The guys that work here are professional and helpful. Three of them have worked at this location for 15+ years. All are helpful and do a great job. No appointment needed. Highly recommended. Third time using this location and I will happily drive the 30 miles for my oil and oil filter change at this location. Thank you Gentlemen! Great job again today!Updated April 2024: fourth time and the staff remain professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I love this place the gentlemen here are very Thorough and nice. I had been hearing a noise come from under my hood and they noticed it as soon and I pulled in the garage and found what the issue was for me to get fixed. I've been coming there for several years now always get great fast service!

Went in for an oil change recently. The guys were fast and kind. One pointed out my oil was very low and that if I burn oil I can stop by between oil changes to have them check it and get me back to level. Another alerted me to a brake issue they found, which I was really grateful for. Solid, decent fellas. Really appreciate them.

It would be faster to drive to Johnson City, get my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube there and get back to my house and Bristol than to wait on this Jiffy Lube. I have tried multiple times to use this one, because it s close to my house, but every time it s an incredibly long wait with zero greeting or communication from staff.

Annoying TV. Cold waiting area and no coffee made. Got my radiator drained and oil change...went in with both headlights working, got done and down the road and my headlight was out.Won't be back.

Got an oil change, pretty expensive for conventional oil. Ran a few errands before parking in my garage, then I discovered quite a lot of oil leaking onto the garage floor. Called and was told that oil ends up in the undercarriage cover and it's NORMAL. Three days of this in the garage and on my driveway. I've changed this truck's oil a half a dozen times on my back with no special tools and never had a mess. I'll never visit a jiffy lube again.

I Really like this place I had a minor problem with my car and they fixed it. I would tell people it is the best place to go.

Got there just before they opened and was out in 40 minutes. Good service, very professional. I'm new to Bristol and this was my first time to this Jiffy Lube. I've used Jiffy Lube in several other towns but the service here is top notch.

The light came on in my Dash and I never been to Jiffy Lube before but I thought I would give it a try. The people there were very nice. I had not compared prices so I had no idea if they were the same as Walmart or any other place but having it done and over with really took a lot of stress off of me. They were very quick and seem to cover all the bases so I was happy with their services. I will return to Jiffy Lube for my vehicle needs.

When I ask a question and say can ya gimme an honest answer, I usually get some runaround and the answer they want to give me. NOT HERE AT JIFFY LUBE!!!! I was both shocked and impressed by the workers there. They operate like a well oiled machine, communicating with each other often. And the question thing from above, I won't mention names for fear of retaliation from the employer, but when asked about my transmission which I've never serviced after 230k miles, I was given an honest opinion as I asked for. Probably saved me a ton of money and time by looking out for the customer. Why can't they all be like that?Anyway, was a great experience as always there. Super professional and super knowledgeable!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars!!!!

The gentlemen that helped us was stellar! Customer service was on point! Just got an oil change while i was out doing my delivery job with my husband. We pulled in, sat in the vehicle & were out in less than 30 minutes! only thing we didn't care for was the "coupon" situation. Apparently, coupons aren't "universal" for all JL. U have to look on google for a coupon for your local store that you use...seems so silly to me. Anyways...We our JL!

The guys here are always friendly and helpful. They work quickly to get your oil changed and get you back on your way!They normally have coupons on their website to save you some money on your oil change. Very professional service! Highly recommend the guys at Bristol jiffy lube.

This was my first visit and I can say I was 100% satisfied! Very Quick service, without even having to get out of my car! The Employee's was Very friendly and very helpful! They literally check your car over completely. Will always go here to get my oil changed from now on.

Love this place. Great bunch of people. Very friendly. Extremely courteous and thorough. Didn't leave anything out. Cleaned my windows and adjusted my tire pressure. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely the go to for my oil changes for the foreseeable future.

The guys at Jiffy Lube did a great job. While changing the oil, they checked everything on the car including the tire pressures. Everything took about 40 minutes. I recommend.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, they re always willing to help you save money and get the best bang for your buck. Very polite and professional, while giving you fast service. They answer any questions you may have and provide quick, helpful service I haven t found anywhere else. My favorite place to go for cat service because I always know they ll treat me the best and help me most efficiently!Services: Tires, Oil change

This was my first time visiting a Jiffy Lube and overall I was blown away by the customer service. I didn't have to leave my car while the techs changed my oil and was able to use an online coupon to save a little more for their service. I won't be going anywhere else from now on to get my oil changed.

This location has always been efficient, polite, prompt and offered me tge online coupons when I didn't bring any. Been going here for years, yes, could do it cheaper at home. But no where near as quick or efficiently with low clearance car. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

The staff is very friendly. It took about an hour to finish my oil change and tire rotation but I had no wait. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved and didn't mind the wait. They have coffee available and a bathroom for patrons.

The team at Jiffy Lube in Bristol were all so nice! I felt well taken care of in getting my daughter's car ready for the cold weather in Chicago. They assessed the situation with her radiator and it is now ready for whatever may come. I highly recommend them as professional in their work and also kind in their approach.
