I have been a customer at Rhea Little's since I moved to Nashville in 1992. Their work is consistently excellent, and their prices are fair. There seems to be very little turnover with his employees. Most have been with him for years. With three cars to maintain, we appreciate their diligence and helpfulness.

We were on a vacation trip and had a leaking tire. Hotel recommended Rhea Little' Tire. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly . Checked the tire and found a large screw in it. They fixed the tire and got us back on the road. I would highly recommend them for service you might need. Thank you guys!!

Rhea Little s Tire and Auto is the best of the best! My family has been so fortunate to have had this shop as our go to resource for so many car and tire issues for over 15 years now. Although our car and tire issues have been numerous and varied in nature, the service we have received from Rhea Little s has consistently been top notch. Hands down the best mechanics with years of experience. Every time you walk through the door you are met with courtesy and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They truly care about their customers and that is why you see reviews from people who have been using their services for years. If I could describe Rhea Little s in just three words, it would be Peace of Mind!!! Thank you to all who work there!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery

If I could rate 10 stars, I'd be trying to make it 11. Been going to Rhea for years and years and have never been sold something I didn't need. Saying this shop does the most honest work around just doesn't seem to do them enough justice.Recently, I took my Ford focus to them to get my struts checked out for some odd popping noises I was hearing. They easily could've made good money off my anxious self by selling me countless things, but told me nothing was to the point of needing to be replaced and to give it more time to save me money. If you have car problems, you need Rhea Littles

When we sprung a pretty big leak in one of our tires, these guys helped us out. Unfortunately their jacks wouldn't have been able to lift the weight of our truck, so they graciously filled the tire with air so we could make it to a place that could repair the problem. It's obvious they just want to help whoever rolls in!

Yesterday I called this shop to get an estimate on replacing my cracked coolant reservoir. They not only gave me a quote that was WAY cheaper than Nissan, but they ordered the part and were able to fit me in today, even though they were beyond booked. While I have a 2015 Nissan, which I love, I will from now on use Rhea Little for any other problems. Today they saved me $450!

I just picked up my car today after taking it to Rhea based on recommendations from several neighbors. From my experience, I can wholeheartedly agree that Rhea is a trustworthy and fair place to take your vehicle. I am not a very mechanically minded person when it comes to cars (as many people are not) so I often have no idea what something "should" cost. Luckily, my brother owns an auto repair shop in another state so I was able to have him call to discuss the work that was being done. He found the costs to be very reasonable and in my opinion that is one of the top things that is necessary when trying to pick a mechanic. In addition, I had multiple discussions with Scott and found him to be upfront and easy going. I am happy to have been recommended Rhea and I can confidently say that I have a mechanic that I trust to be fair in pricing and honest and they will be getting my business in the future.

Having car trouble is never fun, but I feel a little bit better since I started taking my car to this body shop. They are polite, kind, helpful, honest and they do a great job. I took my car in for a brake issue and they looked into it and realized it was a recall and sent me back to the Dealership so it could be done for free. They didn t hesitate where others would have taken advantage of the situation. They continue to give great service and customer service each time!

Picked up a nail in my tire on 65. Eric took my call and patched up the tire for me so I could get to work. Everyone was friendly. The kind of place you can depend on.

I stopped into Mr. Little's shop this morning because my low tire pressure warning light came on during my drive to work. Having never been here before I had no idea what to expect. These very kind and professional men spent about 30-45 minutes trying to diagnose the problem. fortunately for me, there was not a problem and they simply aired up all the tires and sent me on my way. They would not even charge me for the time they spent on my vehicle!!I feel very fortunate to have found these good and honest folks. after reading some of the other reviews, I learned I had actually stumbled into a gem of a car shop. When i'm in the area and need a car repair, Rhea Little will be my first call.thank you for your kind help today.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My Jeep wouldn't start and I was close (1 mile ) away when it broke down. I called Little's and had it towed over to them being so close. I explained the problem and said they would look at it the next day. Received a call next day and they told me it was a bad fuel pump and an OEM part wasn't avaliable just a equivalent. I told them to proceed with the repairs and asked for an estimate which they said would run around $900 plus. Thought all was good until Scott called and said the fuel pump was in the gas tank which is common today. He said they didn't have a transmission jack to lower the gas tank and they also had to remove the rear skid plate which jeeps have. I said you repair transmissions and you don't have a jack? At this point something wasn't right so I told him I would have it towed to my regular shop in Gallatin. I had it picked up next day, it was fixed within a day with no issue along with an OEM part and for$695. Jeep's been running like a champ.Don't trust all the 5 stars. I'm sure they'll reply with another spin but that's the way it transpired. Oh by the way they didn't have a jack but charged me over $100 for an evaluation.Ridiculous.....

Work is always done as promised. If they do not feel comfortable doing the work they recommend another local small business that specializes in the work. I trust each of the mechanics with whom I have interacted.

I asked Rhea to inspect the front driver side suspension of my truck because I had concerns that the bearings in the hub were worn out. His techs and Rhea himself inspected and test drove the truck multiple times and could not detect a problem. They spent several hours checking the truck but could not find a problem. I was only charged a minimal amont of labor and Rhea himself walked me through all of the testing they performed. I found that he was very honest with his assessment.

