Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Porsche of Nashville! And Dillon from the service team? Another absolute gem! He took care of my Macan as if it were his own, ensuring every detail was perfect. Blake Sumner has made me feel the most welcomed i ever felt walking into an establishment. He s extremely professional and knowledgeable on vehicles which is what i needed. All i did was get an oil change but he made me feel so special as if i purchased a vehicle. I will be moving so I ll be missing his amazing service.

Repair and oil change were fine. People were great. However, the technician burried the D-rings for the top shelf cargo net under the trim and left the cargo net, that was on there when I took it in, wadded up in the trunk. Have to take the whole crossbar and trim off to get the out so I can reinstall the cargo net! Very poor attention to detail. Makes me wonder what else was missed!

I have had great luck with Porsche of Nashville so far! From small warranty issues to normal maintenance I ve had great customer service especially from Brittany my service adviser. She has always kept me informed along the way and I believe gone above and beyond when it comes to service and working on my behalf. I d highly recommend a Porsche and their team stands behind them.

Absolutely pleased. I am new to the area and brought my Porsche out from California when we moved. I wish I was taken care of half as well there at the dealer as I am here. The staff at Porsche of Nashville is great! Britney is incredible. She has gone above and beyond to help me handle moving my service to Nashville! I m so grateful.

Blake accommodated an earlier service time for me today when I called to modify my appointment for tomorrow. He was more than gracious and informative allowing access to his direct line for communication and/ or answer any of our questions. Wes shuttled my husband and I to and from the dealership so we did not have to sit in the waiting area for the entire duration of the service appointment. Wes was also very personable and gracious. He too gave us access to his phone number in case we needed to contact him.What could have been a tiresome wait, turned out to be an enjoyable experience due to the efforts of these individuals.In short, outstanding service! Much appreciated.

Blake Sumner is my Service Advisor. He called and followed up with me on the services I needed. Blake waited until after 6:00 pm for me to arrive since I was coming from over 60 miles away. He assisted me with a loaner car and setting up my phone. I appreciate Blake's help and his positive attitude.

Great service! I recently acquired a pre-owned Porsche from an out of state seller. I contacted Dillon at Porsche Nashville to change the oil and check it out for me. Dillon was awesome. Spent time talking about the car, what I wanted done, printed out the original build sheet, and walked thru the prior servicing as well as the CPO program timeline and coverage on the car. Dillon also provided me immediately with references for other services like ppf, paint correction etc.Service was done timely as promised and the team did a great job of checking it out. Dillon again spent time chatting about the reliability of the car and what I should keep in mind for future servicing.Overall, a superb experience and I highly recommend Dillon and the service team at Porsche Nashville.

Blake's efficient thorough communication begins and ends the process. While paying for car repairs is never overly pleasant, Porsche of Nashville does its best to ease the pain. Wonderful loaner, car fixed in an efficacious manner, pleasant staff.

Had another great experience at Porsche Nashville. Brought my 911 in for new tires, Dillon provided a loaner Taycan while I waited. Taycan btw was great, price on tires was better than any other option, and Pierre, Alice and the whole crew was hospitable as always. Best car dealership in Tennessee.

All service, maintenance, and upgrade tasks are performed at Porsche of Nashville for our vehicles. I say it over and over - every bit of the work done there over the past 9+ years has always been top notch. On top of that, everyone at the dealership cares about us and that's as important as anything in my book. Bottom line: the level of service is the best.I've had many cars and trucks in my life of many different makes and models, but no service dept I've ever dealt with comes anywhere close to our amazing Porsche dealer! A sincere thank you to everyone there.

Excellent service on 1/30/2024! Loaner car was ready and service writer had all of the paperwork of work to be performed ready to review. Car was ready late in the afternoon and I was allowed to return the loaner the following day.

My older Porsche Cayenne is a beautiful well kept car. Low mileage, but age on certain parts is a bigger factor. The people at Porsche of Nashville did a wonderful job getting her running as smooth as day one. I've been a customer for several years now and they are always the best with communication and service. Thank you!

My experience with the service and repair facility has been a positive and consistent one. I will leave my comments on sales for another post. The service people, Blake in particular, is courteous, attentive and well intentioned. Communication from check in to check out is timely and work is usually completed when promised. There are certainly cheaper independent options in town, but I like the consistency and security of visiting my local dealer with a valuable vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Dillon Conner is my service contact at Porsche, and he s fabulous. He s professional, courteous, kind, and always takes great care of me and my car. Lamont Howard has picked me up and driven me home, and he s fabulous also. The service I receive at Porsche Nashville is the very best. Always. I had a crazy issue where the central locking on my 911 Turbo S intermittently locked and unlocked over and over without touching the button. Though it only had 4,000 miles my warranty had expired. They worked on it and chased it down to a faulty door actuator. After replacing the part, during the technicians test, it occurred again. They spent days testing various potential causes and finally found it was the ac control. They made the replacement and repair and never charged me for the additional repairs as they misdiagnosed it. That s a fair and honest dealership that you can trust. Without their transparency I wouldn t have known and they could have charged me for both repairs and parts. I m very happy with Blake my service advisor and the team at Porsche of Nashville.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My Service Advisor, Blake, is always professional, courteous, and polite. In the high-end car industry, you expect staff to be a bit snooty, or at least this is the reputation, but Blake is the complete opposite. He always seems genuinely concerned about my reasons for coming into the dealership.The work is always completed in a timely manner, and to a level of professionalism. The car is returned cleaned and I always drive away with a vote of confidence I will be safe in my travels. The video from the service tech, Josh, was a nice touch as well.Service: Auto brake repair

Blake is the epitome of all things service. He consistently and effortlessly provides an unmatched level of knowledge, attentiveness, concern, and dedication each and every time I walk into the dealership. He makes it seem as if I am the only client he serves, though that is far from the truth. The caliber of a car is only as good as those that help you maintain it and that is why I remain loyal to Porsche. Blake is an irreplaceable asset to this dealership and I cannot sing his praises enough.

These guys constantly take great care of me. Dillon is a joy to work with and the entire service team makes sure things are done right and in a timely manner. They honestly make my visits fun. My first time here, I was running a bit late. I called they said no problem, we will see you when you get here. I arrived at the wrong location. lol Finally found it, drove into services and within 5 mins my Vehicle was in the back getting serviced. They are very professional and thorough. They work really well together and you can tell they like their jobs. I thank you all for such an amazing experience. Job well done.
