Excellent service! Sabrina needs a raise. She went out of her way to help me clean my battery terminals and change my battery. Definitely went way above and beyond. Thank you!

I would give zero stars if it was an option Walked in to an empty store with two employees doing nothing but talking with each other. After seeing me, Brandon, the one employee continued to talk with his coworker instead of asking his customer in front of him, if I needed Help; basic customer service etiquette. I guess the training combined with the lack of lower level employees shines through at this O Reillys. He fumbled through the computer for the battery I gave him the specific details of the vehicle. After basically doing his work for him, his coworker rudely asked me to move out of her way, because she was sauntering by attempting to do work in the store I guess trying to look busy That was enough for me, and I walked out Don t waste your time go somewhere else.

Called these guys a couple mins before they closed and they had the part for me and ready when I walked in. Saved me in a pinch and really appreciate it!

Just two employees in there, blasting loud, vulgar rap music. Very hard to be in there and concentrate enough to buy something with that offensive music playing, and so loud I couldn't think, and when they talked to me they just kind of mumbled, like they were much more interested in their rap music.

Gave this store a call to check if they carried a particular product just to make sure they did or didn t carry it after doing an online check myself. The guy that answer was mumbling through an already muffled phone. He only did an online check himself and didn t check physical inventory since not all items are online. He informed me that he didn t see the product online the promptly hung up the phone before I could ask anything further.

Very disappointed in this store. After having my car battery give out and getting a jump start I drove right to O Reilly. The sales clerk could not explain the differences in batteries and only could show me the compare screen on the computer. When asked what AGM meant he said I don t know- no offer to find out. After agreeing to buy a battery then then said they don t have anyone who knows how to install a battery and the manager wearing AirPods had to leave to make a bank deposit- they then went on to say that the battery should be installed by professionals and they were not professionals in installing batteries.Luckily my car started OK and I drove down the road to Advanced Auto. They had a similar battery for less money and were able to quickly install it for me with zero issues. The professionalism at Advanced Auto was so much better the. o Reilley. Will not return to this store again- there staff even admits they are not professional and do not know what they are doing.

I came to this location to make a core return, struggled for 5 minutes to open the double door to get my cylinder head inside while the lady on duty watched. I was not greeted upon entry, only stared at. Eventually, the lady working came over from next to the door, stared at me for another good minute, before asking what I wanted. Once she found out I was making a return, I was told it was store policy that I had to make said core return at the location I bought the part at. Immediately after telling me this, she walked off to the back of the store. Never coming back to this location, I'll stick to the one in Franklin.

Great new location with trustworthy and helpful associates.Ellis tested my car battery and had Alejandro come out for a second try after seeing a bad test. They didn't have the specific car battery I was looking for (since they just opened) but Sabrina the manager coordinated a pickup location for me and had me squared away.Top notch service, super clean and organized store, and very trust worthy and helpful team members. Thanks again!

Toren was exceptional. And knew his parts. Helped us select what we needed. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Prices were very reasonable compared to their competitor down the street.

Nice store with that new car smell.Crew knows their stuff in the limited capacity I could experience in one visit.The one drawback is that this location is very difficult to see from the road and thus easy to miss. The foundation of the building is built atop a hill right up against the road. And with the abundance of trees just before and after it, even the signage is obscured. Hopefully this will be remedied.

Just want to say a big thanks to Alejandro and Brandon! Had a rough start to my day when my battery died. They were so easy going, kind, and helpful; didn t make me feel bad for not knowing everything. And we had some laughs too! Grateful for their help and turning my day around