I had a wonderful experience at Rhea Little's today! I took my car in because my breaks had been squealing, and they completed the work in just a few hours at a THIRD of the price that the dealership quoted me! Wonderful customer service and quality of work. I'll definitely take my car here from now on!

I have been using Rhea Little for over 8 years....they were recommended to me by an older woman who felt they did not take advantage either her age or lack of understanding of all things automotive. I wholeheartedly agree..! They fix what's needed and don't "fix" what's not needed. Speedy service and VERY fair prices. I would not take my car anywhere else.

I have been here on a couple of occasions. They are all very friendly and very honest. I recently had some car problems and brought my car in and they were busy and couldn't look at it until Monday but still came out to listen and diagnose my car to ease my mind. It turned out to be a computer problem so I had to take it to the dealership but Rhea called and spoke to his contact and wrote notes for me to take to the dealership. They take the extra effort to make you feel like family.

Fair and friendly service! Nobody likes spending money on a mechanic, but Rhea and his employees seem thorough and the pricing is fair. Their cost is probably on par with most mechanics, but I'm happy to bring them my business anytime it's needed.

I can't say enough good things about Rhea Little Tire and Auto. From the time they answer the phone when you call to make an appointment, until they hand you your keys back when the work is done, they are always so polite, courteous, and attentive. We have trusted them with every car need we've had for the last 35 to 40 years and use them exclusively. Great team of people that really care!

I called Rhea Little auto repair at 7:00 a.m. and explained the problem that I was having with my 2008 Honda Crv. I took the car in at 8:00 am, they diagnosed the problem at 8:15, and had the car repaired by 10:15 a.m. I was blown away. These are the nicest, most honest, highly skilled people I have ever dealt with Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent.I highly recommend them.

I needed a front wheel bearing assembly replaced in my truck several months back. I called around to several shops in town and Rhea Little's came in the lowest for anticipated cost of repair. They not only were able to replace the bearing in a few hours but the cost ended up coming in lower than what I was originally quoted over the phone. This is a highly recommended, no-frills, honest repair shop that is worth going to. Thank you!

As a young pregnant female, I probably appear to be one of the most vulnerable customers an auto repair business may encounter. However, I never once felt like I was looked down upon or treated any differently than a male client. They were able to repair my tire very quickly--even giving me the screw as a keepsake. I appreciate the speediness and respect with with I was treated. I will be back and tell my friends!

We have been taking our cars here for years now. On more than one occasion, they have finished a job for LESS than the estimate (when does that ever happen!?!?). Also, a couple times I've gone in because of a strange noise and instead of taking advantage of my mechanical ignorance, they fixed the problem in just a couple minutes for free. I would have NEVER known it was a simple, easy fix, but they did and they had the integrity and kindness to help me out. Basically, I trust their work and their character. Thankful I have a mechanic that I can say that about!

I had to take my car in for replacement and ended up getting all 4 replaced. Rhea (as always) took time to explain everything and give me several options. I would gladly give 10 stars. The excellence in customer care and quality work are why after 12 years of taking care of me and my cars I will continue to go to Rhea Little for anything I need automotive related!

I had a great experience with Little Rhea. I recently changed out my alternator but needed to get my drive belt tightened up, so I took my car into Little Rhea and they had it ready within an hour and a half. There's no upsell or gimmicky deals; just great work by guys who know what they're doing. I will definitely be back. Also, didn't feel overcharged. Only $57 to tighten belt. Others quoted between $90 and $120 for same job.

Had a flat while driving through town on the way to my mother s funeral. Called them and explained the situation. They fit me in immediately and were able to repair the tire (due to nail) for minimal cost. I really appreciated their prompt and courteous service during such a stressful time.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have used Ray Little in the past and thought he was fair and did good work so when my girlfriends car was miss firing she took it to him. He did a diagnostic test that racked up to $180 because the also road tested it they say. By the way Auto zone will give you a free diagnostic test. They then tell her that one spark plugs and one of her coils are bad but she should replace all four to be safe and that it would cost over $1300. This is a classic case of mechanics trying to take advantage of some one who is not mechanically inclined. So we received two quotes from other reputable shops that came in a little over $500. After a little research we ended up doing the job ourselves because it was so easy, it took us about 45 minutes Ray Little was charging us for 3 hours of labor not sure where they got that number. Shame on you Ray Little you and your garage are pathetic.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They are as honest as the day is long, the prices are fair, the mechanics don't try to "find things wrong" when you take your car in & they are all so polite & friendly. As a single woman, to be able to trust one's mechanic is the most important thing I look for, and they've never let me down!

Called to have them install tie rod ends/align. Guy on phone asked what kind of vehicle first. After I answered him w vehicle info (27yo truck), he asked if I already had the parts. I said, yes. Then he said, they don t like when customers bring in their own parts. So, I can only assume, 1. They didn t want to work on an old truck. 2. They are pocketing $$ off of part sales- other reputable shops do Not do this. Or 3. Liability? But it s pretty easy to verify part # s and that parts are new when customers bring them in. I only purchase OEM AC Delco/AC Delco Professional for the truck.
