Had an unexpected flat tire not to far from them, was able to get the car there and Shawn was so kind and helpful. He was able to get the flat off and put the spare on. I would highly recommend them for any auto need.

Ordered parts and when I arrived to pick them up they were not available. Manager tried to convince me it was my fault because the man I ordered them from wasn t on duty. Sad place to deal with Went to O Reilys they had them in stock.

I liked how friendly they were, and a nice guy named Justin, kindly helped and he made sure I had the right rear windshield wiper for my car, and even offered, which I greatly needed and appreciate, to put it on for me! Thank you Advanced Auto and Justin!

Very pleased with my visit to Advance. I had a dead battery and wanted to make sure it wasn't something more serious. The guy was so sweet and helpful. He checked my battery, alternator, and starter for free and made me feel much better.

I just realize that my review was for the wrong location. The store on Bristol TN was ok. They were nice and helped me. The store on Grey TN is sorry and night shift employees should be fired. Customer service definitely is lacking and what I experienced is more than just a customer service issue. Those guy's did NOTHING BUT STAND AROUND AND SMOKE. NO HELP OR EVEN TRYING TO ACT LIKE THEY WANTED TO HELP. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

The employees had good attitudes. The employee that changed my battery . witch did a good job careful and fast also.. Was poorly treated by a customer that wanted him to stop working on my car and help him. But the young man handled the situation as best as any good employee could. But I am shocked by the way some people's act in public... Good job guys

Battery problems, did a tester for alternator, starter, regulator, and battery which needed replaced, they installed. Very helpful.

Not only do they have all the parts that I needed in stock at a decent price but they also works superbly nice and helpful they tested three different batteries of mine on two different occasions letting me know which one was good to use and which ones were bad and not to even try. They saved me no joke a hundred and $129 plus tax

Personally I grew up going to AutoZone never cared for Advance Auto Parts I don't even like a O'Reilly's each to your own whatever you feel comfortable with roll with it ..I feel more comfortable AutoZone because they've always taken care of me no hassles no problem

Mark, at the Advance auto part store located in Bristol, TN did a wonderful job recommending and installing my new windshield wiper blades. He was very friendly, and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend going to this location above any other auto part store in the area. Don't make the mistake of going to O'reilys, just drive the extra minute to Advanced auto parts and save yourself an hour of wasted time.

I went in to purchase transmission fluid there were four employees in the store. One employee was on the phone two others were helping a customer check out and the fourth employee was a driver. With a multitude of employees available I was asked to wait until they finished checking out the only other customer in the store. I asked if the fourth and Chloe could help me but he was identified as a driver. Do not go to the store if you want customer service.

Came to this store after standing in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out at AutoZone this past Black Friday, was in and out in less than 5 minutes, great service and acknowledgable employees, will be my 1st stop for all my automotive and fleet vehicle needs from now on..

Great place , great prices , very helpful , knowledgeable employees , and they also can get a lot of parts they don't stock like truck accessories . I've never had a bad experience and am a car dealer and do business with them weekly sometimes daily . Great Company !!

Its Ok They have a large selection of items in stock but they theyre employees that I have encountered are not very hrelpful or friendly.Plus this place is by far the most expensive out of the 3 auto parts chain stores Auto Zone and O'Reilly's are much better.

Obviously when u go into these kind of stores you aren't exactly sure what you need 100 percent of the time. Or maybe that's just me but my last experience in this store made me never want to go back. The staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them by asking a question.
