Call store on a Sunday evening while broken down on the road. After a few minutes verified the correct part with the store employee, paid for it over the phone, hired an Uber to retrieve it and bring it to me. Not even close to the right part. These guys are idiots

Car had a difficult time starting this morning. Went to O'REILLY and had the car battery analyzed. The battery was bad. The salesman was very knowledgeable, didn't push the most expensive and showed me the battery he had on his truck and he recommended it. Reasonable price. He changed ou the battery and had my car running smoothly in minutes. Recommend OReilly.

If you wonder why O'Reillys parking lot is empty and Advanced Auto is not, it's all about the customer service. Both times I have been to OReillys, the staff have all been on the phone or too busy to help me. A kind hello and a friendly person are really all someone needs at times, especially a lady who doesn't know what part she needs for her car.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I left work and noticed I had a headlight bulb out and I sure didn't want to take the dark roads home without both light working (nevermind the cops bothering me about it, lol) so I popped in for a set of replacement bulbs. Both gentlemen there were helpful and even let me borrow a socket (10mm ) and ratchet so I could get the bulbs in. The store was clean and well stocked even though I didn't get a chance to browse the car wash aisle to see what they carried. Convenient location and great staff made it a good visit with no complaints.

I stopped for a headlight bulb. The guy at the counter was courteous. After a little confusion when I explained high & low beams are on the same bulb while he was asking if I needed high OR low beam, he pulled up the correct bulb, located it in stock, collected my money, went out to my car & installed it. That's why O'Reilly is the BEST auto parts store!!

Put a 145.00 dollar part on my diesel truck was not my problem took it back to store and they refused to take it back because it had fuel in it. It's a diesel part how stupid. I will never do business here again. The part was in excellent condition. Manager went and hid in back.

I'm not going to mention any names but I just want to share my experience because it wasn't a good one and it should be known so others can make a more informed choice. Well I went there to buy new windshield wiper blades for my 2012 Volkswagen passat and they also had advertised on the front store window free installation for the blades, so after my purchase, the guy had a lot of trouble trying to remove the blades, then trying to put the new ones in. So he googled searched a youtube video tutorial or something. After looking at that he proceeded to try to jam the blades into my wiper arms to try to make it fit. When that didn't work he went into the store to get a different pair. He tried to make those fit but wasn't able to and be said he didn't want to try to push them in anymore so he's gonna get someone else to do it. The next guy came out and picked up the blades on my hood and asked if they were the old ones...we said no those are the new ones..and then he proceeded to try to jam them in too. Finally after an hour, we asked for the old ones to be put back on and a refund. They did. Then said "sorry for any inconvenience." On top of that when we first came in, when we went to ask for help at the counter the guy was about to help us and the phone rand and he helped the customer on the phone for about 10 minutes. While we stood there. Anyway.. After we left there we drove a minute up the road to Advance auto parts and a nice team member there named Mark, helped us out and changed out wiper blades in 5 minutes and also gave us a discount and an $8.00 mail in rebate. Thanks Advance Auto team member Mark :)

i had a check engine light come on.. went into this store hoping they could help ..the grey hair old man was extremely rude and mean. i Tried to explain the problem and he interrupted and said "we can't do that" before i even finished .so i went to advance auto parts and they helped me no problem. so i will always go to advance and not here. i will also tell everyone i know not to go there.

