Have been a customer for quite a while and been very satisfied with the service. They don t dismiss your complaints and check everything out thoroughly. Very good about calling you with updates and get your approval before unexpected issues are taken care of. Very courteous staff too.

I have not had the need for service on my Lexus since moving to TN a few months ago but I stopped in to the service department say hello and introduce myself. I found some very pleasant folks there. While it's a fairly large dealership, it felt more hometown that some other big dealerships. I hope to have a good relationship with these folks to keep my cars fit for a reasonable cost. Lexus is not know for low prices so time will tell!
