I had a great experience with Jiffy Lube! They were informative and clear about what my car needed. It only took about 30 minutes for them to change my oil and rotate my tires. Would recommend!

I was asked to take the company vehicle in for a routine maintenance oil change. Our usual place was booked for the day so I tried this place for the first time. I often feel a little intimidated when visiting the auto shop, but I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the employees were. Josh in particular went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of! Everyone was very attentive and extremely polite, helpful and professional. They went over everything with me and made sure I knew what was going to be needed in the near future. I am so grateful that I chose this place to get my oil changed.

1000 times YES this is the place to go and trust. My truck sat for too long not running and for some reason fate led me to this Jiffy Lube. They were able to get my truckie back up and running. When other shops quoted me extreme high prices and a lengthy wait time, these gentlemen got the job done in 1 day. When she roared back to life it was like Christmas morning for me. Thank you to whom ever hired Josh, Dustin and Matt. They are Rockstar's and I can never put into words how grateful I am. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and upfront. They took the time to explain what my Chevy 2500 needed and gave a very honest estimate. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service and work ethic far exceeds any other mechanic shop I have visited. I have lived in Tennessee for 3 years, I have since lost my Uncle and Grandfather whom always helped me work on my truck so I know a lot about fixing it, but didn't have the right tools here. This truck means everything to me and now I have FINALLY found my go to mechanics that I can trust. Being a single mom it's not always easy finding a mechanic you can trust and not over charge you, but these gentlemen took great care of us and my Truck. I truly am forever grateful. These gentlemen deserve a raise, bonus, paid vacation whatever Jiffy Lube does to show their appreciation to their employees, these 3 gentlemen deserve it all. As long as they are still working at this location I will be a forever customer. It looks like you really took it up a couple notches in your service since I was llast there about 6 months ago. Everyone was more professional and the service seemed more complete. I just didn't agree to all the extra services the advisor was suggesting.

I had a transmission fluid change got an estimate online for 199 got it done figured it will be about 250 260 no it was almost double it was 391 dollars that is crazy I don't understand why they put an estimate if not going to stay close to it I know just an estimate but double the price and had to wait for 6 hrs crazy

We thought we might have an oil leak, manager said it might be 10 to 15 minute wait (I was expecting to wait hours). The kind manager showed us the waiting area and got us a bottled water. It took no time at all (hence the name Jiffy) to check the engine and top off the oil. This Jiffy Lube exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Josh was not friendly. Threw my air filters on the counter when asking if I wanted them replaced. Took longer than it should for the oil change. Then they killed my battery. He came in asking if I was having problems starting my car. No! He then pulled up a truck to jump the car. I will never go here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I will preface this review with, we typically have OK experiences with Jiffy Lube as a whole. Our tech was great, it seems like the work was done well. However, we were overcharged on an air filter, quoted 31.99 and charged 51.99. This wasn't corrected at the store. The cashier said they gave us a "more expensive" air filter that clearly showed out of stock in their system. Disappointed with this experience, I'll try a different location or different provider for the next go around.Service: Oil change

The service was great; there is a new crew with excellent customer care. Please note however I am rating on the service only. The waiting area and bathroom need serious cleaning (and sanitizing), it was really really bad. That said, this business is to service cars so would be unfair to rate the cleanliness of the environment (especially of an auto shop). That said, hopefully this is something they can work on- having a cleaning crew come in once a week should not break the bank and will likely improve ratings.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes

A little unprofessional and TERRIBLE with communication, literally tried over 15 calls to get a hold of them about the status of my vehicle. However they do honest good work for cheap in the area.

I have been going to this location for years. I went in for an oil change and only two people were there. What was really weird is that they did not greet me or say hello or anything. It was a very unusual experience. They didn't even look like they worked there. It kinda of creeped me out. No uniform. Nothing. Once the car in front left. I drove up and they didn't even ask what I wanted or needed done. Of course, I just said it anyway. They didn't offer any options. Not sure what oil they really put in my car. No fluid top offs. There was absolutely zero customer service. A car pulled up in behind me and the guy went to greet the person (which they didn't do that for me) but then I hear him say.."hey, then go somewhere else then" to this person behind me. I handed my credit card to this woman who went inside for a while. Usually, they have me come inside and explain the service and I pay for it. It was super bizarre. Not sure what is going on with this location but I will not be coming back. It felt like I was going to some back shed to have god knows who change my oil. Since I have a road trip, will have to go somewhere else to make sure everything was done correctly on another day.

Went today for an oil change. No one came out after 10 minutes so I honked my horn. Someone came out and I was told he could not perform the service due to the manager not being there and to come back in 30 minutes. I left and came back almost an hour later and same thing...no one came out so I went inside and was told they couldn't not do the oil change today because their computers were down. The reason I'm giving a low rating is this and several other poor experiences the last times I came here. Service has declined.Follow up note...the owner called me and was very courteous and professional. He was concerned about my experience and stated he would make it right for me and offered a highly discounted oil change. I understand he has another location behind Costco so I'll be going there in the future.Service: Oil change

I paid for a signature service oil change. Yes, they got me in quick. But a couple of things stood out on my receipt after the fact. For checking the tire pressure and adding air, it said I declined. I was never asked. Nor was my air adjusted based on the fact that my tires are actually over-inflated. It said completed on vacuuming. No vacuuming was done. I appreciate prompt, fast service but I do wish attention to detail was of importance as well as giving the customer everything they pay for.Service: Oil change

Avoid. There are far better options closeby. You re no longer allowed to stay in your car during the oil change, which is the whole point of drive in/drive out service.So if you want to wait forever in a cramped, dirty waiting room and pay $90+ for an oil change, then Jiffy Lube is for you. As an added bonus, the staff will look at you like you re inconveniencing them just by driving up, so that s fun, too.

They didn t screw back my undercarriage plate so of course it fell off at the worst possible time. I get mistakes happen, but they ask for your phone number and surely noticed the extra screws.(it has now been two weeks of ignored emails from the address given .)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

UPDATE: Emailed the district manager as directed here. ZERO response. It s been weeks. This company lacks most everything.Beyond horrible. They lie. Todays lie? Two hour break job. Waiting on parts. Can t open the other two bays. What? Liars. By the way went to Super Express Lube on Mallory across from Centennial High. Was met at car promptly and asked if I d like a water while I wait. Coming here from now on. Check out their reviews. They are very good.

It was so pleasing to get excellent customer service here. They accommodated my rushed schedule. I was in and out within 23 mins. Not to be nit-picky but the crew aggressively smelled of cigarettes. That's my only negative. Keep being awesome with the friendly and quick service. I'll be a recurring customer. I hope others find this location is as good as I did.

Would not recommend this location if you are a young woman. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable while getting an oil change. Thankfully they were very quick, so I was able to leave fast. I've used this JL store for 15 plus years for my two vehicles oil change service. I was surprised that the price for the same oil and filter increased from $55 to $85 since the last service (5,000 miles).