More than one star because I HAVE gotten good service at this location a few times. No more than two stars because unfortunately, that isn't the case very often.My typical experience at this location:Usually, I'll go in to order a part and wait in line for between five and ten minutes, which is typical for most auto parts stores. The wait time isn't bad. I've used this location maybe ten times, and I'd estimate roughly seven of those ten times I've been assisted by the same particularly slow male cashier. I am uncertain of his name. This particular employee has been known to spend upwards of 15+ minutes in the back searching for whatever part I need at the time. Twice he's given up and returned to the front desk to ask other employees for help locating whatever it is he's looking for. Fairly friendly gentleman, but has been very slow for me each visit.Due to the slowness of checkout, during one of my last outings I thought I'd try to pre-order the parts online for in-store pickup, hoping that would speed along the process. It MIGHT have, except the cashier assisting me did not know how to process my online order for pickup (different cashier, also male, also unsure of name). I did have a printed hard-copy of the email confirmation form with me at the time stating my order was ready for pickup. So, despite my efforts, my visit still took 30+ minutes as that employee had to ask a few others for help processing my pickup.My latest experience at this location:Yesterday, I placed an order for two brake rotors. The cashier that assisted me yesterday was very pleasant and speedy. He was actually quite friendly, even helped me to carry the parts of my order they had in stock out to my vehicle. Unfortunately I'm also unsure of his name, and it isn't located on my sales receipt. He told me the rotors would be available for pickup first thing this morning.When I arrived at the store to pick them up at around 8:50 AM, I was greeted by a female cashier named T***y (I don't think it proper to mention full names in a review; employees come and go). She looked in the back and returned to me, stating, "Those won't be here until at LEAST 10:00 this morning." When I mentioned they were supposed to be in first thing, she replied, "Well, you were dealing with a new guy who didn't have a clue what he was doing." Okay--seems like a bit of a rude thing to say about a co-worker, but okay. I'll just come back later.This same visit I needed also to return a can of paint, as I had purchased the wrong color. The actual refund went smoothly enough, but she returned the money in cash (I'd paid with a card, and preferred the refund be issued back to the card). When I asked why it didn't go back on the card, she replied, "Oh, uh, I tried that but it wouldn't go through." I can't make any claims of validity to that statement as I'm not familiar with the system they use, but that seems odd to me. My personal opinion is that she forgot to ask my preference and made an excuse afterward, never even attempting to credit the card, but that's purely speculation on my part so take that with a grain of salt.The last issue this day was regarding my O'Rewards. I knew they had signed me up for O'Rewards multiple times, and the account attached to my email was not showing any points from my purchase the day before--so my plan was to ask which account the points were applied to and verify that my mailing address was correct on that account. I began: "I have a question about my O'Rewards." She quickly retorted, "NO, you CANNOT get the points back from returning that paint." (same cashier). I was a bit startled by her swift reply, but I continued, "No--that wasn't my question." and proceeded to explain my dilemma. She told me I'd have to make any address changes online, and that they couldn't do that in the store. That was contrary to the information I found on the O'Rewards website which said an in-store employee could update my info.Sorry about the long detailed review, I hope it may save someone a long wait or rude customer service.

The men who work here very helpful they helped me with break lines they done a lot more than they had to and all were very friendly. I have been in all local parts stores last weak and they beat them all on helping but I try not to go for parts if I'm in a hurry to none of them.

I highly recommend this place! On our way home to WV from Nashville TN we broke down and these guys were absolutely amazing. I'll probably forever go to an O'Reilly's as long as they treat us like these guys!

Boys and girls Buckle up I got a story to tell you. I went there last week just to get windshield wipers replaced well we go in start to place our order half way through the person helping us starts talking to someone on the phone for about 20 mins while we have to wait for him to get off the phone with someone wanting to know how much something cost. We shrug that off and finally buy the blades now comes the fun part. This guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing pulling at our wipers looking like he was about to break them trying to and I quote "just cram them in there" looking up youtube videos on how to do it so that was another 30 mins wasted. He said he was gonna get someone else to do it because he was scared of breaking them. So 15 mins later the next guy comes out after waiting for him to get off the phone naturally. He can't get the job done either and at this point we just want our money back and to be done with it so we have them put the old ones back on and go inside to get a refund. We get halfway through that one when suprise suprise they are on the phone again another 15 mins goes by before I finally say something at that point we finally get our money back and can leave. To put it into perspective I went to advanced auto and timed how long it would take them 10 mins and 46 seconds from the time I went in the door till I pulled out the parking lot. Never going back here again. But on the bright side it seems like the perfect place to work if all you want to do is stand around talking on the phone all day.

They have the auto parts you need for a low/moderate price. Very helpful if you have a check engine light. They will install your battery and wiper blades.

Worst service ever, on the Hotrod Power Tour, need a shift linkage bushing delivered. Have a commercial account. Plus I'm on the hot rod power tour. Unwilling to help constantly on hold. No help at all.

I've on this is a very good store they're very helpful and the prices are reasonable and they definitely honor their warranties and then we'll go out of their way to make sure you get the right parts and even give you advice so yes this is a good store
