Called a day in advance and made an appointment for a tire repair. Arrived on time and waited 2 hours for them to even pull car into garage to begin. After 2.5 hours total, was told I was all set and tire had been patched. Great! 3 days later tire is flat. Why? They never removed the screw in the first place! Would love to know what they patched the first time. Would recommend going elsewhere.Update: 2/7/24 - Not surprising - received the same automated reply from the owner. Took the vehicle back. Manager did not care at all. Waited yet another 2 hours. Complete disrespect of customer s time. Again, would find a different place. The manager s beanie and sweatpants should ve been a hint.

Didn t realize buying a cheaper tire would make such a big difference with how smooth of a ride you get. Went back and asked if I could swap them out with a better tire, even was willing to pay/ reach a deal. I was completely ignored and they said they were going to call their manager but they didn t.I will not be returning to Tire Discounters and I will pass on their free oil change.

They had the tire I needed, were kind, knowledgeable, and got my car in and out quickly. This is my go-to place! All of the Techs are wonderful!Update: nail in my tire one week after installation. They don t offer me road hazard warranty and refused to fix or replace my $300 tire that I haven t even had one full week. Buyer beware and buy the warranty that they won t offer you.2nd update: They made it right.

Aaron is awesome. He was under my delivery van for over 40 minutes on the soaked pavement trying to get my spare tire unstuck to put it on last Friday after I contracted a huge screw from somewhere. He patched the other one up for me and I was good to go.

Went to check one of my tire for leak and rotate my tires on Tesla today. After about 2 hours waiting, they said there's no leak and tires are rotated. I went home and noticed that the tires were not rotated, came back and asked about it. They lied again and said it's rotated but after multiple times he agreed that it was not because it can't be rotated as my tires were of different size. I showed the tires and confirmed that the sizes were the same. Then he said the tires were all good and need not be rotated. I told him it's company recommended rotation after 6K, he then said they don't do Teslas there, which I knew was a lie as I had one of my tires changed there few months ago. Finally the tech came out and said they don't have all 4 pucks to lift tesla up and that's why they couldn't do rotation. I felt all those guys were liars and didn't care and I left. But now I even doubt if they checked my air leak issue .

I took my car for just an oil change and the following 3 nights after they worked on my car there was a strong smell of burning oil inside the car and I have had a strong headache ever since . I ended up checking the car and found that the motor and hood were filthy with oil. This happened because the person who worked on it forgot to put the oil cap. I can deal with that humans make mistakes. When I went back to the shop I asked the manager to speak with him outside and I showed him the car. He offered to wash the motor but I would have had to leave my car there but since that is my work car, I was unable to do so. He brought somebody out to clean it with rags. He didn't say anything else or apologize on behalf of his staff or for the bad service. I've been taking my cars to this place for years but over the last year it seems as if the quality of service has gone down. It seems like the manager doesn't care about his costumers. I will definitely not be using their services again.

Do not waste your time trying to give this location your business. Use a different TD or better yet, just use the Discount Tire up the road. The only reason Im giving them two stars is because the tires they put on are in balance, because even the alignment wasnt done very well after looking back over the sheet.First, you have to put in a request for an appointment online, after doing that with a specific tire/size, they finally got back to me after two weeks. The tech assured me they would have the correct tires in stock but being safe I called a day before my appointment and no one ever scheduled the tires to be delivered and I would have to wait another week. I dropped off the car, picked it up, the manager was nice enough to wait a few minutes after close to cash me out for my $1200 purchase, but then I went to check out their work and the tech used grease all around the bead of the tire and it leaked all over my new set.So I reached out to corporate, the regional manager apologized for the trouble and assured there would be a $100 credit on my account as a show of good faith for my next visit.A couple months later one of the tires goes flat and I drop off the wheel at the store for a new tire of the same type and the associate assures me he sees my $100 credit. But then when a friend goes to pick up the tire the manager Brandon has no idea about it and tells them they will have to go to corporate for a refund.So now here I am. Dont bother giving this store your business, there are plenty of other tire shops in the area. Hopefully a different company takes over the building with a more dependable staff. Its one thing if it's a $10 sandwich, but to drop the ball so hard on a $1000+ purchase shows minimal regard for their customers.Bonus: when my friend was waiting for their tires, they overheard another gentleman who was frustrated after he ordered a set of tires two weeks before and was assured they would have the tires in house and none of the TD associates had scheduled for the order.Update: the regional manager called back and apologized that the gift card wasnt there and mentioned that it was my fault for not reaching out to him so he couldnt make sure others were in the loop.

I called for availability to purchase and install 4 new tires today 10-26-23. The service person said come on in he would take care of me no problem. I just got to say that Brandon was so kind, explained everything about the tires I chose, I received a front end alignment and also got my car back at the time he told me that it would be ready. I will return and appreciate the great service I received today.

These guys are awesome. I ran over a screw, in the rain, came in to wait for a patch, and was in an out in less than an hour. It s clean, WiFi equipped, and super convenient. Brian at the desk was kind and helpful. They made what could have been a pretty crummy day a lot better.

