Phenomenal work, had an accident with a deer and it banged my truck up pretty good. Illusions repaired my truck back to oem quality and the paint blending is perfect. I brought my jeep in for some body work a few months ago, they were friendly and professional, they communicated with me every step of the way about the repair and the work they did looks amazing. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else

These guys are awesome! I would do business with them again for sure. They replaced a piece of chrome trim around the passenger side window of my Camry, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, and the repair was perfect. My car looks great! Tired to schedule an appointment earlier to get a quote. Some low life, miserable human being was absurdly rude right off the bat for no reason. Highly recommend using a professional place of business instead of this clown show that is extremely disrespectful to someone trying to give them money.

People were friendly, helpful and courteous. The work looks outstanding. I have an old blazer and where they fixed it..looks amazing. No blend lines at all. The prices were very reasonable, I feel I made out better than they did. Thank you Illusions. You have a new customer for life! I covered car already but will add pics soon

I purchased a 2010 Scion xB and had the rear spoiler added at purchase. When the paint started peeling the dealer had Illusions do the repair work. I was told it had a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. When I called to discuss the issue it was apparent that 8 years is too long. I am not going to beg someone to honor their claims. I was told "come by and we will work something out." In auto repair, that means the paint is under warranty but I pay for the labor. I had my fill of them 6 years ago from repairs to my Dodge. I left a review and they want to talk as they take their work very seriously but you get the run-around until you go public. If you plan to keep your car after repair, go somewhere else. CK's Collision will do all my work in the future. Give them a call and ask for Chad. Responsible, reliable work done for a fair price. No runarounds. Just honest work.Service: Painting

First off I m extremely picky when it comes to my gladiator and these guys went above and beyond to get my gladiator in and out to fix some fender damage. My gladiator came back to me looking brand new the paint looks like it did coming off the lot and these guys are super nice and professional. Anywhere but here. I have a 2007 Dodge Ram with 46K original miles. After an accident, the front body panels had to be replaced. After picking the truck up from repairs, the hood would not stay latched. Took it back and spent a hour with the man responsible for overseeing all the work while in the shop. I went home and adjusted the latch myself. I find small issues every time I start to look. Stripped out panel retainers, missing bolts and washers, just an overall mess of a perfect vehicle. The age may cause an issue with some, but it was perfect in mint condition. Now it looks botched and neglected. Never again will they repair anything for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Done a great job on my car repairs can t even tell it was ever wrecked. The only thing they told me it would be ready on Friday and I had to wait till Monday to get it because they weren t done.When I got my car back I had a Hershey KISS necklace in my cup holder under a coffee cup and it was missing and of course no one admitted that they took it and management did nothing about it.I think most of there work is insurance claims. When I got my estimate it was around 2500.00 and when they were done the final bill was almost 3600.00.

I've had Illusions Custom Paint & Body do some after accident repair work and other miscellaneous touch-ups and services on my families vehicles. The staff is always courteous and professional and goes out of their way to go above and beyond to please the customer. They do fantastic, top-quality work at very reasonable prices. From the collision repair, head-light restoration, fabrication, paint repairs and detailing work they have done for me, I can say I highly recommend Allen, Ron, and the entire staff. Great place to do business with!

My vehicle was hit by a truck while parked in a handicapped parking spot. My husband chose this company to get an estimate on the damage. These folks were courteous, kind, and did excellent work. My vehicle was ready when promised and I was in and out very fast. I appreciated that.

Very nice people there. They worked on my Mother's car (she had been hit). The car looked like new. They did a fabulous job at a decent price. Would recommend them highly!

Can't say enough�about this auto body shop..... I handed over to them a 2003 GMC 1500HD truck which had a damaged passenger door and fender from backing a tree. My truck had a custom� paint job on it which makes it extremely hard to match. Not only did these guys do a perfect job on the body work, but they were able to match their new paint job including the different shades to the original 17 year old custom paint almost perfect. Trying to match different shades of paint this old is extremely impossibly. Yet these guys came 99% close. They have a guy in their arsenal� that does great at coming so close to matching older original custom paint jobs. I tried at least 6 other auto paint shops and most of them referred me to Illusions due to the intricate custom paint job I needed repaired. Well I am extremely happy with the results that took less than 2 weeks and had my truck back before Christmas. Thank you Illusions for a great job.

I am very thankful for the work these guys did for me. No one else seemed to want to help at all but they didnt even hesitate to offer me a solution for my truck.And Tim was very respectful and professional right from the start and made me feel like I was in the right place. These are the people I want to go to when or if theres a next time. God bless Illusions.

Outstanding job, detailing was unbelievable, wouldn't have cared about the cared about the work, but the Blazer was beautiful, a good detail man can make the difference, would definitely recommend these guys, never heard of them before, always used dealership before, but damn guys outstanding job, My wife should have given a tip to your detail man, THANKSService: Body & Trim

They don't deserve even one star, I took my car there for repair after a wreck (not my fault, the other driver's insurance had to pay for the repair), after one week they called saying that they finished the repair, so I went to pick up my car, and I found two bumps on the paint, one you can see it and feel it with your finger and the other was behind the license plate, and the worse was that the paint they used didn't match with the rest of the car; I pointed all my concerns and even the guy that worked there (I think his name was Ron) was able to see the difference and said that they will look at it and see what they can do.After a few hours he called me and tried to convince that the color was the best they can do (He said clearly that they can't do it ) if you can't do it why you accepted the job !!!! If you are not capable to match a simple color you better close your shop.I am writing this review to warn everyone about this business because they are not trustworthy. I don't mind to show my car to anyone who wants the proof.I am not just someone who is trying to be mean, but I was hurt and don't want for others to be hurt too by working with this business.If you are reading this message please share it with others.PS : One more thing, I think that they work with Insurance companies like Farm bureau to save them money, the insurance sent "Expert" to check my car and they never called to be there when the expert was there.I will attach pictures of a not matching color when possible.08/04/2018 : As promised, attached the pictures of scans for both colors.

Certain parts of our Rav4 was repainted due to paint peeling. Picked it up and was so happy with the results. Paint was blended perfectly. A professional paint job done right.. Thank you so much!

Illusions painted the front bumper on a 2005 Cadillac Deville on October 15, 2008, the clear coat started peeling off about one year ago. I contacted them regarding this and was told they did not warranty anything but State Farm claims as they could go back into their system. I explained I paid for the paint work out of pocket and was told there was nothing they could do. The cost in 2008 was $250. They said the cost to to repaint it would be about $450 to $500.
