering pump along with a rack n pinion to come home and let 2 guys check it out to tell me he didn't change the pump, I called and they said they forgot to delete it from my order and they did give me a refund but now my vehicle isn't shifting (no issue before) they said they don't work on that and said it wasn't their fault. I am pretty upset considering I had to get a loan to even fix it and really need my vehicle cause I have kids.. lesson learnt.. always bring a guy with you to a mechanic shop I guess..

I had a tire losing pressure, these guys had it patched and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Great work and service

I had a flat an don't live in town. I Googled and I was Lucky enough to be within driving distance from where the flat happened. They got me fixed and back on the road in under 20 minutes! So thankful. You guys rock.

went there for a slow leak in one of my tires on a 05 malibu (left rear tire) which i thought it was the valve steam but come to find out it was a U-SHAPED nail in it but they fixed it and got the car back on the road within ten minutes of me taking the car there to get it checked out as they pluged or fixed it quickly as it was my first time going there as a new custmor and diffently be going there for future tire repairs and/or getting new tires put on my car... I am very pleased how they treated me as a new comer to their business after reading all the great reviews about thyis place just after a later less then a year of moving to bristol, Tenn from another state. i would recommand them to anyone that needs either new tires and/or tire repairs...

I took my car in convinced that I needed a major repair. They looked at it immediately and realized it was just a loose connection. After a quick fix I was back on the road and they didn t charge me. Because of their honesty and kindness, I will definitely choose them for future work!

I was in Bristol on business and I saw that I had picked up a nail in my tire. I stopped by and did not realize that it was close to their closing time. They still got me in and patched my tire. Everyone was very nice and professional.

All I have to say is that Matt and his co-workers were great!! I called him at 8 am and told him what happened. I then took my car to him to inspect my tires. I m here from another state and because of an incident last night during the storms. Matt informed me that he usually doesn t do this but he sent his employee to the warehouse to pick up my tires. A little after 10 I am back where I m staying with two new tires!! Thank you Matt and your co-workers!!

I brought my 95 Ford Ranger here today actually and I have a lot of play and shaking going on with my front passenger tire and turns out I had bad tires. They put brand new ones on, fixed my cigarette lighter thing, checked my alternator and battery all in a timely and professional manner. Honestly these guys were awesome! I will be going back to them if I have any problems or want something done to my truck. Mind you my truck is like my baby. Thank you guys so much!

DO NOT take your vehicle to Sam Sneed s in Bristol Tn.!! I paid $250 labor for them to put a new fuel line and wheel bearing in and put new plug wires on. ( I supplied all the NEW parts), As far as I can tell, they did the wheel bearing and fuel line correctly, but they said it wouldn t start...said it kept backfiring through the engine. So, even though I just had new plugs and plug wires put on, they suggested maybe something was wrong with the brand new plug wires I had bought and had put on the day before Sneed s got my car, So......I bought another set of $48 plug wires. They put them on...it was still backfiring and wouldn t start!! (By the way, they drained my almost brand new battery, by trying to start it so many times.) So, then, they said my car probably jumped time and they wanted to charge me another $60 to run diagnostics on it, AND that if it did need a timing belt, that would be an additional $300...My son and I declined that option, and thought it had something to do with the plugs or plug wires, so we had it towed to my house (another $50), And my son looked up the correct firing order for the plug wires for my make n model car. Sam Sneed s mechanic had put the plug wires on in the wrong firing order!!! This was simple and fast to fix! 15 minutes! Any decent mechanic would have known to check the correct firing order!They had my car for a week!! If it were an option, I would give this place 0 stars! I will never go back there, and strongly advise no one else to. I wouldn t even take a lawn mower there for repair!!

Took my Toyota Tundra yesterday to be repaired. The mechanic I met that worked on my truck was great. He is a Veteran and seems to be very honest. My truck was fixed and running great. Definitely will be back!!

Ok in a crunch. 25.00 to mount and balance 1 tire that I carried in is a little too much. If they had to remove it from the car and reinstall it I would hate to see how expensive it would be.

Picked up an allen wrench not a half mile from this location. Pulled in, asked about a patch. They pulled me in and in maybe 20 minutes I was back on the road for less than $30. Highly recommend.

My brother took his car to Sam Sneads for a second opinion, another place wanted to replace a strut and tie rod end. It ended up being the tie rod end only. Was the other place incompetent or pushing struts, either way it's not good.I'm going there today, I got backed into in a parking lot, creased from front tire to back tire. It's hard for to tell if things are out of whack, no drastic pull or anything, but I can feel a bit of wobble at times through the steering wheel. I'll post with the results, my guess is I'm paranoid and a basic alignment will do it. I'm leaving on a 1500 mile road trip in 3 days so I'd rather be safe than sorry.I'll post the results, Duncan

I took my car to get the front brakes and rotors replaced. All told it cost me over $300 and, less than 2 years later, I find out that they've done the job wrong. The caliber and bracket are messed up and little pieces of hardware have been placed incorrectly. I will never go here again. (As an aside, they are no longer known as Sam Snead's but Buck's something or other.)

Had a slow leak. It turned out to be the valve stem tire pressure sensor. Did not have to replace it and for just $15 got it rebuilt and all good. Huge savings over others that said only thing to do is replace while sensor for $$$$ hundreds.

If you want to keep your car running take it somewhere else they do s:itty work ,And end up missing your car up ,Also lie about the parts they put on your car I ended up putting another motor in my car because of the work they did after I paid over 2,500 to them take my advice Run from this place