Had a great experience here! Pulled over here when it was as far as my car would take me (while I was already having an awful weekend) and not only did my car get fixed the next day (after dropping it around closing time on a Friday night) but the manager (Brandon) also gave me a ride to where I needed to be and contacted me early the next morning to update me on the car. The whole team were very friendly and I would recommend them to anybody needing anything done on their car. Great people, great business!

Had a need for someone to clear a sealant blockage in valve stem and re-inflate tire. Before ever even looking at my tire the attendant the appeared to me a manager said that I d have to replace the tire. The other attendant moved the conversation toward me bringing it by and them checking it for me.Upon arrival the manager appearing one looked at my car and said it s a damn Tesla too, great. said I d would be three o clock. I walked home got tools, walked back, moved car off their lot, and fixed it myself. And, no, it didn t need a new tire.Definitely don t bring teslas here.

If my car ever has another issue I will bring it back here. I was expecting a major auto repair that turned out to be a minor one. They reassured me that I wasn t overpaying and they gave me an honest quote. Great guys and even better at what they do!

Just absolutely amazing customer service. They repaired two tires with nails in them free of charge and I didn't even buy the tires there. Little do they know that my household have 5 cars and their exellent customer service and quality of work will pay dividends. Thank you!

I dropped my car off on Wednesday so it would be available for a walk-in appointment Thursday morning. I had one tire that kept defating. That's it, an uncomplicated deflating tire. I left explicit instructions to call my husand since I was about be under anesthesia. Instead of calling my husband, they contacted me during my procedure on Thursday and afterwards on Friday. I gave permission for the tire to be replaced on Friday. When I called to check on the car on Saturday, after being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that somehow the ticket had been closed out with no work done on the car. I was able to tell the person on the phone how much money I had been quoted and agreed to spend on Friday to in order to replace the tire, which helped him locate what needed to be done on my car. Now there was only one hour left until close for the weekend. Thanks to the person who answered the phone, he was able to quickly get the tire replaced and waited for us to get to the store to pick the car up. I'm not sure why a ticket was canceled after I agreed to the work but the work was never done. We were never notified that we needed to do anything after I approved the work. This is the first time I've been so disappointed with the store.

Bought a brand new set of tires didn t balance them properly the first time, had to come in a second time still wasn t balanced properly and worker sat in my truck for 5min on his phone after he parked it then talked to coworkers for another 3min as I was just sitting at the front desk waiting for my keys!

Great customer service! Called around noon to get my tire checked for a slow leak they didn t have any appointments but still told me okay to bring it in and they would find a way to make it work. Two nails removed and tires rotated. Guys stayed late to finish the job and were super friendly. Enjoyed chatting with them about life and cars!

This place was amazing. Put cartoons on for my kids. Got me a very affordable price, when right down the road they wanted to charge me almost double what this place is. Lady at the Register was super friendly and so kind. Stuck 400 miles from home and she made it a good experience for us. Totally recommend this place to everyone!

I had a great experience here (especially after the horrible service I received from another company in Nashville yesterday). I called towards the end of their business hours yesterday, and they were so kind and able to get me in for a brake inspection this morning. They got me answers about my brakes quickly and screwed my skid plate back on for me (it was messed up when I came in). The front desk manager and the mechanic took their time with me, asking me questions about what made me take my car in and explaining everything about the diagnosis in simple language. I told them when I came in that I really only needed the inspection to get the right parts because my boyfriend would come in town to do the labor. They still gave me the inspection and fixed my skid plate for free even when I insisted that I paid something for the time they spent on the diagnosis. I felt like I could really trust them, and they all seem like great people. Even though I live downtown, I will only be bringing my car here in the future. Thank y'all!!

They told me they would test my battery and if it was bad recommend replacing it - the very next day my car needed to be jumped and I bought a new battery and that fixed it. I wish they had actually tested my battery when they told me that they did.

Brandon and his team took such good care of me here and they have earned a customer for life!I showed up on the wrong day, at the wrong time, and at the wrong location and while laughing at myself, they took me right in and got to work. We all have busy schedules, so I was so grateful they laughed with me and helped me out. The service was impeccable and everyone is very friendly.Appreciate you all! I highly recommend them!

Best tire service ever! I made an appointment last week with Shenouda to have my tires rotated and balanced for today at 10am. He was very professional and courteous. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting him. By 10:30am, the work had been completed! The tech that did the work was very thorough, because he looked at the placard on the door jamb to determine the proper air pressure. Nobody does that! They have earned my business!

I've been a customer at Discount Tire for over 15 years. I have several great stories about the service over the years. They've always been a great company to deal with but I think they have grown their business to more than they can handle. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and always felt like they earned my business but I have had disappointing experiences with the Brentwood and Nolensville Pike locations in the last 2 years. Besides being a excessively long wait just to talk to a counter person, the time it takes to get a flat filled or even tire rotation(with an appointment) has been disappointing.

If you value your money and your car do not go here.Called about repairing one of my tires that I purchased from them approximately two months ago, my car that has a slow leak. They Said that they are too busy and they could not repair the tires, i went to this location three times in one week and they told me that they are busy, and i can not make an appointment for repairing tires, Keep in mind that I went this location three times around 0900-1000 am. There weren t many people even there waiting on their vehicles. He said you may want to go elsewhere.The worst tier shop ever, I ve paid around $1200 for a set of tires, the store manager don t seems like he cares at all.
