I have not had my car repaired here yet, but if the work is as horrible as the customer service from Christina, I definitely don't trust my vehicle to be repaired here. She has been nonchalant since day one. Everything is I don't know or whenever they get to it. She has not given me any details. I have to ask every question to get an answer. She will not elaborate on nothing more than what I ask. She makes me feel as if she doesn't want my business. I see others have posted good reviews about their interactions. So, I am not sure if it's my color or they just did not interact with this particular person. If it's my color I definitely want to take my business elsewhere. Jaguar recommended this company, that is the only reason my vehicle went. Had I spoke to her before it was pulled there, I definitely would not have chosen this company. I am definitely sure they can't treat all their customers this way and stay in business. It has to be the black customers only. Looks like some things, some places, and some people never change!

Got into an accident back in June. The Acura dealership recommended these guys and we are so glad they did! Even though insurance wasn t cooperating quickly, Jeff Sullivan continued to keep us in the loop and move things along as quickly as he could. The car looks amazing and we are just so thankful! Jeff is the best!!!!

Staff is friendly and patient. Process is slow, but they are at full capacity, so I am ok with that. They effectively repaired a 4-panel scratch on my new truck for a fair price. I think they washed my truck when they were done, which was an unexpected bonus. Communication was clear and timely. Parking lot is awkward and cramped, but worth the hassle. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend TriStar Collision.

This shop is very good, our car was totaled in the end but this shop kept us up to date, and were friendly.

TriStar Collision provided world-class service for us--we had such a great experience. Not only are they honest and hardworking, but they are experts at their craft. The repairs we needed were done in a timely manner and far exceeded our expectations--the car looks good as new. Matt was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to provide us a level of service and satisfaction that will ensure we will use TriStar for collision repair in the future, as well. Can't say enough good things about this company--if you are looking for an honest, quality repair job on any vehicle (including high end), you've found the place. Quality service, quality workers, quality materials, quality job all the way around.

They did an excellent job repairing my front bumper. Looks like new. Very kind and professional. When the repair was going to take an extra day, they actually got me a rental car, which was a huge help to us. To make a long story short, I cannot recommend TriStar enough. I worked with Jeff and Matt, and to say they go above and beyond is an understatement. They advocated for me and my situation in every way possible, and are the definition of good customer service. I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do I know I ll be calling TriStar.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I dont do reviews often unless the experience was extraordinarily great or extraordinarily bad. This one was extraordinarily greatHad some snow damage to the underbody of my car, and took it to a mechanic who recommended me take it to a body shop. I looked for the body shop with the best reviews and came across Tri Star. They live up to the 5 stars. Matt Dunn helped me out almost immediately to fix what needed to be fixed to get me back onto the road 1 hour later. Unbelievably nice people as well. Hopefully I never have to come back, but if I m in the situation in which I need to, then these folks have my business. Highly recommend them, could not be happier with my experienceService: Body & Trim

Just had an extremely pleasant experience at Tristar.It s rare these days to walk into a business that feels like employees and clients are treated like extended family. After experiencing some light damage on my bumper and trim from debris flying on the freeway I was hoping to get a repair scheduled sometime in the near future. After going to another collision business and being told I couldn t get an estimate for 3 to 4 weeks ~ I was lucky enough to find TriStar. Instead of being greeted by an uninterested employee ~ John the owner met me ~ came outside to assess my damage asked me to pull my car in and had my repair done within 15 minutes. I was blown away by how kind John was and the respect & gratitude he showed his employee who did my repair ~ by asking If he could interrupt him for a moment and use his expertise to repair the damage on my car. I was so grateful to have the concern of how I was going to fix the damage on my car resolved so quickly. If you want a 1st class experience that leaves you with a renewed confidence there are wonderful small businesses we all can patronage & have a very positive and memorable experience ~ please please don t hesitate to trust Tristar!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are simply off the charts. I came in off the street yesterday day to ask if they could estimate the damage done to my front BMW X5 bumper. I was hoping to get a quote and possibly come back to drop the car off for a few days. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to file an insurance claim and pay the $1,000 deductible, higher rates, try to find a rental car, blah blah blah. The owner, I believe John Hughes, said, "Why don't you pull it around inside and we'll take a look." Okay. His technician looked at the damage and started working on it right away!! No, I am not kidding. Right there in front of me! 30 minutes later and a few laughs about our world these days, and the damage was nearly gone. I'll need to get some touch-up paint, but wow, these folks just saved me at least $1,000 and a boatload of headaches. They were so friendly, all of them. This business and these kind of people are hard to find in 2021. I offered to pay several times, but they charged me nothing! I don't know what their pricing looks like for more complex repairs, but I really wouldn't care. Just knowing they are honest, good people is enough for me.Service: Body & Trim

UPDATE: You can see by the snarky reply exactly the type of arrogance you are dealing with at this body shop. When people show you who they are, believe them.My wife stopped in at the Cadillac Dealership - it is STILL advertised as having their OWN body shop & being OPEN. She was treated rudely and received a finger wag by Ritchie P because he wanted her to go to the Main shop address. My wife wasn't trying to go to Tri State she was going to the Cadillac bodyshop as advertised as STILL OPEN. SHE (the Customer) apologized to Ritchie and explained the body shop for the Cadillac Dealer still shows open - he was unsympathetic. My wife started crying - we have a terminally ill son and it's a difficult time. There is NO way I would recommend this shop to anyone under any circumstances to be treated so rudely to a woman for no reason is completely unacceptable. We ended up going to another shop and have been 100% pleased with the outcome.
