Three separate times I tried to get my oil changed here with confirmed appointments and every time I show up they don t have the appointment on the schedule and they are too busy to do it. I ve never seen one car in there getting worked on when I ve had an appointment. THREE separate times over 3 months. The unwillingness to even try to help or reschedule blows my mind. I don t know how these people stay in business when they never want to work! I d give a 0 stars if I could!If you haven t read the tire review below I d urge you to do so! These people need to be put out of business!

I occasionally go back and leave this review because I don t want anyone to be in danger like I was. In 2016 on Father s Day, I had new tires put on my truck including mount/balance. Expensive job. They forgot lug nuts . My WHEEL FELL OFF while driving thankfully right before I got up on the interstate after leaving their garage. Had to be towed. I called them back and never even got we re sorry for our negligence . As long as I live and this place is in business I will try to steer folks away for fear of their safety.

I have bought tires at this location for years for all of our vehicles. My last purchase was disappointing in that we could not get them to balance, in a desperate effort I left my truck for the staff to see if they could resolve the situation. They did and I am pleased with the result.Thanks for your extra effort Danny.Jim Holcomb

Dan answered all my questions he was very helpful filling out a rebate. I bought very expensive tires and I hope they work well. I would recommend people go there for their tire needs

Broke my tyrod bolt will not fix all I got was a allignment and they said where it was not there parts they will not fix but did not have to buy parts for a allignment bad workmanship

Good fast service but for a Goodyear distributor they don't seem to carry the tires in stock.
