Unprofessional. Not a business that earns its clients. Has no interest in what his clients have scheduled with him. I would never use him or his company again. We scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and when it came down to it bullied me into making me think that I was in the wrong saying that I was going to be home from 12-8 so why couldn t he just come later. I had ORIGINALLY told him I would be available from 12-8 on Tuesday. Then we made a scheduled appointment for 12pm on Tuesday. His policy never came with a disclaimer that the schedule can change an hour before your service . How dare you expect and assume me to keep my entire day open just so you can adjust your schedule to your own liking and not keep to a scheduled appointment. I have a confirmed text message from Christoff saying he would be at the residence at 12pm. Then he proceeds to call me unprofessional because last week I changed my number of cars from 3 to 1. I didn t change the number of vehicles a day before or an hour before, I gave him plenty of notice and told him that we would be happy to schedule the other cars in the near future. No establishment holds you at fault for having to change your appointment with DAYS notice. They say thank you so much for letting us know, I hope you return to us/ I hope you have a great day/ how can I help in the future? That is how you EARN a client. How can you even keep in business with bullying your clients? Won t be for long.Update to his response-I didn t say you could come at your own leisure anytime that day. I originally told you I was available that day from that time. We made a scheduled appointment at 12pm. Which means that people schedule other things during there day. Once I told you you couldn t come later you completely bullied me and raised YOUR voice at me on the phone. I never once cursed or threatened your business once. You are a liar and I will continue to spread the word about your pathetic treatment of clients.

The guys hooked me up, went above and beyond what I asked for or expected, worked me in before a wedding to get the porsche looking nice. I wish I could rate them 6 stars.My rims and car look better than the day I bought it, not only that, their communication was great and prices are super competitiveI'll be using them exclusively after their great service today!

WOWWWW!!! I am amazed with the results I got with my 2015 gmc sierra!! Kristauf was very good with communication and very straight forward with the time we set! I high recommend KandJ detailing to bring your car truck,boat,golf cart anything back to life. Two stars is being generous and only given since the actual work they did on the interior was good. Hired this company to do a full detail, only were able to clean the interior because equipment was broken and had no backup plan. Actually had the nerve to ask me to pay them for the full job with a promise to return (and to go to Google and leave them a positive review) - really glad I wasn t conned into that as Kristof then led us on for days then weeks with promises to return but always providing excuses (broken truck, weather, etc) then just stopped responding to my family member.Service: Auto detailing

I don't know how these gentlemen do it, but they are superb! This is by far THE BEST detail service we have ever used in the past 35 years.We bought this car only a few weeks ago. We have traveled all across Canada, down through Yellowstone, and back thru to Tennessee. To say it needed a detail is an understatement.After they were finished, our car looked BETTER than it had when we picked it up from the dealer! Their attention to detail is unparalleled!We had them clean insode and out treat our leather (Japanese Nappa leather), remove 5000 miles of bugs, and shine all the chrome.The car was detailed impeccably. We highly recommend this business.

These guys are fabulous. I haven t gotten my car detailed probably since I bought it 7 years ago, so there were stains from coffee and laundry detergent and who knows what on my seats that were years and years old. I was only expecting it to be better than it was, but K and J made the inside of my car look IMMACULATE. I didn t even know it was possible for my car to look this good, and it s so convenient because they did it in my office parking lot while I was at work. They showed up on time and got done much faster than I expected, and were super communicative about timing, pricing, etc. Their prices are very reasonable and they worked with my budget to tailor the service to my needs, and they are super nice people. My 2021 Hyundai black Sonata was the unfortunate victim of paint overspray in a shopping center parking lot, giving a matte coating over my entire car from front to back.I called K&J in the morning and they were at my place in a couple of hours assessing what needed to be done and going to work, explaining the process, and answering questions.They spent hours getting it right. They re friendly, professional, and first-rate. I won t hesitate to call them again. (By the way, black is the most difficult color to work with and I examined my car in direct sunlight afterwards, and was impressed).

Kristauf and Quinn with KandJ Mobile Detailing detailed my 4Runner so well that it looked like it was brand new off the lot! I was absolutely shocked when I saw the finished product. I could tell that these guys were extremely hard workers and truly prided themselves in their work as they very well should. I m convinced they are the best vehicle detailers out there and I will never use anyone else for this service except for Quinn and Kristauf. They not only arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, but they were also awesome with communication, super thorough, and just overall nice and respectable people. I gave kristauf and his team a pretty insurmountable challenge in cleaning up my 2007 Chevy Tahoe which was my primary hunting truck for years.They did a fabulous job and we re incredibly professional through the whole process. My wife used the scouring side of her kitchen sponge to rub out some leaf stains on the hood of her new Highlander. Badly scratched the finish. These guys came out (right on time) and did a 3-process job on the hood and then professionally washed the whole car. It looks brand new. They arrived 15 mins early and got straight to work. Did two inside and out cleans for me. The price was valued great. They even returned the support and bought 2 pair of socks from me! We were blown off twice & after 3 week they finally showed up. The quality of the work is extremely disappointing. There are spots & a chemical film all over the inside of the glass.
