I have chosen the lil brothers shell to service my Camaro and my daughters suv rogue. The space is spotless clean Emory has all the knowledge to service any problems you come across. I myself set appt for service. They re quite busy ! The gentle men doing my service was very polite and professional making sure was road ready their 100 percent better than any oil service around !! top off all fluids tires pressure making sure oil is clean from oil filter removal. inspections. Highly recommend full service shop Emory is my choice from hear on out. Thank you for 5 star service

Had a tire blowout on 65 and was towed to little brothers by AAA. Unfortunately my tire is special order but Avery went out of his way to call multiple tire stores to locate the tire. In the end I drove to discount tire on my run-flat, and was pleasantly surprised about 30 minutes later when Avery called to make sure I made it safely! I didn't have an opportunity to actually do business with this group, but if they treat a non-customer with this level of respect, I am certain they roll out the red carpet for customers!

My experience here was outstanding!! I had a major flat tire and had to be towed to the shop. I arrived after hours and normally the car would have had to sit there until the next day!! So happens that Avery was still there and i askes him if there was anything he could do to help because i was from memphis and my young daughter was going to be home alone and i really needed to get back to her. He listened to my issue and pulled my car in and repaired my tire so i could get back on the road to my daughter!!He truly went above and beyond!Avery words are not emough but Thank you

I cannot verify the quality of their work because I chose not to do business with them, however I can confirm that they will try and get over on you and charge astronomical prices. Found multiple places that would do the job I needed done for half of the estimate that they gave me. They said they charge $200 dollars an hour for labor which is ridiculous, you could definitely find a cheaper price probably at just about any other shop. My best advice is stay away from this place and find somewhere else, Carl Wood s Garage does great work for way less.

I have used Little brothers for years in 4-5 different cars and trucks. I feel like I m given a good explanation, not up-sold on anything not necessary and also explained the mechanics or dysfunction of what is wrong. They have also fixed mess ups by the dealer for me. Avery and the team are fantastic in their work and service. Highly recommend.

I was OVERCHARGED. Then LIED to about a discount for my inconvenience because I came in at 10:15 for oil change was told initially after 11:00 it would take 2 and1/2 hours to do front brakes. Instead I was LIED to and told my car was almost DONE at 2:20 when the truth was at 2:00 I should have been given HONEST TRUTH they didn't have the correct parts and did NOT know when they would have parts to fix my brakes. HONEST communication should have been conveyed to give me an OPTION to reschedule INSTEAD I waited and missed appointments sitting from 10:15am - 4:20pm. Back in the day a man's WORD was his bond NOT the case here. OPEN AND HONEST COMMUNICATION IS NEEDED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Friendly staff.Honest, Fast, Efficient and very affordable!!I brought my van in today because of a leak in my tire(s). They repaired the one that had a leak and was honest about the other one having a screw but it wasn't affecting my tire. 10/10 recommend this place

I needed a screw removed and my tire plugged. The good news is that they fit me in and did the work quickly. The bad news is that it cost $60. I ve never paid more than $25 for this service at other places. Had they told me upfront, I would have gone elsewhere.

Mr. Avery was an absolute blessing when it came to my 2004 Cadillac SRX. I had three mechanics try to get the cap off of my oil filter housing unit before I realized we needed to replace it. Mr. Avery told me that he would try to just get the cap off so I would just have to replace the cap and not the whole housing unit. I was shocked when he called me the very next day and told me that he managed to get just the cap off and I wouldn't have to replace the whole housing unit and just the cap. HE SAVED ME $1,000!! It was so refreshing to have a mechanic who valued the customer and not the price tag. Thank you Avery! I will be back and recommending this shop to anyone who needs help with their vehicle!

Avery, John and Jeremy gave me outstanding service today, Tuesday, January 30th, 2024. Avery is a friendly and welcoming coordinator, who keeps the team operating quickly and efficiently. John's expert tracking revealed the source of my problem. Quickly restored and Jeremy came to pick me up. This team saved me aprx $400. Hope to be a future customer. This place is completely disorganized. I made an appointment and one day later, they had no record of it. The repair---alternator replacement---was supposed to take 4 hours and took over 7. I was also forced to pay for an Uber to pick up my car as they couldn't seem to find someone pick me up. They said my car need other work but, my trust levels were now so low, I no longer trusted them. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

Did all necessary repairs on a 1981 Cadillac El Dorada. Took some time to locate all the needed car. Kept me informed on the status of the repairs. Very nice and friendly staff. I brought my vehicle in at the request of my husband; because a piece underneath my Audi SUV was hanging loose. They were on it within eight minutes! They were very professional.and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! Nice gentlemen! A blessing to our community!

Little Brothers Shell offers the best service in Brentwood. I ve been going to them for over 10 years and it s been excellent service every time. If I could rate Little Brothers Shell with zero stars, I would. Our experience here was just about the worst experience I ve ever had at a mechanic.First and foremost, their communication is sorely lacking. Not only did my vehicle sit at their shop for days before being worked on, their mechanics did not communicate this information. Every time I tried to call for an update, I was given the runaround and told that they didn t know or were too busy to talk. Eventually, after several days of calling with no updates, they finally gave me a modicum of information. However, this was not cause for celebration or hope, as the mechanic named Avery continually made promises that he would call with an update on Thursday. Thursday came and no call from Avery. I called back and was told, again by Avery, that I d receive an update the next day. Never received an update. They finally told me to expect a call on Saturday. Saturday came and went with no update. So on Monday, I called yet again, and was finally told that my car was ready to be picked up.I was never given any information about what was actually wrong with my car, how long it would take to fix, nor how much it would cost. Every time I brought this up with Avery, he constantly gave me excuse after excuse after excuse.It s clear that these people do not care about operating a fair, respectful, and honest business. They did nothing but treat me with disrespect and disdain. Do not go to this mechanic.

I had a bad leak in a tire and stopped at Little Brothers Shell because they have a free air pump and are at a convenient location. When I saw how low it was I talked to Avery about setting an appointment for them to take a closer look, but it turned out he had some time to take care of it right then. After 30 minutes it was determined that the tire was not salvageable, so he ordered me another one. It came in the next day and he and his team were able to quickly replace it and get me back on the road.Avery has been a trusted advisor over the years for many other repairs and his team does quality work at a reasonable price. Little brothers shell is a competent mechanic who has been in service for years who clearly has built up a loyal customer base for simple fixes like brakes, tires, and oil changes. Do not take your vehicle here for any form of extensive repair or replacement as they cost 4x what any other shop in the Nashville area will do. They will also be incredibly slow on giving you a quote for repairs, will not return your phone call, and I quote well it s faster if you just repair everything and let me tell you what it costs after . Had I taken Avery s advice on this, the bill would have been more than the value of my car. Any truly honest and reliable mechanic would tell you something like that before hand. Thankfully I was smart enough to let them get my car running and go somewhere else. The only reason I m not giving 1 star is because they do good work but their pricing, customer service, and ethical business practices are abysmal. Save your money and go else where.

Lite Brothers is the best, not only a gas station and market, but best of all, a full service mechanic shop! Great people with integrity!
