Had 2 tires replaced on my 2012 Harley sporster today. Was very impressed with the service guy that done the work. He was very friendly and very good at what he was doing. Was well pleased with the price they charged and the time it took to replace them. Well definitely go back there if i need any more work done on my bike. Called, they set an appt time for new front tire. Rolled in and they went to work, not only changing the tire but checked my baby over to make sure I had no other problems. Offered the safety tip of break in for a new tire by 3 different people something I was impressed with.Good price for a good tire and install!My new garage going forward.Thanks guys!Service: Tires

They fixed my Yamaha Big Bear 350, 1993 model after the other places told me they will not repair anything over 10 yrs old. I am so glad I found Caps. After repairing the carburetor and adjusting my valves, it ran like a top, so we put new shoes all the way around. Now I will be good for another 30 yrs. Love this place!

Caps has always saved the day throughout my 15 years of riding. From sport bikes, pitbikes, and now my Dual Sport. They have always been able to accomodate me, no matter how odd the request. And The service guys are always friendly and willing to answer questions. I'll choose Caps any day over the stealership!

Man I love this place . This is the only place I will let touch my bike . They did carp work and a new tire on the front . They did a great job , my bike runs so much better , and also they charge a fair price . They are not here to overcharge you . Take your bike there it will be worth it . When I am back home I do is use this place I am from Tennessee originally I live in the state of Nevada and I love them there they did me a solid they put my girls on their sign for me to let them know that I still love them for their birthday.

I had a problem with my Back tire and I needed a tube went intalked to the man who who seemed to be very well knowledgeable he Gave me a great price he said it would take them about a houre and ahalf when I returned the work was done have had no problems science then I am Very well pleased with the work and the PRICE WE NEED MORE PLACES LIKE THIS IN BRISTOLI RECOMMEND CAPS GREAT WORK FOR A EVEN BETTER. I was in Bristol for a group event and had a flat first thing in the morning, these guys got mr right in, replaced the rear tube on my Ultra Classic and I was able to catch up with the group and enjoy the day riding. Independent, got fast and friendly service. Got a tire for my dual sport and had it put on very reasonably.I wish every place operated like this one.They went above and beyond for just one little wheel spindle nut for my atv.

Took my carburetor in to have fixed. Told to set floats and set air mixture and clean. But I got screwed. Same way it was when I took it in. If you sonic clean a carburetor it should not have gas in it afterwords.plus it took 7 weeks. Motorcycle tires on my old Bobber use tubes. When I got a Flat it was late Friday. It being a tube there aren't a lot of other shops to choose from. Capps not only had a tube in stock. For a 1980 but they got me in Saturday morning at last minute. If it wasn't for this It would've played out much differently. Recommend to anyone.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff Keith , Doug and Robert have always went above and beyond to take care of me. Just had a complete motor rebuild on a KTM XC250 and am very happy with the finished job as I have been for the past 30 years of Keith taking care of me and my bikes. Highly recommend them

I needed a part for a moped i was not abel to get to their location and had to have a friend pick it up. They were awesome with not only the information i needed to decide what part but in assistance with the friend that picked up the part. I will and have recently recommended them to my friends for parts and service. Thank you guys for the help.

A few years back I was passing through the area and ending up riding through a tire and needed to stop and get some help. That time Atlast cycle was able to help me in the morning.I would have had the same case this time except I couldn't wait. After calling around to a few shops in the area i managed to come across this place. After riding a shaky 20 minutes I arrived at the shop and the bike was immediately taken in. In under an hour i wad a near rear tire on my goldwing for a reasonable price. Many time (trust me it happens to me a lot) when you're traveling and the shop knows they can bend you over a barrel they will This was a pleasant exception. Fast, friendly, and extremely good guys. I truly appreciate them helping me in in a moments notice.

They have namebrand things that you need for a motorcycle that most places do not carry the only problem is they re closed on Mondays Sundays I can understand but they re also closed on Mondays otherwise they re open till six

Best place in the Tri-cities for Motorcycle & dirt bike gear, accessories, bike parts & by far the best mechanics in the Tri-cities...They work on other things besides motorcycles & Dirt bikes, I have seen four-wheelers, side by sides, scooters and so on but don't get shafted by those other bike shops & go to Cap Cycles & guarantee you will not go anywhere else after that. 5 starts hand down!
