Moody's Automotive went past above and beyond when my car was brought to them. I initially had the car serviced by another repair shop and was quoted a significant amount after the technician "ran into a problem." Called Moody's automotive to see if they would be willing to look at the car and was shocked at the level of genuine concern Michael had for the situation. He took time out of his day to listen, answered all my questions, and said they would do a free inspection. After having such a positive interaction just through the phone, the car was then towed to Moody's, where it arrived disassembled with a punctured tire. Despite the condition the car arrived in and having no idea who I was, Moody's team spent multiple hours of their own time, even after business hours, putting the car back together at no charge. Throughout the entire process, Moody's automotive kept me informed at every stage, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, and took the time to explain the issue and intended solution. After replacing the tire and completing the repairs, Moody's informed me that they performed the repairs at no charge, despite the significant labor and parts costs incurred. I was again shocked by the generosity and kindness of this business. During pickup, Michael graciously took more time out of his day to explain the entire process, a gesture no car shop has ever taken the time to do before. He also said that if I have any problems, to give them a call, which is extremely generous considering they just spent hours of their own time and money to fix my car FOR FREE. I am truly amazed at the care and generosity displayed by Moody's automotive and will forever by grateful for the friendliness and kindness shown by all Moody's employee's. I highly recommend bringing your car to Moody's for any repair needs or concerns!

Nice & quick wheel alignment. A lot quicker than I expected. They provide a sheet with before & after comparisons, and also helped to adjust whatever was going on with the front end of my car. Moved here from out of state & can testify on how difficult it is to find people who know what they are doing and can get a job done at a decent rate (mind boggling). They know what they are doing here! Lol Thanks guys!

I bought tires at Moody s a few months ago and they told me tire rotations would be complementary. It was time for a rotation so I made an appointment. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Always get great service at Moody s!

Moody s is the best shop I ve been to, and I highly recommend them if you re looking for a new place. They re honest and simply great people to work with. They often times invite me to come look underneath the car with them to see what they see, and they are great teachers who take the time to explain the situation with your car.

These guys were amazing. Needed wheels changed out in a hurry they got me in quick and we re just an amazing bunch of guys. Micheal spoke very highly of his employees and he was right they were amazing. Will be getting all my tires from them from now on.

I have been using Moody s for several years now and unless something changes, I will always use them. Damon and Mike are the absolute best at customer service and obviously the texchs know what they re doing. Usually you have to pay top dollar for this kind of service and repair, but, Moodys prices are super competitive!

Great people and AWESOME service! I recently got new tires and got the hazard/warranty and I m glad I did with the roads and construction here. Don t buy new tires without it! I drive a 2010 Hyundai Accent, a vehicle no longer made by Hyundai and difficult to find parts for. I had an unusual repair but Moodys Cool Springs came to the rescue. I couldn't get my car key out so I couldn't shut my car off. Hyundai's cost was a little over $1200.00 but I saved over half of that at Moodys with a new ignition. My car is running great again, no problem. I'm so glad I can use this car service near my residence on Columbia Ave in Franklin or in Cool Springs Tennessee and....get personalized service with a ride home or a pick up to get my car that has been serviced. Not many repair shops can compare to the customer service and excellent repair guidance this company offers. Do yourself a favor and check with a company that in 70 plus years they can deliver what they offer.

As many reviewers state on here, Moody s is the BEST! Michael made us feel like family and took such great care of our family vehicle! They are HONEST here and will not try to scare tactic you into buying unnecessary things. They truly embody honest, hardworking values and represent the Franklin/Brentwood instilled values that make our town so special. Moving forward this will be THE place to take our vehicle for any services. Thank you again for restoring our vehicle to a safe condition for our family!

I was traveling luckily to this city when my car broke down water pump gave out, They attended to my needs even offered me lift from the hotel I was staying, they Do a phenomenal job In clientele and In their activities and skills.If you need it Done Right and ASAP this Is The place. God Bless

They are the BEST! I've been using them for over 4 years and have had nothing but great things to say about them. They've always explained what they've found, sometimes major issues, and sometimes, very minor issues. I always know they are looking out for me. If options are available, they will let you know what those options are and then you choose. I've never felt like any work I've had done there is ever over priced. As always, and especially at this most recent visit, my appointment was on time, was efficiently completed and when one of the replaced windshield wipers didn't function properly in the rain, I called and was told to come back at my earliest convenience. A day later, the agent immediately corrected the problem without additional charge. We have used Moody's Tire Co. for 32 years and have never been disappointed. Thanks to all of you at Moody's!

I had top notch service at Moody s Tire and Auto. Rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but my experience there was too good not to. I needed my timing belt replaced, which I knew could be very costly and time consuming. I called Moody s based on their reputation for being fair and honest... and I found that to be 100% accurate. Damon took the time to thoroughly explain everything over the phone and communicated with me the entire time my car was in their care. I had my car back 2 days after my initial call... And the price was more than fair! It s refreshing to work with trustworthy people, and I m grateful to have found them. They ll have all my future business!
